The server was very friendly and helpful understanding the menu. This is not only a local stop, but a great tourist place. The restaurant is overlooking the water and has a great atmosphere. No loud music, no blaring tv, small bar. But never too full. The clam chowder was good. The tex mex nachos were great, the mussels are super fresh. The bathrooms are am all and crowded for men. The bill was reasonable. Highly recommend. Good for kids who are picky. Lots of options that are sea food or on land options like steak.

Was told 45 mins to an hour wait. As time was going by made several checks with the staff to see where we were at on the list and were told were "next" we watched through the window as they sat at least two other tables. After our "45 to 60 min" wait closed in on two hours we left. Wasted much of our short time left in boston with this foolisness would never recommend anyone else do the same

The place was nice. A little high priced but fish was good. I Had fish and chips. Fish was on a big pile of french fries. Would have rather have a nice baked potatoe than the fries . Ps I have diabetes, so french fries are a no no . Potatoes are not good for me in general but a baked pototoes tje better of the two evils .

Nice casual bar/restaurant atmosphere. Great views. Huge portions. Disappointed with seafood selection. Much of it fried and they ran out of swordfish early in the night.
Clam chowder was excellent.

Wow! The muscles we're absolutely fantastic, the lobster fresh and it's shell maleable. The fish and chips, savory and well prepared. I picked this spot due to it's location and on a whim but they delivered. The decor is nothing special but the view is solid. A lively bar crowd makes the vibe very casual.

Alex was our server and he gave us every A+ recommendation food and drink wise . Walked in with my wife and got fish and chips and a bowl of clam chowder . They have been voted the best chowder in Boston 3 years in a row ( I m a yankee fan ) . Drinks and service were a 10/ 10 . This place is absolutely lights out . I still hate the Red Sox with every bone in my body but I ll be coming back to this place . Cheers !!!

The service was very good. The food was extremely good. The only thing I would say is the potato skins had nacho cheese on them instead of shredded cheese. Honestly if that's the worse thing they are doing pretty damn good. Called in a reservation for 745 for a party of 5. We got there about twenty minutes early and we're say at a table within five minutes of getting there.

It has such great reviews I was expecting as little more. It was ok. Service was spotty, with certain members of our party not receiving their soup or salad. The entrees were very good though, especially the scallops which they are known for. Couple rubbery ones but most were great. Atmosphere is a little antiquated and could use an uplift.

Yum!

Very affordable dining right on the waterfront. It's a bit small, but definitely has charm and a friendly staff. Their clam chowder is considered to be some of the best in Boston and their seafood is super fresh.

This was our second time here. We came here on our first night in Boston and loved it. It set the standard for chowder and lobster for our week long trip and while there were plenty of good places, none came close to this one in taste and value. We went back for more on our last night here.

It's right on the water in the North End, and the service is fantastic. Good, honest food with no frills and hearty portions, this is the place to go for a lobstah roll, anything that swims, The mashed potatoes (which you can get as a side to some entrees) are worth noting! They were heavy and creamy and studded with potato skin and so freakin' good.

Great food, prices and staff. This restaurant had very friendly staff from the minute we walked through the door. The manager met us and asked if we had a seating preference and we said the best available. This place is built over the water so she took us to the farthest end of the dining room and we watched boats coming and going in the harbor while the planes of Logan filled the background. A great setting for our Sunday brunch.

The food here was seriously amazing. I got the pan seared tilapia which was a Thursday special. It was juicy and flavorful, came in a GIANT portion (you could easily share this plate with someone else) and the sides were delicious. The manager greated us at the door, introduced us to his granddaughter and came to check on our orders before we left.

The best seafood of my life no cap. The clam chowder was delicious and I really recommend the fish and chip. It can get really crowded even on week days so make sure to reserve.

Food was delicious. We had the lobster and muscles.

Service is fast and friendly and they were super accommodating to my wifes lemon alergy. They had the manager Meredith confirm with us so there was no miscommunication.

Great spot to visit for dinner or lunch on the pier. They even gave us recomendations for the best ice cream spots! Thanks guys!

Nice ambiance. Little restaurant at the beginning of a ward. There is limited setting outside, a couple of tables. The mussels were good and the staff friendly. I would have stayed for dinner but was pressed

I REALLY wanted some good seafood on my quick stop in Boston and this place was amazing! I put my name on the waiting list at the place next door but cancelled when I saw this place! I split the lobster Mac and fisherman's platter with my brother and the other people in our party had lobster the linguine with seafood (can't remember that one exactly) but those dishes were delicious too!!! The bartender and host were great but the server was a little lackluster. All in all though it was an incredible dining experience!

The server was nice but the little things stood out like loafs of bread stored on a dirty pantry shelf in the barkeep closet and the refills were in the same glass with the same chewed lemons and ice. The whole place could use a good cleaning.
