I just purchased a Prius and it was the best sales experience I have ever had. Patrick McLafferty provided excellent customer service. He had me in the Prius in about 4 hours. We worked through email and phone calls to limit the time in the showroom, so I was in and out. Patrick also stayed past closing to go over the car with me. He is awesome.
