They are absolutely wonderful! I was contacted right away, yet never pushed or over loaded with emails and or phone calls. My salesman Joe was very friendly but still gave us the space to talk it over in private and not make us feel pressured at all. The manager Carlos explained every step of the process he was working through which even though I have purchased vehicles before and thought I obviously knew this- certain things HAD changed... And for the better of the consumer! How wonderful to work with people that are not simply there to push the deals through, but actually care enough to take the time to EDUCATE their customer. I have told everyone I can about Lexus of Huntsville and the Used Car Team that works there. They have my business for life!
