Brought my Nissan versa in for a new transmission. The service team was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my car in a timely manner. I was given a very nice rental car which i did not want to return lol. It was much nicer than my car. My service representative Emily kept me updated on the status of my car from start to finish.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I showed up 1/2 an hour before my appointment (at 7 a.m.) and both men met me in line seeing if they could fix the problem right there and save me time. I can't recommend or commend them any higher for their friendliness and efficiency. I have had similar experiences with you and will only use you for my service and sales. Thank you very much.

My wife and I went into Leith this afternoon in hopes of finding a reliable second car for good value. I'm happy to say that we were successful. Curtis Underwood was a pleasure to work with. We told him what we were in the market for and what we were willing to pay. There was no pressure and very little haggle. I would definitely recommend Curtis and Leith Nissan to those in the market for a car.

Purchased my used Nissan from Leith and it has been a nightmare. When I first bought the car they ensured me that certain issues would be fixed. After finally taking it home (2 weeks later) I had to bring it back in because they did not fully clean residue after putting on the VERY expensive simonized coat-it looked terrible! Not even 3 weeks later, the rubber sealing on the top of my roof (which was supposed to be repaired when i bought the car) was coming off again! In addition, a small piece of my car came off completely underneath. It has been a horrible experience working with them. I wish I never bought this car from Nissan. The small slight lower rate they offered me was not worth all of this chaos. I should've bought my car at Michael Jordan Nissan in Durham.

This was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. June was fantastic!! I can not say enough about how responsive, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and professional everyone there was. I am very grateful that I stopped in after having a very bad experience at another Nissan Dealership in the area. June was like an old friend patient and understanding. Mary was fantastic as well, they all stayed late on a Friday night with no hesitation. Thank you :)

We had a wonderful car buying experience at Leith last weekend (even with 2 kids under the age of 3 with us!!!). Everyone at Leith was extremely friendly and customer service oriented. I cannot speak highly enough of our sales Contact, Curtis, who was very knowledgeable and personable. We will definitely return to the dealership to service our vehicle and for future car buying experiences.

I would give the sales staff a 5 star rating. I wish I could give a zero to the finance office. I refinanced my original loan and took a couple of weeks to get an insurance form working. I do not live near them so driving the vehicle there was out of the question. Thru email I've sent all paperwork I had and they still are trying to make me jump thru hoops. Common sense tells you that when someone refinances a loan( with the same vin of the original loan. The original has been paid off. With paperwork from new loan company and a picture of the original account saying closed. How hard is this. Very disappointing. 5 stars to sales. Zero to finance.

I have a 2009 Nissan Rogue. I took my car here to ...

I have a 2009 Nissan Rogue. I took my car here to replace the back hatch clasp. (It wasn't staying shut) I was told that they charged $177 to look at that car, but the cost would be put towards the repair if I chose to repair it there. I dropped off my car and received a phone call the next morning with the proposed amount. about $500. i asked for a break down and I was informed that the $177 was on top of parts and labor. I was also charged almost $100 for a part that I found, NISSAN APPROVED AND GUARANTEED, online for $40. I moved forward with the repair so my FOB would be connected to the back hatch lock. The mechanic claimed this would be a huge inconvenience later down the road if I didn't. After receiving my car back, the next morning sitting in stop and go traffic, TWO SEPARATE people waived me down to inform me that none of my brake lights were working. It was taken back to the dealership to investigate, as the lights were functioning properly before they touched my car. When the mechanic looked at it, he informed me that the issue HAD NOTHING to do with them. Despite the fact that it was functioning properly previous to them working on my car. He informed me that it would be $300 to fix, despite the fact my brake lights were working find before the dealership worked on my car. I told him not to proceed and he continued to explain I would need to take my entire dash off to replace the part.. I called around and found the piece that needed to be replaced for $38 and I replaced it myself in 5 minutes. (I do not know anything about cars, I was wearing a dress, in the AutoZone parking lot). I think this place nickle and dimes you. DO NOT take their advice of repairs and ALWAYS get a second opinion. I expected a surcharge from a dealership but not this extent of manipulation. Not to mention- when I returned my rental car there was a sticky note with all of my personal information on the desk that every customer checking out had clear visibility to.

The experience I had with Leith Nissan was excellent!! My salesman Vincent Scott was by far the BEST salesman I've ever had. He exceeded my expectations and made me fall in love with my car. I would recommend Leith Nissan and Vincent Scott to anyone! Both GREAT!

First time in 5 year I was surprised with the increase in regular oil change price. that too if i would have gone to other Nissan dealer that day. they had better options, coupons, and price for same service. Next service I am going to do some research to find out what I would get at other places before choosing leith nissan.

i have a certified pre owned juke and get free oil changes and car washes...the only thing i was disappointed in was that there are no specials on tire rotation/balance and brake fluid changes...it was too expensive for this visit, so i have to wait to have these things done...there should be promos, etc. for these services..
the staff was very friendly...the wait was short...i appreciate that...

My experience with Leith Nissan was incredibly positive and hassle free. I had no idea that buying a new car could be so simple and transparent. After extensive research I knew I wanted to buy a 2014 Nissan Rogue and contacted no fewer than 7 dealers within a 90 mile radius of the Raleigh/Durham area. I wanted to get pricing on a specific color, trim level and additional options and preferred to communicate by email getting in touch with each dealers internet sales specialist.

Caitlin Brigante at Leith Nissan was the only dealer that did not try to pressure me into coming to the lot to test drive and also did not give me the run around on pricing as the majority of the other dealers did. She was transparent from the beginning and offered me a price that none of the other dealers came even remotely close to. There was zero haggling involved, I had done my research buying the Consumer Reports New Car Price report and knew that the price Leith Nissan was offering me was a very good deal.

The exact exterior/interior color combination I was looking for was not on Leith Nissan s lot, so Mark Williams, Business Development Manager, stepped in to facilitate a dealer trade keeping me up to date on the status of my new Rogue on a daily basis. Once my car was on the lot I worked with Rakesh Patel in the sales department to finalize the purchase. Rakesh was absolutely wonderful to interact with, in fact every single person at Leith Nissan that I either emailed, spoke with, or met in person, including Chris Wasz in the finance department, was quite pleasant. I left the dealership knowing I had not been taken advantage of during any stage of the process.

I highly recommend the entire Leith Nissan team to anybody looking to purchase and look forward to taking my car in for maintenance going forward.

My family's first experience with this place; definitely will be the last. After they tried to scam my son on a contract by adding in all the highest options, and not explaining them, plus adding in a $ 800 wax job, I called and tried to talk to the Sales Manager, Brandon Rigney. I say tried because as I was talking, he was talking over me. When I asked him if he could listen to me, HE HUNG UP ON ME! I never used foul language that would necessitate a hang-up. The call lasted only about 1 minute. As my family spoke to other people at the dealership, they were told they have had several similar complaints about him. I'm from Pennsylvania, and I'm used to great customer service, and have NEVER had anyone, let alone A Sales Manager hang up on me! Leith Nissan, get a new Sales Manager! P.S. I would give zero stars, but have to give 1 in order to post!

When we found just what I wanted, and he worked weith me on the $ so I could afford it comfortably. Our family originally went to Leith Nissan to test drive a used vehicle we saw on their online site. We left the dealership with the intention to look around and see what the competition had to offer. The courtesy and lack of pushiness was what made us return to Leith. We returned with the decision to purchase a new vehicle instead. Curtis Underwood was our sales consultant and he made the experience a pleasure instead of the normal car buying pain. He went out of his way to exceed our expectations even staying after hours to make sure everything was complete. We highly recommend Leith AND Curtis Underwood.

I have been working with Mo for at least 3 months....

I have been working with Mo for at least 3 months. Our family has been through a lot of medical and construction on our house. Mo kept us informed of deals, but was not pushy. His attitude motivated us to see him when we were ready.
We picked out our car, drove it home for a test drive, and came back and went through the paper work. I had not bought a car since 2002 and things have gotten involved. Mo took us through it all. All the people at Leigh Nissan were great and there was not any heavy pressure to buy the car. But the only reason we went to them to buy the car, was Mo!!!!!

Very disappointed with their service. Nissan Recently replaced our transmission on our quest minivan. My wife drove home and it has been making loud noise and revving rpm remains high particularly at highway moments. See video. I told them this and they have yet follow up to address. Call them numerous time and when reached Ashley and Ira they said they will call back to schedule but never. It d been three days and using the vehicle is precarious if not dangerous. How long does Nissan want to drag this before someone gets hurt ?

1.7.20. I still do not have my car back. Have called Nissan numerous times, over dozen, and either I have left a message with the front desk and they tell me ira or manager will call back and no one has. Their initial replacement of the engine went bad. My wife drove off and quickly realize something was wrong. Engine throttles high gear when speed is low. This Nissan dealership told us to bring it back and they said they will now replace with another. That was over Christmas. I have yet receive a call nor my car. This is becoming ludicrous. If there was law to rule, this dealership should be put out of business. Stay away from them !

This is my third Leaf lease with Leith (tongue twister!). Working with Curtis Underwood as very pleasant and easy and he met my price. I have worked with him twice now. Bonnie Gramling is very nice to work with as well. I've had the best luck with Curtis in sales though. I've dealt with a couple of others and their prices have been much higher (ie, they weren't listening to my needs)...Curtis knew what I was looking at and knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, and was honest with me.

Bought my second Rogue from Leith Nissan and my second buying experience here was even better than the first !

Shannon the sales person was friendly and took time and effort to understand my likes and dislikes without applying any pressure. They offered excellent value for my trade-in and also offered a great price on the new car, all without any serious negotiation. They bent over backwards to make the deal and put me the customer first all along.

This is a dealership with a difference- clearly the best kept secret in the Triangle. I absolutely recommend Leith Nissan sales and service to everyone and see no need to consider a different car dealer for my vehicle needs.

We had a wonderful experience while purchasing our Nissan Rogue from Leith Nissan of Cary. Papa Mo is awesome! So are the rest of great folks at this dealership. We were somewhat wary about dealership tricks, particularly after our experience with couple of other dealerships of a different brand. However, with Mo it was completely different. He treated us like family. There was no pressure! We went to the dealership three times because we wanted to make sure we were getting the right car. Once we were there right after the dealership was closed. Mo still graciously took was on a test drive. Mo and Bonny were very pleasant during the negotiation and went the extra mile to secure the car of our choice at a dealership 200 miles away. Once the car was at the dealership we went to pick it up and they ensured we were completely satisfied. Thank you Mo for the great car buying experience!!

Long story short Leith Nissan was able to help us our bad situation. Markos Pournaras was our salesmen and we was awesome. But most importantly he was honest. That is key these days. Phenomenal experience, all the way around. If you need a car, be sure to ask for Rakesh Patel. I'm sure the other salespeople are nice too, but I strongly recommend you ask for Rakesh. I do not remember ever having as pleasant a shopping experience as the one we had this time. Friendly, informative, but without any pressure at all. Just bought a Quest mini-van, which we had them hold for us over the weekend till we could get back out there.. Even the finance guy (Bill) was helpful in working out a great deal for us.

We were car shopping between two other major brands, and Nissan was not even on our list. After a disappointing experience with both of the other brands, we decided to stop by Nissan. They had already closed for the evening, but ended up staying open for us! Shaq and the Leith team did an excellent job finding the right vehicle for us - they went above and beyond, and really worked with us to find exactly what we needed. Shaq was very friendly and very patient with our small children as we went through the process. Top-notch customer service and commitment to quality.

Derek Parker is a great salesman who made the entire process seem smooth and easy; no easy feat, since I stepped through the door with the firm intention of "just looking, not making any decisions today". This will make the third time over the last 10 yea...

This will make the third time over the last 10 years that we have dealt with one of the Leith Dealerships. The reason that we continue to come back to Leith is the fact that they have folks like Tom Tully and Bonnie Gramling. These folks treat you as a customer not just the next sale. The purchase experience was great and did not take more than 2 hours, the best deal was presented quickly and without a bunch of haggling or back and forth.
I must say that this has been our experience at two seperate Leith dealerships and we are confident that it is this way at any of them. When we are in the market for a new vehicle we will head back to Leith Nissan and will ask for Tom and/or Bonnie.

We came in this weekend looking to test drive a 2013 Altima to replace my mom's 2010 Altima, which we had also leased through Leith. We liked it so much we ended up buying one. Our salesman, Jon Choi, was excellent as usual. Between him and the finance people, they took over the current lease, and we did not have to pay the last month's payment, the disposition fee, or the cost of new tires. This is the 3rd car we've bought from Jon, I also got a 2012 Honda Fit right across the street last year and that experience was excellent too. 5 stars for Leith Nissan, thanks for the excellent buying experience.

Poor customer service in the service department fo...

Poor customer service in the service department for the two times I have been. Had a terrible experience with my Nissan being serviced. Scheduled an appointment online for 12:30PM asked for a call concerning a "rattling" noise under my car so it could be fixed. Never received a call, had to call Leith Nissan service department at 4:45PM to ask for the status of my car. They stated, they were just now checking on it and would call me back. At this time, my husband and I found it necessary to drive back Nissan to figure out what was going on with my car. We arrived at 5:15PM knowing the department closes at 6PM.

Upon arrival, there was an associate eating his food who told us someone would be with us shortly. We waited there while watching him enjoy his meal. After he finished, he decided to ask us what we needed help with. We explained the situation to the associate, instead of him helping us he attempted to call up two other associates, Ashley and someone else to assist. We were left to wait again on the two other associates who never arrived. He then asked what services were we supposed to be getting done and what type of car we had. We again, explained we dropped our car off at 12:30PM that afternoon for oil change, inspection, and check for a "rattling" noise. NO ONE apologized and actually they rushed us out the door. They made us feel as though we had just arrived with our car and were in their way.

He then asked us to have a seat to wait on the car to be serviced. Upon waiting, another associate approached us regarding the "rattling noise" and stated it was due to our heat shield under the car. He recommended to have the heat shield cut off rather than replaced to fix the issue. He stated this would not have any affect on the car. With that being said, we stated it was fine. After further research, we discovered the heat shield protects the car from overheating and should not be cut off. At this point we had left and the service department was closed. While driving home a part from beneath the car flew off.

We found it necessary to take the car for a second opinion and took it to another Nissan service department, that we are more familiar with. We were told the heat shield should not have been cut and not only that but several heat shields were cut off under the car. (The rear and front) We had to spend $450 to have BOTH heat shields that were cut by Leith Nissan replaced. Very disappointed and will NOT be returning with either one of my cars. They do not care about your car and do not value you as a customer.

I have never spoke with the individual who responded to this review. I visited the service department on 07/03/18 when I ran into this issue so not sure how she believes I have spoken with her a couple of weeks ago?? Again, RUN! Do not bring your car here!

Terrible communication, Terrible Financing and Ter...

Terrible communication, Terrible Financing and Terrible Management, overall this dealer is Terrible. I purchased a 2015 Jeep with under 27,000 miles from them in July of 2018, however I have had to take it in for repairs 5 times since. Mostly Electrical and Engine issues, this last time they had to replace the entire engine. No one at Nissan could give me straight forward answers, would not give me a fair trade offer, and broke several promises that were made time and time again. On top of that, at the time of purchase i added an extended Warranty but was told by Alex who handled financing for me that i could cancel within 60 days and still receive 100% of the funds if no claims were filed against it. The contract also confirmed that. There weren't any claims because the Jeep is still under 36,000 mile manufacturer warranty,.. I called him in August, less then 60 days of the purchase to cancel, he went on to tell me he will cancel it. I followed up in September about the refund I was supposed to get, he said it usually takes 6-8 weeks to process.. I then contacted him again at the end of October, Nine weeks later, he then told me I should have it any day now. I called the warranty company, CNA, they said he hadn't even submitted the request to cancel it.. I then called him back and he said he would "look into it and get back to me". He never did. I contacted him several times after to ensure i would still get the money that was owed to me and he assured i would.. Here it is November 20th, after contacting both him and the General Sales Manager Tony, at least 5 more times, i have just gotten the refund and it was $500 less than the purchase amount. THEY ARE ALL LIARS. If you buy from here, don't expect any bit of customer service after the point of sale and don't expect to actually get what they tell you. Leith Jeep and Chrysler/Fiat are terrible too. Wouldn't recommend ANYONE to do business with these guys.

My all-electric Leaf died from 12-v battery failure with no warning. Service department did not recommend checking 12-v battery, or having tow company check 12-v battery. Tow company that Nissan sent did not know how to safely move my vehicle and I had to cancel/reschedule tow for equipment that could tow my vehicle.

Bought certified pre-owned, car has been in for service so many times I can't remember how many it is, nor have they fixed the problem. Nissan Motors was no help to anyone, yet Leith Nissan bought it back anyhow and got me in a new car.

Leith service and dealership should stop lying to/deceiving their customers.
My brand new (2109) vehicle came off the lot with a faulty/slow leaking tire. I was assured that this was under warranty. Before I could bring it in for service, the tire popped on the way filling it with air for the gazillioneth time. I was again told warranty covers this tire. I brought it in for service, and surprisingly was charged $192! For a single tire change! This is wrong. I will never get any of my vehicles serviced here again, since getting my money at all costs seems to be the only thing of importance.

While shopping for new tires, Leith Nissan had a much wider selection of tires than the other places I looked. Leith was able to get me four new tires and an alignment for a much better price than I expected while shopping for tires.
Daniel in Sales helped properly direct me to William in Parts, who helped me select the appropriate tires for my car, Vincent the service advisor was receptive and made sure to keep me updated through the whole process, and Eli performed great work on my car. Overall, I had a very good experience.

Went in for a Nissan voluntary service recall on my Leaf. Estimated time 1.5 hours. Emily got me in quickly, I was early and she directed me to Shannon and Rashawn for some warranty questions. ALL and I mean EVERY person I came in contact with was not only knowledgeable but went above and beyond to make sure my visit was efficient and helpful. This is why I am a two time buyer here. CD. Great experience with Curtis. Did not feel pressured to buy at all. Buying a car is a long process and sometimes experience a few kinks along the way. I would definitely buy another car from Curtis in the future. I hope he's still selling in 5 years.

I recently bought a 2014 Versa Note from Campbell Lovett. I test drove the cars in South Carolina, but was not impressed with how the local dealership salesman treated me because I was a younger first-time buyer, even though I was putting money down. They were condescending, and I did not appreciate it. I got in touch with Mr. Lovett through other reviews and recommendations and was not disappointed! I told him what I wanted for my car and the payments I needed to stay within budget, and he came through. I called me every time there was an update or any questions, and I ended up driving four hours to buy a car I LOVE! Mr. Lovett showed me all the features of my car, and called me when I got back home to ask me how I liked it, and if I was still happy with my purchase. They were holding a SUV for me. Drove 190 miles one way to look at it. Salesman texted me three times the day of arrival to make sure I was coming. I confirmed each time that I would be there. I arrived early only to discover that the SUV had been sold the day before. It was supposed to be on a travel hold. Poor customer service!!!

I have been servicing my car here since moving to Cary in May. Just had my car serviced a few weeks ago and my check engine light came on today. When I stopped into Nissan to see if it could be checked the service folks did not seem to want to help and hesitant in offering a time to check my vehicle. I felt since this is where I have been coming it would be ok for them to check why the check engine light came on. So I just left since it seems like I was too much of an inconvenience to them. I will not be going back for my regular service since at time I was in need with something wrong with my vehicle they did not care enough. Maybe it wasn t worth it financially for them to check!

As a young woman, it can be nerve racking to take my car to be serviced alone. I am usually treated like I don't know anything, and I often feel taken advantage of from a cost standpoint. This was most definitely not the case at Leith. I felt so respected and taken care of, and like I got the best price that they could give me. Every single team member that was involved in my repair (front desk, rental car management, mechanics) greatly surpassed any customer service that I have had at dealerships or auto shops. I felt like I was their #1 priority and that they really cared about my experience. This is the only place I will be taking my car for service from now on.

The personnel is great. However they have issues with there tech dept. would not recommend using them. Plus over priced.
