Phenomenal experience, all the way around. If you need a car, be sure to ask for Rakesh Patel. I'm sure the other salespeople are nice too, but I strongly recommend you ask for Rakesh. I do not remember ever having as pleasant a shopping experience as the one we had this time. Friendly, informative, but without any pressure at all. Just bought a Quest mini-van, which we had them hold for us over the weekend till we could get back out there.. Even the finance guy (Bill) was helpful in working out a great deal for us.
