I stop by on Wednesday to look at a car at Lou Fusz Pre Own. Was there for at least 20 minutes even walk in the office area and no one greeted me or even came out to talk to me so I left. However the vehicle that they have there I did like very much. I called back Thursday to voice my frustration. JOE FUSON answered the call, very polite, apologetic and helpful. He assured me that if I came back he would personally make sure that I would be taking care of. JOE FUSON went above and beyond a salesman i have encounter in the past. Needless to say I bought the vehicle thanks to JOE professionalism. I would recommend Lou Fusz to all my friends now that I know JOE is working there.
