Patrick McLafferty was great to work with! I wasn't actually considering a Toyota for my next car but Patrick was so helpful when my partner was buying her car that I decided to come back. Unfortunately, as a woman, buying a car can be a frustrating process because salesman assume you're a pushover or don't know anything about the process. Patrick was so respectful and explained so many things to us that I don't think I've ever understood the process better! I felt empowered instead of worked over when I left, which to me is invaluable. Thanks, Patrick!!
