I am a little shocked. I made an appointment to have the left turn signal replaced. I get there and was told they would get me out by 9:45 with an 8:10 am arrival time. Ok, 9am they tell me they don't have the part in stock. Whaaat? Then they say a few minutes more..Bottom line, $253 later at 9:55am, no turn signal fixed and a return trip plus more wait time. Who makes an appointment to fix something without having the part on hand?
Update: I went in and got my bulb. Apparently Leith made the appointment because the scheduling people are in a different building. They need to fix that. And that is what shocked me. I go in for regular maintenance and they always have a great sense of humor do their very best to get you in and out as fast and efficiently as possible. The fact that they did not have a bulb for a Nissan headlight is abnormal for them. Which when I went in to have the new bulb placed, they were so apologetic. It is a lightbulb.:) And they get 5 stars for explaining why and how this happened and being so sweet about apologizing. So, five stars ***** for Leith, seeing and fixing problem.

Buyer Beware! Although we got the car of our dream...

Buyer Beware! Although we got the car of our dreams and the sales person Jimmy K was great, the Finance guy was a sleazy, sleight of hand trickster. He never disclosed the total cost of the warranty package he was selling. And boy, does he sell the Simonizing. His dealership sanctioned trick is to turn the cost into a monthly payment and make it look like a nominal amount. Luckily, I looked closely enough and realized the package had added over $5,000 to the total loan amount. When confronted, his only response was most people only care about the monthly payment. My only response was now I see your shiny underbelly. Must be the Simonizing.

I'd definitely recommend him as his approach was more laid back and comfortable, I didn't feel pressured and he was more than willing to explain things multiple times in easy terms.

This is my first purchase at Leith Nissan and I would like to say that my overall experience was excellent. All the staff was extremely courteous and made me feel very comfortable. Vincent Scott's service was excellent, he made sure we got the car with all the features that we were looking for the same day and then walked us through all the main features of the car. He also did a great job at answering all the questions we had. All in all, the whole process was hassle free. I'm really happy with my new car and would definitely recommend Leith Nissan to my friends and family.

I was looking for a used car and short listed three brands. Toyota, Honda, and Nissan. And, I choose to buy from dealers to get a clean working car. And, got a Nissan Rouge fully loaded. After two days, I saw moisture on the driver side headlight and talked to the sale agent about the issue and he told me to bring the car. I did and didn't find him and talked to another sales agent. He talked to the service department and he said "Nissan cars can have acceptable level of moisture in headlight". And, what is acceptable level means, he can't elaborate it. In general, he is not willing to discuss with me further to help me. I stopped by their service department and the other guy said the same thing what the sales person said. I also asked him the same question, what an acceptable level amount is and he didn t explain it.

I wish there is much lower rating than 1 to express my dissatisfaction.

This Nissan dealer charged $89.95 for a synthetic oil change on my Nissan car, which is $30 higher than a nearby Toyota dealer's price for synthetic oil change performed on my other Toyota car. Ask for a quote and compare the price before going to this dealer for your car's service.

Came from another dealer closer to home (Durham) and was astounded at the difference in customer care and overall experience I got here at Leith Nissan! My wife and I are 100% completely satisfied with our choice in, not only the car, but the sales person, Campbell Lovett who was a true professional and would not let me walk away without me feeling satisfied with my car or the experience I received.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend both Campbell and Leith Nissan for your next vehicle purchase. We are going to be repeat customers for sure!

First of all, I would like to say Marco, our sales...

First of all, I would like to say Marco, our salesman was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. A true professional in this day where the "car salesman" is not looked upon too highly. Marco was exceptional. He even took the time to take the car around to detailing, when he discovered the guys were pretty backed up, he pitched in and washed and detailed the car himself! Then asked me to look the car over to see if it was clean to my liking. Unfortunately, this is where the great experience ends. It seems as if after the purchase, the great customer care goes out the window. Let me explain. The purchase was for a 1997 Toyota Corolla. My 17 year old son, who worked hard all summer long at Bojangles to save up for his first car. To make a long story short, my wife and went in half as we agreed. I drove the car home no problems. It rode quite well. Two days after purchase 12.31.18 the check engine light came on. My son and I took the car to Auto Zone for diagnostics. The error code said "misfire position 2 spark plug. " I pull the plugs to replace and discovered oil was leaking into the spark plug chamber. Possibly oil gasket seal defective. I called Leith Nissan to see if they would assist in any way to rectify the problem. I spoke to Marco, who referred me to a manager. I do not recall his name. He simply told me that I (my son) had signed a waiver recognizing he purchased "As Is" No Warranty. Don't get me wrong I understand how it works but I told the manager, Is this something you tell a 17 year old, who worked his whole summer, subsequently spending all his savings, on a car, that is now unsafe for him to drive. That's your only solution. You can't out of GOOD FAITH bring the car in and fix the issue. Since , you should have reasonably known the car had issues (check engine light on) since you do a THOROUGH inspection on all your pre-owned vehicles before you put them up for sale. BOTTOM LINE, The manager was wrong in his response, therefore, no member of my family will ever again purchase from this dealership.

I went to Leith Nissan to get my car serviced and found out it would cost 800 dollars plus to get it fixed. The service manager Cheryl Furcini spoke with Nissan service and got the vehicle maintenance covered for me. BUT it didn't stop there. I had been thinking about getting a new car with more power and more room but felt with my low credit score it could not happen. To sum it all up , I got the car I wanted and with a low interest rate . It wasn't easy but with the help of Kasey the Sales Manager, Don the Finance Advisor and a great lady named June Rosas I was in and out driving around in my new Nissan Special Edition Altima . Thanks Leith Nissan for going above and beyond for your customers.

And I'm very, very happy that I did because I drove away with a brand new 2014 Nissan Murano and had an outstanding and professionally handled experience with Josh Banks, the salesman that worked with me. Last week, I had a great experience with Leith Nissan. I was very pleased working with the entire staff, especially, Kevin Jones. He was willing to spend pesonal time to meet me and arrange the purchase after normal working hours. He exceeded every request that I made of him and not once did I feel like I was being pressured into anything. He has no interest in the usual gameplaying but he is straightforward and honest. I could feel that he was trying to satisfy a customer. I am planning to purchase another vehicle sometime in the near future and will be back in touch with Kevin Jones when the time comes.
I would highly recommend this dealership and Kevin Jones. Thank you, Kevin!

They showed us the initial price and we told them what we could afford, and they got it wher it needed to be the 1st time around. We will definitely be going back in the future.

My experience with Leith Nissan is very positive. In my initial visit, I tried a Leaf, but I found it too pricey to lease for the distance that I have to travel daily. However, my wife got fond of a Sentra and I promised Rakesh, who was very helpful, to return. In my second visit, a month later, I arrived at 7PM with more of an idea than clear plan and left at 9;30PM in a fully loaded Sentra, with everything being taken care of. At no time I felt the pressure to buy a car, and Rakesh gave me a honest description about features in both models, and why he likes the live in NC better than in the one in London...

I took my 2010 Pathfinder to Leith for some long needed service. At 103k miles, it needed a good tune-up. Ira was my service manager and he was great! Excellent communication and explanations. He set expectations and did not try to up sell. Bottom line....the work that I asked for was done completely and to my satisfaction. No surprises or confusion. Leith is now my go to for my Nissan.

I feel confident that my car was serviced as requested. I usually wait in the customer lobby while my car is being serviced and feel very comfortable in the surroundings. I can use the wifi connection, watch TV, snack on popcorn, or drink water provided and coffee.

Updating Aug 1st, I was back today to complete the work scheduled for the previous appointment. The work was done completely and correctly. I was given a discount on the work to compensate for the earlier complications. I'm a happy Maxima owner again. Thanks Leith Nissan!

It's always something. 3.5 hours later, I'm leaving with only a oil change & recall service. They didn't have the part to do the scheduled service and they didn't reset the TPMS sensor like they were supposed to. It will be another trip to get the CV joint and boot replaced and reset the tire pressure light.

Everyone was were helpful but I learned to ask before they start working on it , so I do not get surprised. And since I was not very happy when I left I didn t check the car (my fault of course) and I saw that one of the tired pressure valve cap was missing.

It was a great experience from beginning to end - our salesperson, Shannon McDougall, was very friendly and extremely helpful, without at all pressuring us. We felt we were well treated, and we left a couple of hours later with the car. We're very happy with the car itself - great shape, and great price. The 30 day drivetrain warranty helped us feel confident.

I have used this dealership before, for servicing my Nissan Leaf, and have had similar positive experiences then too.

Joey Macon at Leith Nissan made my car buying experience a breeze. I planned on looking at some vehicles on the lot and Joey was so helpful I decided to buy two and trade in my vehicle. I traveled to Leith Nissan (Cary) from Greensboro. I decided on Leith Nissan (Cary) over dealerships in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Durham, and Raleigh. I was very satisfied in my experience overall.

I really want to highlight how helpful Joey Macon was in this process. He has really restored my faith in the car dealership industry. I have never had a salesperson be so helpful and down to earth. He was not pushy and really made me feel comfortable. Because of Joey I will be recommending the dealership to all of my friends and family.

I just bought a Nissan Murano from Vincent and Boris and I am so pleased with my experience. Vincent pointed out all the features and joined me on my test drive. He is friendly and professional. Boris crunched the numbers and made it work for my budget. When I brought up a few concerns with Boris they had already been addressed! Now THAT'S service! Boris knew my time is extremely limited so, he made sure my car was ready to go and I could get all the paperwork done on my lunch break. Great service, super efficient and great price all contributed to my excellent experience. Boris' attention to detail and thorough knowledge gives me complete confidence in his ability to give me the best deal he can. I have never said this about a car salesman but, I trust him. I can't ask for better than that.

Heather, Marcos, Derek, and really the whole team did an exceptional job! It's because of their premium customer service that I ended up going back there and purchasing my new 2019 SL Plus Leaf the very next day! They went out of their way to make sure that I understood all the amazing features of the car and that I was comfortable and knowledgeable throughout the entire purchase process. I have never had a car buying experience like that before - Heather, Marcos, and Derek made me feel like family. I never considered purchasing from Nissan, but after the experience I just had I will. I am looking to purchase an SUV in the next 6 months. My father passed away and left me his Nissan which was not old, but had not been driven for awhile while he was ill. The transmission went from sitting I was told. I could not afford to pay for the repair as I am self employed and with the COVID shut down my income has drastically stalled. They were so kind that they offered me a charity discount due to this event and I was able to get the car repaired and get back to work. I use the car for work. I am so grateful and have already told everyone of the great gift they gave me. I will not forget and will buy my next car at Nissan.

Vince then took care of me inside and was very knowledgable and kind. He explained the process for the service I requested. Soooo HAPPY. It took me months to build up the fortitude to deal with my lease expiration and make the best decision for my family whether to lease or buy. Daniel (sales) and Shannon (finance) totally put me at ease, answered factually and made me feel that I was making the best choice for my circumstance. Oversell occurs everywhere, but these folks breezed me through the state and financial processes and respected everything I said. That is because they listen. I really am sooo HAPPY days later.

STAY AWAY!! Bought a car here on Wednesday... 3 DAYS LATER the engine is misfiring and losing power. The VSA electronic stability light is on. This dealership won t even take a look at the car out of good faith. Called the manager and was not given anything resembling customer care or service. Just told Oh well.

They will take your hard earned money and leave you in the mud with a lemon.

My wife and I recently purchased a Nissan Sentra from Leith Nissan located in Autopark Blvd in Cary. Rakesh Patel was our salesman that greeted us and showed us around the dealership. Rakesh was very friendly, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, PLUS got us a great deal on the Sentra . Not only did we get a great deal on the Sentra , Leith Nissan also gave us an excellent trade-in value for our van. We are now enjoying our Sentra and the gas savings from our commute to and from work. In two years we plan on visiting Rakesh Patel at Leith Nissan to purchase our next vehicle. Great experience!

I want to say a special Thank You to John and Bonnie for taking such wonderful care of my dad. They displayed a great deal of respect to my Dad for his military service (and a discount too). John it was truly a pleasure my friend you were attentive to our needs, knowledgeable about your products and it serves you well. You sold my Dad exactly what he wanted, nothing less. People like these are hard to find The epitome of customer service. You not only met but exceeded our expectations. You made me want to buy a car from you and I'm happy with what I have.

By far, the best and easiest experience I have ever had with a car dealer. Every single member of the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and generally taken care of.

Derek Parker could not have been more helpful in the process of me getting my new Nissan Leaf. He answered all my questions, and was incredibly helpful in making this a great decision.

I have been going there for years for oil change but today when I went there for oil change they did not tell me anything at the register when I gave my car for oil change and after words they charged me $88. This is completely unprofessional and I would stay away from this kind of companies who take advantage of there existing customer.

I scheduled an appointment to have a Fob programmed but cancelled my appointment when they quoted me double the cost of what other Nissan dealerships in the area are charging! $150 to program a fob is ridiculous!! I had it done at Crossroads in Wake Forest for $70. This place will never get my business.

She was incredibly patient and helpful and was able to help us with the price and getting the vehicle we wanted the same day.We originally tried to go to another Nissan dealer in the area and it just didn't work out.
