I bought my Altima last night from Jim Gillis and Leith. I have to say that working with Jim was the best car buying experience I have ever had. He is helpful, patient, and pleasant. There was no pressure and every question was answered in a professional manner.
As for Leith Nissan itself, they must be doing something right. The showroom was very busy with people buying cars. That leads me to believe others had good experiences with their sales reps.
I went there because of a coworker that bought a car from them. He said they were great to deal with and he was right.

I bought a 2019 Altima at another dealership. This dealership did not have the car that I really wanted. I called Leith Nissan and they had the exact one that I wanted, including AWD, which the other dealership did not have. At first I was a little hesitant to take my new car to another dealership for trade-in. Leith Nissan did not bat an eyelash. They didn't think I was crazy for doing this. I got the exact car I wanted, plus the sales person I worked with, Pete O'Neal, was fantastic! When I was ready for the finance dept., I met Shannon McDougall. She made me feel like family. Honestly, the whole experience was above and beyond my expectation. Also, Pete went over all the bells and whistles (and believe me there were many) and made sure I understood them. The safety features were incredible. If you want to buy a Nissan, do yourself a favor, and check them out. You won't be disappointed!

We walked in and Brandon walks out looks me dead in the face , I'm smiling and all excited and he turns around like me or my money wasn't good enough. The look on his face of discuss and unwillingness to help me made me feel hurt and sad. It was at that moment I new I wasn't going to spend my money with this company. I wanted everyone to know that if your black or African American your money may not be good to spend with Brandon . Another young guy approached me and was friendly. Once I found out that Brandon was the sales manager and treated me that way I just had to spend my money some where else. I purchased a 2020 Honda accord.. safe that in 2020 I was racially profiled!

I bought two 17 & 18 rogues with the tire and wheel protection tried to use it on my daughters rogue and was told wheel scratches were not covered, but when I bought the protection I was told it was covered! After many calls to the finance lady since I was told she was the only one that could help and getting 1 response it's still unresolved. My daughter goes to school in Florida and has limited time to get her car serviced so she had to go back without it being corrected. I would like to get this corrected or a refund! I would have thought I could get this resolved without having to write about it here, but I was left little choice. We have had excellent service and our salesman was very helpful, but if your going to offer these packages and you say they are covered they should be when you need them. I was contacted by customer service manager and they resolved the issue.

I should've walked away when I had issues in the beginning of my experience of buying a vehicle from here but they did work hard to get me into a car after I gave a bad review. I've had mechanical issues with my sentra from the beginning, has been in the shop 6 times and still isn't 100%. I truly believe I have a lemon, used or not I shouldn't have to go through all this headache with a car that has less than 100000 miles at 5 years old. So with advise from a Nissan employee I spoke to them about trading it in because I firmly believe the vehicle did not go through the complete inspection process before selling it to me ,the car was just traded in the day I looked at it and wanted to buy. Now I'm being told my credit isn't up to par and need a solid cosigner, so I'm stuck with a car that's going to drain my bank account with repairs. I did purchase a warranty which has covered some of the issues but not all which in turn I've had to pay out of pocket for. Nissan should replace my vehicle with a reliable one even if it's used to show they care about their customers and want to keep my business. At this point I will go elsewhere and would not recommend them to anyone. It also speaks volumes when Nissan employees recommend going to a different dealership, ex. Chevrolet. To your response Ashley my car did not have 125000+ miles on it at the time I tried to trade it in it s just now gone over 100000 miles and I was not offered the other inspection it wasn t even mentioned at all and I have had out of pocket expenses with other mechanics because the warranty doesn t cover everything after numerous visits the transmission was finally replaced with a new one but no new warranty was given for that and I ve had it looked at again because of issues I m still having and the new transmission isn t working properly and I was told to take it back and I ve tried 4 different times to contact the head tech and I ve received no return calls that is very poor customer service I would never recommend anyone to your dealership and I will be taking my car to another dealership for service

My best car buying experience ever at Leith Nissan. Jim Gillis is our sales consultant and help me obtain my 2015 Nissan Rogue!! Salesperson was so patient. John Watson helped us a lot on our payment method. I went Leith Nissan near the closed time, even though the stuff were still very patient. Finally got my new car home on 10:00 PM!!! They are so nice. Got a great deal on my new car. I do highly recommend them and Leith Nissan.

Leith Nissan is worth every bit of five stars. My experience here was everything I could have wanted and expected in the car buying process. Over all I felt as though I mattered; I felt like my time, and my desires were more important then the sale.
The bulk, if not all of this wonderful experience should be contributed to the salesman, Steve. He was dedicated, caring, respectful, knowledgeable, he listened and was in no way pushy like a lot of salespeople are. Steve understood what I wanted/needed and did not try to push for more. He did what other dealers would not, and went above and beyond my expectations. It was Steve that caused me to go with a Nissan Rouge over other similar suvs. Not because of trash talking others, because he did not do that. He listened, understood, and made me feel like family, in emails, phone calls and even a card.
If you are considering Nissan, or are on the fence, go to Leith, ask for Steve, you will not be disappointed.

I went into the Leith Nissan Dealership this morning to have the batteries replaced in both of my keyfobs because they were petty much dead batteries. While there I explained to the lady that was helping me, Emily Kight that my car was making a humming sound and that I wanted someone to see if they can figure out if it is a quick fix. She made me fully aware of the diagnostic fee of maybe 154.00. she said Mr. Roberts if my tech determines he has to diagnose it I will call you and let you know so that way you can make a decision on what you want to do. She never called me, they went ahead without my permission and when I went to pick my car up I was told 165.06 to get my keys back. I have no issues with the cost, it is the deceptive business practices and being lied to. People need to made aware of how deceptive and deceiving this business really can be.

I was immediately greeted by sales consultant June Rosas & I can honestly say I hit the jackpot of all jackpots with her! She was amazing! She answered all of my many questions, we went out on a test drive & I'm excited to say, I am now the proud owner of my dream 2015 Nissan Rogue! I had originally written a 5 star review for Leith Nissan.. The sales team was very helpful (Mo & Curtis in particular). However, the financial team is completely incompetent. We traded in cars and bought our Nissan Altima about a week before Christmas. Because of the finance departments inability to print out the contract correctly, Nissan Finance department was unable to process the auto loan. On February 5 (almost 2 months after I purchased the car) I received a call from Toyota saying that my account was delinquent and that a mark had been placed on my credit. I had to call Leith Nissan and demand they call Toyota to fix my credit mark and ensure they received a check, which they finally did 3 days after I called...
On top of all of this, I did not receive my plates until today February 15. That's 2 months after the purchase of the car!!
My Altima is very nice, but all the trouble I have had to go through to get it is not worth it. The lack of competence we have had to deal with is ridiculous. I understand things go wrong, but my expectation would be for Leith Nissan to have communicated with Toyota so that my account and my credit did not suffer for their stupid mistakes. We will not go back to Leith Nissan and wish I had gone somewhere else to get our new car.

An accident is a stressful experience in it's own stature but add having to search for a new vehicle in a limited amount of time after it was quoted as being totaled. I have now brought my car here twice for service and repairs, and both times left very impressed. The appointments were easy to schedule and the shop was very flexible. Even the time I arrived well prior to my appointment, they began the work as soon as I was checked in. The service staff did a through diagnosis, determined the issue and fixed everything faster than I ever expected. On top of that, they made sure to check for any existing warranties (besides the factory ones) to make sure costs were reduced/covered. Everyone that I have dealt with here has been cheerful, helpful and attentive from the moment I pulled up. Thank you!

I went for oil change and the same electrical problems I have been having since I bought the car. I didn't have a ride to come back and pick my vehicle up on Saturday so they were able to leave my keys with Daniel so I could pick it up Sunday. They noticed my tires needed rotated to they did that for free. However, they still could not fix the issues that I have been having with my car. I am concerned that they will still be there when the warranty runs out and then I will be responsible for something that has been a problem since the beginning. The service team was fantastic though and I will continue to see them for service.

This was a great experience for buying my first car. Campbell Lovett was awesome to work with. He is not like all the other sales people who push things at you just so that you buy it. The first thing he did after introduction was ask exactly what I wanted, what I had to have and what I did not want to have with the car. We walked outside to look at what he had available and found the perfect car for my needs. Campbell was very helpful with terms and information, given I am a first time buyer and did not understand much.He helped explain things very well without making me feel so incompetent. Went in for the first service in the morning 8AM appointment. Waiting area was very clean and had free coffee and bottled water. The truck was done in about 30 minutes with a free car wash. At Leith Nissan I got free oil changes for life, so I paid nothing for this 6 month service.

They assured me that they would do their best to find me a vehicle that I like and enjoy. During my first visit Mary and I went over different options and various vehicles. Once I find the ONE, Mary and Anthony went over the numbers and realized that it wasn't suitable for my budget. So Mary and Anthony maintained contact with me and eventually found a newer vehicle within my budget, and ensured me that I would love the vehicle. Need I say, I love the vehicle that meets my needs and I successfully give Leith Nissan a 5 star Rating. When reached deal other day and talk with some other sale person who worked with on closing the deal mentioned about loaner car for leasing Nissan leaf for long drives. When i called after one year(2014 - 2015) into leasing the Leith Nissan deal saying "they don't offer loan cars" starting 2013.

In 2006 I purchased an Xterra SE 4x4 from Leith Nissan, when they were at their Hwy. 55 location, and was extremely happy with the process then. I always took my Xterra to the Leith Nissan service department for everything (oil changes, new tires, brakes, warranty work, etc.), and had been very satisfied with how my vehicle and I were treated, and am especially fond of Donna, one of the service reps. There is always a shuttle available to take me to RTP for work, and pick me up when work on my vehicle is complete. Having had poor service experiences in the past at other dealerships, it's one of the main things that makes me a loyal customer to a dealership.
Fast forward to 2013, with a growing family, and my wife and I were in the market for a new family SUV. We showed up at Leith on a Friday morning, and were greeted by a sales rep, Jamon Allensworth. We explained that we were interested in the new 2014 Pathfinder. Leith seemed to have one of the larger inventories of Pathfinders in the triangle, which was nice because my wife could see what colors and features she liked. Jamon showed us the vehicles on the upper lot, and when it was clear none of those were the trim we were interested in, he drove us to the lower lot to look at a larger selection. Jamon was very knowledgable about the vehicle's features, and for the few features he wasn't sure about, he was able to find answers for us. We didn't feel rushed at anypoint, each taking a few mile test drive, and we were offered bottled water on several occasions. When it came time for negotiations, we were made aware that the trim we were interested in, the SL, could be equipped with a moonroof or navigation, but not both, which required the platinum premium trim. I feel like the sales team worked with me to get the price of the next higher level trim to something my wife and I felt comfortable with and at a rate that I felt was fair. I showed up with a printout of the value of the Xterra, as determined by Kelly Blue Book, and was given a trade-in offer that I felt was very fair relative to the KBB value. The specific exterior/interior color combination we wanted was not available at Leith, but they were able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted at another dealership in the state. We were contacted the following day, Saturday, that our vehicle had arrived and was ready for us to pickup. It was an exhausting couple of days, but the entire process was quite smooth and I would not hesitate to refer somebody in the market for a new vehicle to visit Leith Nissan, and specifically Jamon.
I'm confident that if we experience any issues with our new Pathfinder, they will be addressed as effectively as any we had with our previous vehicle. For the forseeable future, Leith Nissan has my family's business.

Driving home this weekend, my brakes started making an awful scraping noise. I didn t feel comfortable driving the car down stop-and-go Capital Blvd so I brought it in to Leith Nissan to get checked out. Bryan and Clint in the Service department were awesome to work with! Bryan was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong, and what needed to be repaired / replaced. He walked me through my options and answered all my questions. Once Clint started on repairs they kept me updated on what was going on. Overall, it was a great experience, and I left feeling much safer driving my car. This was my first visit to this dealership. I drove from Charleston to purchase a Nissan Cube that I saw on the internet. Not only were these employees super nice and helpful answering all of my silly questions through email and phone, they were exceptionally nice and easy to work with in person. Buying a car from out of state was a little stressful but Mark made it extremely easy and kinda fun. Mark was super nice and laid back...definitely not over the top "Sales-y." I really hate the pressure that you feel when you walk onto a car sales lot, I felt none of that at this place. It was super relaxed.

Lately I have been trying to purchase a vehicle. And I have a hard, difficult, dead end time. Then curtis and bonnie the elf at leith changed ALL of that!!! As soon as I walked in I was beyond impressed. Curtis opened the door and greatest us with the kindest most genuine smile. He really treated us like royalty from the time we got there down to the minute I drove off the lot. He was constantly making sure we didn't need anything, offered water and Starbucks. And was so very easy talk too. He seemed like a normal guy. Not a weird creepy out to get yah kinda sales man. He was a prince charming of cAR buying! And that building. Oh my! It's beautiful! It has a very classy and clean feel. Much better than the Honda building behind them! The whole staff was beyond Pleasant. They literally did whatever they had too to get me in a vehicle. And you could tell it wasn't to make a sale. But because they cared. They respected my budget and wish list and made it happen! I love my altima! And that bonnie! She's amazing! She personally came in assured us that we would find the perfect match. I can't tell you enough how much help and how amazing the whole experience was! Even the financial older gentlemen was awesome!

I have always had both great customer and maintenance service when I have stopped by! While waiting for oil changes, etc. I get to obvserve the sales staff interact with their customers. I have to say that anyone would experience personalized, excellent customer service when shopping for a car or if their car needs to be serviced!
The maintenance staff goes above and beyond when explaining everything that needs to be done and will make suggestions as to what can wait, and what should be addressed as soon as possible. Being a female I have had not so great experience with mechanics at other places trying to push expensive, dishonest sales on things that were not needed. I feel Leith Nissan's maintenance staff have always been honest with their suggestions and I have never felt pressured into buying into any maintenance repair that was not needed. They fact that they always let me know what needs to be done in the future helps me to plan ahead financially. With that being said, that shows their customer service is not just "in the moment", but far past the actual day of service!

I just purchased my first car from Leith Nissan, and the service was amazing!!! I had shopped at a number of other dealerships first and had terrible experiences. At other dealerships I was lied to and pressured to make a purchase. At Leith Nissan the entire process was open and I never felt pressure to make a decision right then and there. One of my favorite things about the dealership is that the sales rep never disappears to talk to his/her manager. All communication is done via online chat and the sales rep had the screen turned towards me so I could see the entire conversation between him and the manager. Beyond that however the people at Leith Nissan are genuinely wonderful. My sales rep was Campbell Lovett and he was fantastic, personable, and well informed about the vehicle. If you want/need to buy a new car Leith Nissan is definitely the way to go!

Outstanding experience at Leith Nissan in my search for a used vehicle. Rakesh was very busy, but devoted his time to me. I personally was on a tight schedule, and everyone I spoke to made it clear that their goal was to satisfy my needs in a timely manner. I ended up returning the next day to finalize the sale, which was a scheduled day off for Rakesh. Guess who showed up anyway. Service Rep was fast, friendly and no questions asked on getting the repair done, claim started, warranty honored and no fees passed on to us with the $0 deductible plan through Leigh Nissan which was the original purchase point for our SUV. It was the first time we used the extended warranty and was glad to see that it is starting to pay off! Very pleased with the service department.

I recently brought my 350Z in to have the front two tires replaced. Leaving my Z in the hands of others is always a traumatic experience for me, but Eduardo Ramos (the Service Technician) and Vince Spiritosanto (Service Advisor) immediately put me at ease. I could tell Vince was a straight shooter and I got a chance to speak with Eduardo (a true car guy), so I knew that my car would be well take care of. The salesman that helped me, Daniel, was not only very knowledge in general but knew what kind of questions to ask me that would help me figure out what would work best for me (things I hadn't even thought to consider). He really took the time to make sure I understood everything. I was worried I would go in not knowing much of anything and get bulldozed but I felt comfortable asking questions and trusted the answers I was receiving. Couldn't be happier, Daniel is the best!
