Recently traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a Lexus rx350. Steven was my sales, he is a really great guy. When we traded in the jeep, he did his best to meet our expectation. On the day to pick up the car, the service department forgot to install the parking sensor we required, Steven was there helping us all the time, he didnt just let other ppl handle it which he could. he arranged rental car for us, he earned our trust from this small mistake.
