We recently purchased our second vehicle from Lexus On The Park, and could not have been happier with our experience. This time we dealt with Alexandrine Brisson in negotiating an offer being made to existing customers. It was a fantastic offer that we could not pass up on, and showed us that it pays to be loyal to this dealership. Over the course of a few days we exchanged a few emails discussing what we wanted, and Ali could not have been more patient with us. She was clear, cordial and knowledgeable which gave us confidence that we were making the right choice in the new car. All that was left was for us to go into the dealership, sign some papers and pickup our new car. It could not have been easier. There were no hidden or confusing numbers, and no pressure to buy additional things we were not interested in. We were introduced to the new car by Josie, who was excellent as she walked us through all the details of the car. She was patient and clear, and assured us that if we ever needed any further explanation we could always reach out to her. She followed up with us a few days after delivery, which we appreciated.

It's clear to us why Lexus On The Park is the premier Lexus dealership in the GTA. I would not hesitate to recommend Alexandrine to anyone interested in buying a Lexus vehicle. I know we will be back in the future.
