My experience with Leith Nissan was incredibly positive and hassle free. I had no idea that buying a new car could be so simple and transparent. After extensive research I knew I wanted to buy a 2014 Nissan Rogue and contacted no fewer than 7 dealers within a 90 mile radius of the Raleigh/Durham area. I wanted to get pricing on a specific color, trim level and additional options and preferred to communicate by email getting in touch with each dealers internet sales specialist.

Caitlin Brigante at Leith Nissan was the only dealer that did not try to pressure me into coming to the lot to test drive and also did not give me the run around on pricing as the majority of the other dealers did. She was transparent from the beginning and offered me a price that none of the other dealers came even remotely close to. There was zero haggling involved, I had done my research buying the Consumer Reports New Car Price report and knew that the price Leith Nissan was offering me was a very good deal.

The exact exterior/interior color combination I was looking for was not on Leith Nissan s lot, so Mark Williams, Business Development Manager, stepped in to facilitate a dealer trade keeping me up to date on the status of my new Rogue on a daily basis. Once my car was on the lot I worked with Rakesh Patel in the sales department to finalize the purchase. Rakesh was absolutely wonderful to interact with, in fact every single person at Leith Nissan that I either emailed, spoke with, or met in person, including Chris Wasz in the finance department, was quite pleasant. I left the dealership knowing I had not been taken advantage of during any stage of the process.

I highly recommend the entire Leith Nissan team to anybody looking to purchase and look forward to taking my car in for maintenance going forward.
