Family owned business with excellent customer service at a competitive price. We have had the pleasure of doing business with them for years!

Patrice was amazing she helped me order uniforms and I had to make a couple changes and she was very patient with me. Been coaching for 5 years first time I ordered uniforms from here and I will come back next year!!!

Update!!!! Ordered from Patrice again and we was amazing and very helpful. I will not order uniforms anywhere else. Best prices that I have found as well as best service!!

My business will go elsewhere from here on out. The woman up front was RUDE and had a nasty attitude. After talking about her hair and nails with another customer, she rudely asks me Why you come in here at 4:30 we about to close? The place doesn t close until 5 and I was just placing an order, not asking for same day service. When I told her what I wanted, which is the same thing I have gotten done two times before at this location, she told me no, that s too much to put on here. I have literally gotten the exact same thing done twice before with no problems. I then spoke with her supervisor who excused this severe lack of customer service by saying that s how she talks to everyone. When I am spending close to $200 on a gift from my company to a Veteran, I at least expect common courtesy and decent customer service. I was pleased in the past but that is out the window. Never again.

So I have been in the Military over 20 years and have been to many trophy shops all over (best ones FORT Lewis, WA) I went to get a gift for a Soldier paid $240.00 for a cheap material product. The backing was cardboard, the frame was a cheap plastic material, matting was horrible and they put it in plastic NOT EVEN GLASS. OVER PRICED AND CHEAPLY MADE. This person cares more for the BUCK then the BANG for your dollar. YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO MICHAELS OR A.C. MOORE TO GET THE PRODUCT THAT A MEMBER OF THE SERVICE DESERVES.

Be wary of their prices...for instance, on a brass engraving plate, they charge 15 cents a letter. I had a plate that was quoted at $63.83 from the Trophy House. I had the same thing done at Johnny O' Awards for $10. Something to think about.

Told me they could do a rush order for a very small item that I needed in the next hour. When I drove the 25 minutes down there, they said they cannot stop production and refused to help me. Wouldn t have been an issue if they told me that from the beginning. Completely wasted my time.

Best service & prices in town! No matter how big or small the job is they get in done. Great family business.

Great place to do business! They are great at paying attention to those small details that make a big difference. The owner Jimmy is an awesome person to work with and I would highly recommend working with his company for all your awards and screen printing and embroidery.

Always ready when promised with flawless production. I use the Trophy House for plaques to be presented to international security partners and the quality of their products never disappoints.

We had our annual Good Neighbor Festival this year and ordered about 200 shirts from a small shop in Fayetteville. After several weeks of inefficiency, we finally received our shirts and they were absolutely TERRIBLE and we only had one week before out festival. We had ordered a couple trophies from The Trophy House for the car show and knew they did t-shirts, so in a panic, we went to their office and had a rush order of the 200 shirts placed. I really wish we had went with them from the beginning, because the shirts were GREAT quality and the staff were so great and understanding! We will never use anybody else again! Thank you Trophy House!!

Don't bother with this place they screwed up 2 plaques. Apparently the engraver can't read directions.

Gill Security recently purchased polo shirts for our technicians. I was very impressed with the quality of the product and even more impressed with the customer service provided by Jimmy Keefe. We will use The Trophy House again!

Wife had a unique request for an engraving on a statue and these guys came through without a problem. Price was much cheaper than we thought.

Great service. I went in to get a last minute plaque with unique graphics and the staff was able to accurately complete my order in the amount of time that was promised.

Got a mini guidon made here, and a maroon beret for a plaque. The only downside to the guidon, is that it comes in a square, luckily I know how to make alterations. The beret was $32.05 and the guidon was $21and some change. Prices include tax. The customer service is great. Will shop here again.

Brooks handled our request efficiently. She handled all the changes and additions correctly. Proofs were delivered on time. The finished product was completed earlier than the due date. Another great experience!

My daughter went and ordered a pageant sash. Service was very rude! And their $31 sash was a piece of ribbon with heat transfer letters that were not only not centered but they alternated capital letters and lowercase letters. How shitty and ghetto can you be? My 9 year old daughter could have done better than this!!!! I can't say that I will ever use them again!!! And sadly they were personally recommended by a friend.

If you are looking for a personalized gift for someone special go to The Trophy House! They have a great selection of items and many items can be monogrammed to add a personal touch. The staff is always friendly and offers great customer service.

Customer service was outstanding. Patrice went above and beyond to help me with a last minute custom plaque and coordinated the details perfectly. I highly recommend this business!

Outstanding service all around. I had a very unique engraving request on a helmet that no other business would touch. Jimmy and his staff stepped up and went above and beyond. Chastity completely nailed the engravings and it turned out perfectly. I honestly couldn t have asked for more! If you want a company that puts a personal level of customer service and provides great quality work, the Trophy house is definitely that place. Overall, I highly recommend this business. Jimmy especially was very communicative and made the entire experience great.

In having organizational name tags made. I went in with a brother to have some made up. We waited and a girl who was already helping a customer called for another associate. Who then proceeded to help another customer who had come in after us.

Great selection of sporting goods and memorabilia. Prices are adequate and the service is always friendly. They do a great job on youth team shirts and trophies at a discounted price.
