We ve been taking our car here for nearly 3 years and I cannot say enough good things about the quality of service. All of the service agents are great, but hands down, Tyna is the best! She always goes above and beyond to fix the problem, answer my questions and make sure I m satisfied. I can t recommend Lexus (and Tyna) highly enough!
