I just bought my second car from Lou Fusz Toyota yesterday. I had a pleasant experience with them the first time but my latest experience was even better.
My dealer was Tara Gibson who was really friendly and made sure she answered all my questions patiently. She took me for three test-drives without even a second thought i and without asking me if I was ready to buy the car.
I had no intention of getting possession of my car yesterday since I was going through my own financier and would need to get back to them with my purchase order for them to write me a check to hand over to Lou Fusz. But Lou Fusz said they already had ties with the credit union that I had gone to and would gladly take care of the paperwork. And to my surprise, they finished up my paperwork in a single evening and I walked out with a beautiful car the same night. Now, THAT'S what I call service!
I was also very happy with how the Business Manager Daniel Patty spoke to me. Although at first I thought he was a bit too young to be a business manager, he handled my case really well. He offered me all sorts of combinations for the extended warranty and never pressurized me into taking it.
All in all, if I were to buy another car, Lou Fusz Toyota would again be my first preference.
