Bunch of liars. I went to view a vehicle that i was interested in. This vehicle was advertised as an accident vehicle so the price was dropped significantly. I presented my trade in which was also a Lexus but when they found out that I was very interested they tried to bump up the price by saying the vehicle is a high end so they just add an amount for me to pay plus my vehicle which was also a 2017 . I gave my offer but they refused When I asked them how much they are giving me for my trade they refused to tell me and when I insisted the guy said to me I will call you back in about twenty minutes he text me later and said apparently the vehicle is sold I'm sorry. This is not the way a Lexus dealer should treat their customers. If you don't agree to my offer just say so. Worse Lexus dealership.
