We were visiting Toronto when we heard a funny noise while driving our Lexus on a Saturday afternoon. We called Lexus on the Park, worried that we could not deal with this until Monday. They told us to come right over and they would look at it. Our service advisor, Brian Mitchell, got right on it. They told us it was a rusted part that was not safety-related, so we could drive back to Ottawa with no worries. They removed the part, put it in a bag and gave it to us. They told us to see our Ottawa dealer ASAP to get the part replaced. When I asked Brian about Lexus oversight, he told me that the one word they were not allowed to use with a customer was "no". We were extremely satisfied with Brian's service.
