I can't say enough good about my 1st time experience with the Service Dept! Everyone was courteous and very professional. My SC430 is the first Lexus I've owned and after my day at Lexus of Maplewood (drove a beautiful 2019 loaner car around), I've decided there will be another Lexus parked in my garage in the near future.
