Fadi Zaatar was our sales representative, and we could not have asked for a better person to assist us on our purchase. He was able to help us throughout the process of us purchasing our vehicle and went over and beyond to satisfy our needs. Even when we had a mix-up because of our own failure to communicate with the dealership, Fadi still went out of his way to resolve our issue, and even drive our car to our house, (an hour and half drive). This is the kind of customer service that we rarely see nowadays and this kind of service should be highlighted, and praised when it is given to customers. So we highly recommend that if you do go to this dealership make a special request to use Fadi, he really knows not just how to treat customers, but how to treat people.
