Bryan is egocentric. Not customer oriented. Cares nothing about longer term relationships. We began our journey on a dispute over the INFAMOUS Nissan CVT issue in the Rogue. It is well known. There have been service bulletins, court cases, and warranty claims up the wazoo. Not to mention the media and known consumer complaints. We bought the car preowned but prechecked. After a year the airbag warning indicator issue started. $2000 later and no help from dealer or Nissan for a safety fully contained item that should NEVER fail. Seriously, never had one fail in 20+ vehicles many owned over 10 years. We bit the bullet. Now a few months later the CVT light issue. $2000 more and this employee didn't care. Basically said the fail happens in their cars with MANY fewer miles. Basically admitting the lack of proper engineering and triggering the warranty for a particular purpose and warranty of fitness issue. But will not assist customer in the price. Neither will the service manager or Nissan (forget about the dealer general manager - never felt he needed to return a call). This dealership has no reason to exist and Bryan doesn't even pass calls to his manager as requested, in fact, intercepts them. He should be barred from ever being a service advisor again. Unfriendly, unethical, seriously devoid of any entrepreneurial culture. A real bad egg. Stay away from this dealership and Nissan generally and if you must go here; NEVER let Brian be your advisor.

Thank you Mr. Owner for your reply though a call BEFORE (as requested) my review might have been a better option for you. You shouldn t be surprised by my review cause I told Bryan and Craig that is what I would do if we were not satisfied. I only approved you to perform the work because it was broke and in any event needed the repair. You did NOT offer to call Nissan. You told me to call them and that you don t. Craig told me Nissan would call him after I opened the case. At that point I already had and gave Craig the case number. As I said, Nissan is doing nothing too. Thanks all around for nothing. We nor anyone else we can convince will ever be back nor have anything to do with a Nissan ever again.

Unfortunately nothing, or at least very little, you have posted is true. Had we not found on our own and presented you with your own coupon we would have paid the full overcharged price. You discounted nothing. I hope someday you realize your incredulous ways and act accordingly. Good night.

I have never (really) been so happy with a car pur...

I have never (really) been so happy with a car purchase in my life. The experience was so pleasant and every time I get in my car, I just feel so very good about it. Thanks to the wonderful team at Leith Nissan for making me a LEAF believer. When I came in and met Derek I was not at all sure I wanted a LEAF - he was so knowledgeable and it really sold me. Dwayne was great and helped me when I returned unannounced and he made my purchase experience so easy and pleasant... just wonderful all around. The professionalism of the team at Nissan was far greater than any other dealership I visited and the experience has left me with a really good feeling about my decision - great job everyone! I sincerely recommend Leith and LEAF.

This is a review of the service department.

I went to the website to determine hours of their service center and such and was prompted to "chat" with a service agent to help with scheduling my appointment. I thought to myself, sure, and started the chat session only to find out it was automated as if I would have called and had to push number 5 for service. Why did you waste my time... Close the chat room and just did it manually myself on the website which was pretty easy. Even though that "chat" lady said she was going to have someone to call me no one did. No big deal.

I picked a 7:00 a.m. time slot arrived 15 minutes early and was helped at 6:55 which was nice I had some place to be. The two gentlemen that checked me in were helpful and answered all my questions. They even set me up to receive text messages about my car in any updates they need to send me. Another big plus because I was in meetings all day.

The service center quickly diagnosed my issue, but we're unable to fix my truck. I get it it's 20 years old. What is the normal time frame to stop providing parts? I'm a DIYer so I Don't mind doing it myself. They told me what part I needed and I was on my way.

The fee for diagnostic was $130ish bucks. More than a shade tree mechanic but it was an airbag issue therefore I thought it was worth it. While I was there I inquired about timing belt replacement. The prices were fair for parts and reasonable for labor if you are not a wrench turner.

Hope this helps people in their decision to choose Leith. I would use them again.

Recommend Joey Macon as your salesman. Working with Leith Nissan was a top level experience. Started the process online and all of my questions and information request were met with swift and detailed responses. Working with Joey Macon was exceptional, not trying to oversell me on goods and services that I didn't want or need for that matter. The overall experience made me feel like I wasn't just a sale but more of a valued investment. Next time I need a new vehicle Leith Nissan will be the first to call.

I had a great experience with Leith Nissan. Mary Leahy was great with emailing me back and forth about pricing and various options. When we arrived, Mary had the car pulled up and ready for a test drive. The appraisal of my old car and the paperwork for everything was ready and done quickly (unlike the typical back and forth banter of typical dealerships). My wife and I will definitely be back to buy from Leith Nissan in the future!

He understands the consumer point of view and I believe he is very honest in his words. He only wants the best for you and never once did I feel pressured. I will definitely go back to see him for our next vehicle.

From the beginning to the end my experience with Leith Nissan Service Dept was OUTSTANDING. I own a 2016 Nissan Sentra and I took my car to Leith Nissan for a diagnostic and found out I had a transmission problem. Rashawn was my service advisor, he said, " you can't drive this car, I will get you a loaner until it's fixed. He walked me through the entire process always keeping me updated. To be in the service department is so much fun. It has a family vibe. They're always making sure you are okay and comfortable. This team was so amazing to work with, it made the process for me so happy because I knew they had my back. I ten out of ten would recommend going to Leith Nissan for car services, make sure you ask for Rashawn!!!

My experience at Leith Nissan has been turbulent at best. From the day of purchasing the vehicle to the on going issue that the service team has continued to fumble. There is very little respect for my time, when you couple that with poor communication and setting up a misrepresentation of expectations. I can honestly say the experience with Leith has been one of the worst I ve had. The painful part is I still need to go back a 3rd time because the issue with my Nissan is still unresolved. Avoid the service center if you can, however if you do need to take your car there know that you need to do a lot of the heavy lifting yourself follow ups checking behind the lack of quality in workmanship.

The entire car leasing experience, though a lengthy process, was great. Jamon was terrific to deal with. He was very fair and patient and answered all of our questions without frustration, no matter how ridiculous the questions were. Leith Nissan was willing to work with us to compromise on lease terms for the 2015 Nissan LEAF that we both felt were fair. All-in-all, it was a pretty painless experience. I would recommend Leith Nissan and Jamon to someone looking to buy a vehicle - especially an EV.

My husband and I went to Leith Nissan in Cary one Sunday since it was the only Nissan in the area that was open and we were extremely happy with our experience. On our first visit, we only wanted to take the car for a test drive and get some general questions answered - and Robert never pushed us to go any farther than that in the car buying experience. He was patient with our questions and never made us feel rushed once he knew we weren't going to purchase a car at the time. We returned a couple of weeks later ready to purchase if we could get the price that we wanted. They were flexible with their rates and quickly able to get down to a price that was within our budget. The overall experience was great, low-pressure, and just generally very positive. We have already recommended this dealership to a few friends that are considering buying a car and will continue to do so in the future.

Absolutely the best new car buying experience I have ever had. John Felten knew what we needed, demonstrated what we were wanting to see, and guided us every step of the way. We purchased a 2014 Nissan Murano LE which is also the absolute best car we have ever bought. The business process was extremely fair and straight-forward , took about three hours for us to accomplish the whole purchase from start to finish. Firewall tens all the way around for this dealership. I'm looking forward to service after the sale to be up to the same high standard as the original sales process. I've owned Hondas for the last twenty-five years, but Honda seems to have lost its way and Nissan seems to have discovered the needs and wants of former Honda buyers. My favorite Honda models I owned previously were Honda del Sol and Honda CRX. Neither Honda models are made today and the CRZ is severely compromised by the hybrid crap. I would buy a Honda del Sol or a Honda CRX as a second car immediately if I could get one new. My Honda CRX gasoline engine got 48 miles to the gallon. They don't make these cars anymore. Nissan has stepped-up the game and the Murano is an excellent choice for a family cross-over.

I just want to say what an excellent team of sales and finance officers this dealership has. They will do whatever it takes to earn your business and with a smile. Phil Titzell was my sales person and he did everything he could to help me get into a new vehicle that was right for me. Unfortunately the timing wasn't right for me to get a new vehicle through Leith Nissan, however I will not forget the awesome team and how they helped me. Genuine Customer Service with a smile. Can't go wrong with these people.

From the first phone call we made to Leith Nissan to the moment we drove off in our brand new truck, it was the most POSITIVE experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle of any kind, new or used at any dealership or car lot. Every single employee we saw was friendly, professional and loved on our German Shepherd puppy (yes, we brought our puppy and she was more than welcome) like we were all family. All of the employees we passed said hello and introduced themselves. We were so impressed by all of the genuinely nice people we met. NO FAKES!!! The Sales Manager, Tony, was involved in our deal from the start. We spoke on the phone twice, exchanged a few text messages and emails, and bingo!!! It literally took 30 seconds for us to say yes to the simple and and easy to understand "numbers worksheet" that Tony presented when we showed up in person. BEST OF ALL THERE WERE NO SURPRISES OR B.S. MADE UP COSTS. I wish I could give them 10 stars. When we signed our finance papers, Alex was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond getting us a 1.9% interest rate. How did all these wonderful things happen? I believe with all my heart that Tony, the sales manager, takes a very personal interest in every single deal and makes sure, and then makes sure again and again that the customer is happy. Leith Nissan, you have made us customers for life. Right before we left, Pete put a huge red bow on the truck and took a photo for us. He also took the time to show us how to sinc up our phones with the radio and blue tooth features. Thank you Leith Nissan, Tony, Pete, Alex and to every other employee we met. I can't wait to come back for an oil change and say hi to everyone. I have written less than 5 google reviews in my life, so I apologize for the length of this, but all of the honesty and extra TLC you get at Leith Nissan is so very rare these days.

Michael Cordaro is the best salesperson I've ever encountered! He wasn't pushy, he asked exactly what I was looking for and after a few moments found the car I fell in love with. When it came time to make my decision he backed off and let me be alone in the car. Michael called me several times during the week before I picked up my car. He unfortunately had an accident at work that caused him to not be able to be there when I picked up the new Kicks. He made sure I knew who would be taking care of me in his absence. Even with a concussion, he made sure to contact me afterwards to make sure I was happy. He is a sincere, attentive and caring person and a great asset to Leith Nissan.

I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Versa and I am so happy with it. I couldn't have done it without the wonderful customer service provided at Leith Nissan. I am older and on a very fixed income and even though it took 2 weeks they worked very hard until they were able to get me in a new car and keep it within my budget. I m am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed with this dealership. I am not happy with the service nor am I happy with anything this dealership has done for me. In The beginning of August my car had a new rebuilt transmission put in it under warranty. As I was driving away it started having issues and I had to take it back. Nissan then Decided to put a remanufactured transmission in it. Now my transmission had messed up again and I took it back only to hear the radiator failed and leaked fluid into my transmission. Then I m getting the impression that this is my fault that I let this happen apparently because now my car needs another transmission and Nissan won t do anything about it. They can t even help me halfway on a transmission. With the coolant thing the leith Nissan service department did help me out with getting that fixed. But now my transmission is gone. I don t have money to replace it. I m not trying to upset with Nissan but I m just looking for answers. I m looking for a resolution. I m looking for help because I don t have 4000 dollars to throw into the transmission. I even called the consumer affairs and they couldn t do anything about it. I just wish that Nissan could work with me more because as of now I don t have a car. Either they could help me fix the car or get me into another car but either way I m looking for help.

My experience with Leith Nissan was mixed at best....

My experience with Leith Nissan was mixed at best. Car buying has never been fun for me or most folks I talk to, for a place that prides themselves on Customer Satisfaction I would say that Leith leaves a lot to be desired. Here are some tips if you are dead set on a Nissan. First, avoid the internet sales, they are a totally separate entity and really have no authority to make deal, they are there to simple get you in the door, the person I was working with was quoting inventory they didn t even have and the price quoted was not upheld or honored. #2, Bring in competitors listed Price and negotiate from there, Leith has high sticker prices and play "this is their best offer" game often, I had to walk out three separate times and each time low and behold terms changed from list price, to trade in value to interest rate, its shame that you have to spend 4+ hours with a bunch of liars as they try to get every penny out of you, just dishonest to say this is the best, only to change it 5 minutes later. And yet they keep telling you they get 5 stars from every customer on their surveys from Nissan (more on that later). So, after the ordeal of agreeing on the price and vehicle we finally get to paperwork, this was probably the worst part of the experience, the other part is mostly a given. Specifically, the finance manager was pushing the extended warranty like no tomorrow. I think Nissan or this dealership needs to decide are they selling cars and trucks and standing behind them or are they pushing warranties and don t think highly of their product. I mean this guy kept telling me the computer would fail or transmission would go, this and that. I finally told him if he didn t stop I was going to leave, I was done. I just spent 5 hours haggling on price, I am not paying any more per month He asked how long I felt Nissan should be liable or stand behind their car, I told him I had (traded in a Ford, with 80K+ miles) and never had an issue, I was lucky I was told. I honestly can say after that experience, I don t trust my new Nissan Truck, after 36K I ll probably trade it in and get something American again, and defiantly not at Leith. The Kicker is this guy was so bitter, that he wouldn t even shake my hand when I came to pick up the car. Lastly, as I am pulling out, one of the sales reps talks to me about their Evaluations/Surveys, that the sale is going to the first guy I worked with and that any negative feedback, no matter where would follow him, basically saying if you don t have anything good to say, please don t say anything, so all the high five stars etc you see when you are there are basically fake based on this experience. I will say, the first sales rep, Sean, that I worked with was great, nice and friendly and honest, the rest of the crew needs some work. We ll see about the service department when oil change time comes, I won t hold my breath, I still haven t received that Nissan USA survey about my experience, 2 months later. Truck is great, as I said, I have a hard time believing in the long-term quality.

I dread shopping for a vehicle and having to deal with sales people. However I was lucky enough to be greeted by Josh Colluci. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the Nissan Titan. Josh made the whole experience enjoyable and actually fun!
I will recommend Josh and Leith Nissan to anyone I know in the market for a new or used vehicle.

We came in looking to get out of a vehicle with an outrageous interest rate from Drive Time WORSE MISTAKE EVER!! but luckily we came into Leith Nissan where Michael worked really hard to get us approved for a 0 mi single digit interest rate! It was definitely a hard one but it was approved. We weren't pressured into anything! Would recommend!

Service people were great as usual. There was a small billing correction that was needed but overall, great service. I would suggest upgrading your connectivity so that making payments is quicker (slow connections). Also, when browsing around, I have never been asked if I need assistance - ever. It would be nice to open conversations about future sales.

I am so happy to have my purchased my car from Jimmy at Leith Nissan. He was a pleasure to deal with and really made me feel comfortable with the car buying experience. There was no pressure at all, and he couldn't have been more courteous and kind. Even after the purchase I had several questions and one very minor body issue and they were addressed and resolved immediately. He and Alex in finance (also super personable and kind) stayed very late on the evening of purchase because the bank was a little slow. We were both exhausted but he remained kind, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Leith Nissan, and especially Jimmy!!

August 23rd, 2013 my wife and I stopped by Leith Nissan to look at Mid-sized SUVs. By the luck of the draw we got Mary Leahy as our sales person. She was everything a good sales person should be, attentive, met objections, listened, stayed focused and saw to it that we had several choices in which to choose from. Hence, we went from lookers to buyers as the rest of her team helped her make us very satisfied buyers.

Since I bought Nissan whenever i visit over there always have a big problem, my resent visit was today 07/21/2016 and its end up as usual and i came home without service,Even I called before visit and talk to manager and she said will take care of this , and after 1hr 15min wait she told me sorry we can not do it, same thing she can tell me on the phone any way I and went left nissan without problem solved. after bad experience with Nissan i ask service manager i need main office ph number she gave the number and when i came home and I called on that number guess what the number belong to Honda, its mean she know she did wrong and I am going to Call (that what called NISSAN service ) GOING TO NISSAN IS NOT WORTH AT ALL not for buying not for service

under the leadership of Assistant General Manager Bonnie Gramling. From the
first time you set foot into the dealership to the test drive, whether you're purchasing a
new or used car, or having your car serviced, you are treated as a member of the family. I just closed on my seventh Maxima lease, a 2016 Maxima Platinum, which is the third Maxima leased from Leith Nissan. I could not be more pleased with their service , information and care which was given from Derek Parker. Derek has been my Sales Associate for all my past leases. You won't find a more patient , pleasant and knowledgeable Sales Associate anywhere. He is never pushy and explains everything clearly. He is certainly the best. I will definitely be back when my wife's Altima lease comes to term. Again many thanks to Bonnie and Derek for making my purchase a great experience.

I would also like to add that Nissan has hit a home run with the 2016 Maxima.
Thinking back over the past 6 Maxima's that I leased, none compare to #7, my 2016 Maxima Platinum. The ride, seat comfort, technology and economy are great. The
interior will wow you. There is no other car on the road that looks anything like the Maxima.

wow wow wow wow wow I mean I can go on on on this place is amazing, My mother and I looked around for a chevy equinox and I am glad we found it here. I went to CarMax and auction direct and leith Nissan was the last stop and turned out to be the best. Cambell and mary took care of my mom and I, we didn't have to say a word we just sat there and they said everything we needed to hear, didn't have to fight on price,interest rate, or the value of my trade in it was amazing. If u are looking for a pre-owned or new vehicle don't GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!. I have been in sales for 14 yrs and my mother was a loan officer so we where ready to battle and it turned out to be a breeze. THANKS AGAIN TO MARY,CAMPBELL LOVETT,CHRIS WASZ AND THE NEW GUY JOHN A. FELTEN. BEST EXPERIANCE EVER!!!!

This review is for Leith dealership in general. Recently leased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from their Chrysler dealership and purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima from their Nissan dealership. Their sales and finance team at both dealerships were great and we feel we got a great deal on each vehicle. HOWEVER, when it comes to cleaning/detailing the vehicles they don't seem to know what this means. Unless I am wrong, it s my understanding when you lease or purchase a vehicle the dealership cleans it for you. We first leased our Jeep and while getting the deal done we were under the impression the vehicle was getting cleaned up for us, but when we left we noticed marks on the outside and the interior was left unsatisfactory. We mentioned it to our sales/leasing consultant and she said she would take care of it so we scheduled an appt to come back in and waited hours for it to be cleaned/detailed and again when we left it looked the same. We did not feel like wasting any more time at the dealership and figured we would just clean the vehicle ourselves and felt we could do a better job at detailing. A couple of weeks later we purchased our Nissan at the Nissan dealership and got a great deal on it and understood it was used so some things appearance wise were expected. We purchased it later in the day and left with them not cleaning it but had set an appt up to have it done two days later. We brought it in and we were very specific with what we wanted to be cleaned hoping to avoid what we experienced with the Jeep. We just left and literally the same issues. I just don t understand why it s so hard to wipe down the inside of a vehicle, shampoo the seats because of stains, and vacuum it out. We will be detailing this vehicle on our own as well. To me this is bad business and all together terrible customer service. Don t give out an expectation/promise if you can t deliver. We are extremely unhappy with Leith s cleaning/detailing department.

Excellent service department always a great experience. Inexpensive unlimited mileage rentals. I have yet to purchase a car from Leith Nissan. But I do have my Altima regularly serviced there and have never had anything but a great experience.

I have been looking for a perfect car for about 2 months and I finally found it! Nissan of Cary was great and the sales person (Jon Glauser) was an excellent sales consutant. I brought my boyfrind and my father to help me out, from past experience I have known that most automaotive sale consultants are very hard to escape from and pressure buyers alot to purchase something even if your not sure what you want. NOT with this dealership! This was by far the most excellent experince my boyfriend, dad and I have ever been through. I really didnt think I was going to leave with a car this weekend, but I had to get the Juke. Jon made sure we knew every detail about the car and was very honost with us, we even negociated the total price of the car. We could not have another sales person but Jon, he was perfect. Even though our wait was a bit long, we did not care and did not affect us at all. We were vey pleased with this dealer as a whole and jon was the cherry on top. We recommend our freinds, family members and others to buy from this Nissan and to go directly to Jon. We could not have a better experience. I will definetly buy agian at this Nissan of cary and from Jon! Thank You so much for making us feel special.

Great service and very nice facility. My mom and I both purchased a car the same day and our sales specialist Mary was very patient and accommodating. She was excellent and had been recommended to us by other people. She assisted in locating cars that had the features we wanted and helped to make us feel like we got good deals. The dealership was easier to work with then those I have been to in the past. We know we got great service in sales, I am hoping to have a similar experience with service.

I recently contacted several dealerships regarding the new Nissan Altima and I must say that Curtis Underwood from Leith Nissan of Cary was the most prompt and transparent Sales Rep. of them all. I had been doing extensive research before deciding on the 2013 Altima, so when Mr.Underwood contacted me with his knowledge and very fair initial offer I immediately decided on meeting him for a test drive. I am by no means an impulse buyer, and so to find my wife and I agreeing to terms within hours is a reflection on Mr. Underwood as well as the GM Bonnie whom both exuded a no hassle, no pressure, confidence that helped us feel confident in our decision.

Came to Leith Nissan after buying a car from Carmax - and had to have it towed back to them twice - the second time after the transmission caught on fire. I refused to buy another car from them, and decided to go to Leith. Needless to say - I was nervous about purchasing another used car. But the saleslady, Johna, was awesome. She understood what I had gone through and made sure that she pointed me to a reliable car. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Rouge. So far, so good. Johna was awesome and i would definitely buy from her again.

My service advisor, Emily Kight, was excellent. Fast and efficient. Made me feel like a VIP without being overboard or forced.

Rental: Minus One Star
Need to be more careful about the rental walkaround -- neither Nissan employee nor I noticed a small crack in windshield... so, of course, it was assumed, upon returning the rental that the crack happened on my watch. Mild annoyance... seems to have been resolved.

I live around the Fayetteville North Carolina area, but drive an 1.5 hours just to get to Leith Nissan in Cary. My first experience was with a car dealership in Fayetteville December of 2013. To my dissatisfaction of dealing with that dealership, I began to make phone calls. I knew the car I wanted (2014 Nissan Versa for my college student), and refused to allow pushy sales people try to convince me I needed more. I called Leith, asked for what I wanted, within five minutes someone came back on the phone and said we have it and for that price. They did not try to convince me to change color, style, or anything else to meet their needs. I WAS SOLD ON THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I came back later and purchased an additional vehicle for myself a year later (2014 Nissan Pathfinder). Always the same: professionalism and respect. Thanks Bonnie, Mo and Campbell, the best team at Leith Nissan!

They are amazing people and keep up to their word. Not sure about their in-house financing options, but they value their customers. My sales consultant was Druv (Andrew) . He was really nice, kind and helpful. Overall, a very good experience and I am happy for finalizing a deal with them. Great work !!

I didn't finish the sale with them but they sold my personal contact info and I've been spammed daily ever since. I regret ever going there.

EDIT: Nice response. Same people I worked with, rude and liars. I checked your website and it says: Nissan may share information in de-identified or aggregate format with business affiliates, data brokers, service providers and vendors contracted to do business on our behalf for their own commercial uses. I reported you guys for selling it. You were the only ones that got my info and I looked it up and others said same thing. A decent company would say something like "sorry you felt that way, we don't sell info but we always strive to give 100%". I'm not a bot spammer, I'm a mom who is about to buy a minivan.
For anyone reading this: Nissan has a rude staff (even the managers), sends your info to spammers and to top it off, if you say something about it, they call those in their own community spammers and report us. I only wrote this review after I had to unsubscribe to one of your affiliates for the 50th time.

Was told you would not honor service warranty because of after market parts Richmond of Nissan put in. Ask service advisor to call Richmond they never did. Cost 1050.00 to replace work that was done less then 6 months ago.Not happy with Nissan corporation all together..If I did not have 9k into a truck that is worth 3500 i would never deal with Nissan ever again..

Jason took my reservation over the phone and checked me in the next day. The power steering has been something of a problem since we bought the car from Gainesville in May. Leith took care of the issue under warranty and the car drives much better now. The oil change and filter was done at the same time. Thanks for the great work and very courteous staff in the service department.
