They were holding a SUV for me. Drove 190 miles one way to look at it. Salesman texted me three times the day of arrival to make sure I was coming. I confirmed each time that I would be there. I arrived early only to discover that the SUV had been sold the day before. It was supposed to be on a travel hold. Poor customer service!!!
