Speaking of service, last month I lost my Bluetooth connection for my phone. It was just a day before I was leaving on a driving trip and realized it was not the way I wanted to leave / with a
hand held cell. When I called Lexus of Huntsville, Doug Jones attempted to talk me through
the connection. Unfortunately it didn't work, but he immediately calmed my concerns. He said,
" I'll just run over there and take care of it". " To Decatur?" "Sure"
He came that afternoon and had it done in minutes.

I will certainly continue to drive to Huntsville for my car's care.
