Leith Nissan Review

I had a great experience with Leith Nissan, Autopark, Cary. I was on the hunt for the perfect car. I needed a car that has great space, comfort and all the new technology. And I wanted this all for a great price. I shopped, shopped and shopped. The more I shopped the more confused I had gotten. When I talked to Bonnie and she recommended I come in to see the Rogue, I agreed. Derek and Bonnie worked really hard to figure out what I wanted and needed in a car. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed. I felt like during the time I spent with them I was getting closer and closer to what I wanted. Then "Bam". There it was. I was very happy that my search was over. I am really happy with the Rouge. It has great space for all my cargo and it has great comfort for all my traveling. Oh and great technology for me to enjoy.

Went here today for service. But looked at a newer car never will buy another car from this under valuing jerks again. They want to over charge you for a car with over 7000 miles which makes it a used car. No they wanted full price. Since Bonnie is gone this place is gone to hell.

Process was just too slow. 2nd visit, we had already called out that we were hesitant to come back since we had such a slow process last time - asked them to speed it up. Had already send ahead photos, documents, had done the pre-approval process, and still 2.5 hours to get the car. This dealership must take out all the time wasters and keep people moving. I wanted to walk away a couple of times just because I was sick of standing or sitting around the show room wondering what the heck was going on. A 5 minute Simonize video? Dot Matrix printer in the Finance Manager's office? Come on. They spent more time trying to sell the coatings and additional warranties then they spent selling the car.

Great Experience. Leasing a car was a synch and super reasonable rates. My time searching for a car was with Mark Funderburk, super helpful. He made sure I got the car I wanted. I love my Nissan and my time at Leith. Highly Recommended!

Fabulous experience...my sales representative Noah, customer experience manager Ashley...and the manager Nick...listened to me and saw me as a person...they did not treat me like a number to add to their bottom line. Leith Nissan Cary North Carolina is a fantastic dealership to deal with. Very professional and courteous. Top flight team top to bottom. Salesperson Derek Parker one of the best or the best sales person I have ever dealt with. My wife and I both highly recommend the dealership. Oil change now excessive for a loyal customer.

Service is good, but you should not advertise the fact that you wash cars after service. The car is always dirty after service, and your car washer has been broken since last year. Pretty embarrassing that a garage full of mechanics cant fix a car wash.
