The last time my wife was there they told her we needed new tires. She told them to wait until she spoke with me. She called me to ask me what I wanted to do. They e-mailed me the quote. The first thing I saw was a recommended service for a tire rotation. I told her that we didn't want a tire rotation. Why rotate tires you are going replace? When we got off the phone she told them to skip the rotation. They said it was too late. They had already removed the tires and she would have to pay. They did unnecessary, unapproved work. Their Service lead, Tim and I traded a couple of voice mails to try to discuss this issue, but we never connected. No explanation was ever given on why we had to pay for this unneeded work. My trust of this service department is gone.
