I live in New Hampshire and have a friend who is my mechanic so I son't have to go to a dealership....I brought my car to IRA Lexus in Danvers for warranty work. I couldn't believe the service! They knew I wasn't a regular customer and they treated me like a king! Charlie Kaldes my service adviser and was exceptional. He knew I was there only one other time and I wasn't a regular customer, yet he was so friendly and accommodating. He even took pleasure that my could would be washed and vacuumed.....wow! People forget how important customer service is and treating the customer like a king. I left there thinking if I ever had to take my car to someone other than my local friend/mechanic, I would take it IRA in Danvers and see Charlie. And if i bought another car, I would go there because if they treated me that way in the service department, how would they treat me buying a car? Great I'm sure!
