I work in retail and quite often in employee training or morning rah rah or huddle sessions you hear
phrases such as customer engagement, respect, trustworthiness, follow through......customer for life. At Lexus on the Park they just don't talk the talk they follow through on these tenants. Excellent customer service starts from the moment you enter the store. Options are explained to the customer and once the car purchase is negotiated there is no heavy handed pressure on the extended warranty options. Upon delivery of the car they have designated staff to review the functions of your new car ; not the hurried 5 minute session you get in some dealerships. If you return for car maintenance or service at Lexus on the Park the advisors are top notch and review your maintenance history before making any suggestions. Nothing more off putting than being told you need to change the brake fluid when you had it done less than 6 months ago.

My husband and I just bought our second Lexus- this is our first time repeating car purchase at the same dealership since we had a very positive post service care for 8 years with our first Lexus. We have bought from Toyota, Nissan, Honda and Audi - does not compare to the total package of product variety and car quality. We picked up our new Lexus last week and the general sales manager Trevor Armstrong even spends time installing the new licence plates on our new Lexus. I had bought my first Lexus from John but he is no longer there.
