Great service, had a loaner car, no hassle. After the initial inspection and evaluation I received a text message a link to a website with all the recommended services for my vehicle. I was able to quickly and easily just go through the list and choose which services I wanted them to perform (with estimated prices included) and which ones I wanted to defer/decline. Super easy, no hassle, pressure free and ala carte.

Next thing I know, a day later I get a text saying my vehicle is ready to pick up! Great for misanthrope introverts like me who prefer texting over talking!
