Very underwhelming service experience. I scheduled through the central scheduling agency for an oil change on the same day to get to the dealer to find out they most likely won't be finished until the next day because they are so backed up. Not the dealers fault, but wait periods could be addressed at the call in center. There was a smell I wanted them to investigate anyways and since they provide a loaner, I'm really bringing this up as the call center should advise when an expected quick service is not quick. The dealer called to authorize an hour of time to investigate if anything was in the blower. They called back later to say nothing was found and the next step was to take apart the entire dash which would be an all day job and while they wouldn't recommend it, they can certainly do it. I appreciate that they weren't advising it and agreed it wouldn't be necessary and picked the car up. When I picked it up, the interior car all weather car mats had puddles of water on them and the exterior mirrors had swirl patters like someone had just wiped them with a wet rag. Not a big deal, but also not what I would say felt like a great experience, certainly no better than going through an automatic car wash. I was also not given the "action plan" when I picked up my car and had to request it through email (the service adviser was excellent, he responded very quickly to a few different requests I had) and again, while not critical, it is some nice information and just shows lack of detail from the dealer that days.

Today I realized that the lower dash they took apart wasn't put back together properly. This was the final irritation from this service that spurred me to actually leave a review. The other things to me just felt like the service was rushed but really weren't an inconvenience, just didn't make me think their service was any better than any other garage or worth the extra effort to bring the car their. But now I have to take time out of my day to bring it back to them so that they can fix an issue they caused makes me concerned about what else was rushed and possibly missed during the service which at least luckily for me was just an oil change.

The only reason I'm not giving them one star is the free courtesy vehicle and the adviser was excellent and very responsive. I'm very underwhelmed by the rest of the service and the condition the car was returned to me in.

Rick Chase reached out to me and had a loaner car delivered to my work, had the issues with the car addressed, and then returned the same day. Added 2 stars back for actually delivering on the service level that they advertise.
