I worked in a garage for a while 30 yrs ago and the word was always "the Dealer will rip you off."
NOT SO WITH LEITH NISSAN!
After failing Inspection and not having my problem resolved with a Non-Dealer Srevice Provider I went to "The Dealer" fully expecting to be presented with an estimate that would shock me.
Instead!
I was extremely happy to hear that "rodent damage" was the source of my anguish.
For MUCH less than the cost of a new ECM and A\C compressor they cleared my "Check Engine" light and got me back on the road.
The mechanic that worked on my car "Clint" came out to talk me at dropoff and again at pickup.
How do you beat that?
My 2 sons thought he was cool also.

I went there to see about selling my car. It is paid for, low miles, fairly new and in better condition than most used cars I saw on the lots. I was there for 10-15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I passed several people that work there, and no one even looked at me. The way dealers are handling trade ins and purchases are nothing like they used to be. It's all geared toward profit instead of earning customer loyalty. Their offer was an insult, and they didnt really care.

Stay away!!! Brought a CPO for peace of mind however started giving service engine signs within 2 months. Finally had to put in $500 for parts to get it fixed. I hope it stays fixed!!! Also beware of their loaners and dont ever take loaner from them. Unfortunately i took one which was all scratched underneath before I took it. My mistake that i did not lift the car and checked it underneath or jacked it up to check it for damages. When i returned they found the bottom flap dangling underneath. I explained that it was not my fault. However, they billed the entire bumper cover repair and what not to me totaling upward of $800..... Leith and Nissan both lost me as a customer.

The sales associate AJ was great. He knew a lot about the car and was very interested in making sure I got what I was looking for. He was very friendly yet professional. My only complaint was that it took hours to do the paper work. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership, they have a great selection of cars at reasonable prices.

After scheduling an appointment with a less than reliable salesman that didn t show up for our appointment or let anyone at the dealership know we were coming, we actually had a very good experience. Daniel Edwards met us at the door and never lost his positive attitude despite our frustrations about the appointment. I didn t leave with what I had hoped but found something even better. We made an appointment initially because we had a shopper with a broken hip unable to walk around the lot to view cars. When our problems were brought to the attention of the manager, he basically said that us not referring them wouldn t hurt their business. If not for Daniel in sales and Johna in finance, there would have been no purchase made by us. I would have given 5 stars if the review was just for them. But the dealership doesn t care and doesn t deserve the review. DANIEL EDWARDS at this location is who you need to see!!! He won t disappoint you.

Curtis was incredible spending several hours helping me get exactly what I was looking for at a price I could afford. There are unlimited possibiliteis at Leith Nissan and Curtis to the time to help me explore all of them giving me the confidence that I made the best choice for my family and future. My experience was more than just buying a car; Leith Nissan helped me with an investment for my future.

Awesome car buying experience!! I just recently purchased a car from Shawn Fischer at Leith Nissan of Cary and I couldn't have been any happier. I am very picky on my vehicles and it was hard for me to find the right vehicle until I talked to Shawn. He was very knowledgeable and I felt like he knew exactly what I wanted. He is very easy to talk to and I felt like I wasn't pressured into something I didn't want. I will absolutely do business with Shawn again and would recommend him to anyone.

Probably the last thing I wanted to hear from my wife was it s time to go looking for a car . I get the same feeling when it is time for me to go to the dentist. For me car shopping has been a very unpleasant experience, not so with Mitch Larsen of Leith Nissan of Cary.

I walked into the showroom of Leith Nissan and asked to speak with a salesman about leasing a car and was cheerfully told it would be just a moment. The receptionist paged Mitch Larson who met me at reception. I told him I was interested in a Nissan Rogue. He asked a few questions then showed me one of the cars on the showroom. Currently owning a Nissan Rogue, he showed all the new improvements and features. He asked if I wanted to test drive one and I declined saying my wife would be in later to test drive the car.

After showing me the car and asking which of the features I thought were most important to me and my wife, he wrote up a quote. With the information in hand, I set up an appointment for the following Saturday as the car I was interested in was in transit.

Saturday with my wife we met again with Mitch who went over the same features with my wife, took a test drive, reviewed the lease information and asked for the order. Without delay we agreed and started the signing process.

This was undoubtedly the most pleasant car buying experience in my life for the following reasons:
1. I was treated with respect.
2. The team that assisted Mitch Larsen, all professional, but friendly.
3. Mitch s knowledge of his product enabled us to work with him exclusively.
4. Mitch Larson is a professional.

I have already recommended Mitch Larson to a potential buyer, because of his ability and professionalism.

Leith Nissan is the best Nissan dealership in the area. I live in Durham and it is worth the drive if you are interested in purchasing or servicing a Nissan vehicle. Worked with Mo, who spent a lot of time with me, didn't pressure me into purchasing car, and had the intention of making me a happy customer. I appreciated his honesty throughout the process. Campbell, one of the sales managers, was also excellent to work with!

I went to Leith Nissan to purchase a new vehicle because I had had very positive experiences with the service department . This Rogue is my fifth Nissan, so I was pre-disposed to buy another. I was lucky enough to have Daniel Edwards as my sales representative. He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being at all pushy. I knew what I wanted--Daniel helped me make that happen. Thank you, Daniel! Also, kudos to Ira, my service manager. He always listens to me, doesn't talk down to me, and takes care of the problems. I will recommend Leith Nissan to my friends.

We had an AWESOME experience at Leith Nissan working with Campbell Lovett. The selection of cars was outstanding and we were able to find the Nissan Murano that had every option we wanted. Campbell was very friendly and easy to work with. He has a great personality and was genuinely interested in making sure we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about both models we test drove (Murano and Rogue) and helped us make the best decision based on our needs. He wanted to make sure that we were happy and that we had a good experience at Leith....and we definitely did! We plan to go back to Leith Nissan for service in the future. Everyone we worked with there (including sales managers, finance officers, etc) was really friendly and made the experience great. We highly recommend Leith Nissan and Campbell Lovett!

We recently purchased a Murano 2015 from Leith Nissan and we had a great experience. We worked with Phil Titzell and he was very easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and took time (on his day off!) to understand our needs in order to help us get our vehicle. Phil was also great with following up on us after we got our vehicle to make sure that everything was in order. I highly recommend working with Phil. The process from test drive to final handshake was easy and pressure-free.

Today I purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima SL and I am pleased to report the car buying experience was the best I've had (of 4 total). Rakesh Patel was very welcoming, not pushy, very informative, even tempered and accommodating. My purchase spanned two days. The first day I didn't arrive until 4:30 and they close at 8. Rakesh was supposed to get off early that day but stayed, patiently, until closing to address all of my concerns.Though my husband was with me I truly felt that I didn't need him there at all. When answering questions, Rakesh made sure to include both of us in the conversation which meant a lot to me because I've been treated as 'invisible' at other dealerships when I've visited with my spouse. The second day had to be quick because I was coming only to sign paper work and pick up the car during my lunch break. When I arrived all of the paper work was printed and ready to go. I spent less than 20 minutes with the finance manager (Bill K.) which was also a very pleasant experience. I will purchase again from Leith and I most certainly will purchase with Rakesh Patel.

Rakesh Patel was extremely helpful in helping me understand what was available on the Altima, getting a test drive, and finding the car with the closest matching options that I was looking for. This is our 2nd time around and we decided to upgrade both of our vehicles this timme. I upgraded from a Sentra to an Ultima, my wife upgraded from a Pathfinder SL to a Platinum. Shannon and team knew our concerns and worked out what we feel is a fair deal. We took only a small hit to our monthly payment, so we drove off quite happy.

I also had a small window to sign our finance documents and sent a text to Mary that I was in a hurry. She was prepared for me when I came in and was in and out in 10 minutes. Awesome work!

Nissan was my 2nd car dealership visit of the day and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience, in large part due to the wonderful sales expert I was lucky to be assigned, Curtis Underwood. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional but his wonderful, upbeat, flexible and sincere demeanor moved the experience from painful to easy and relaxed and far exceeded my expectations. Although I love the car I ultimately chose, Curtis was a main reason for my decision to lease with Nissan of Cary.

Very disappointed with the finance discussion part. The worst hard sell of a used car warranty imaginable. Very irresponsible and lack of respect of customer's time and buying preference. Please Leith Nissan Autopark, you are better than this. I know because this is my third business with you. I've never felt this harrassed.

I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue at Leith Nissan in Cary.This was the first time I ever purchased a vehicle without the hassle that usually accompanies the purchase of a new or used vehicle. I was given a 2014 Rogue to drive for the entire day.When I returned to the dealership, I told my salesman, Dwane Thomas, what I expected to pay for the car. He presented my figures to the sales manager, Within 15 minutes we drew up the necessary papers with the price I had quoted, Dwane had my new car ready for pick-up the following evening. Purchased a nice Honda from Leith Nissan. The offer amounts seemed ridiculously low to borderline unethical. The car purchased was not provided with an owners manual, a tank of gas or even a second key FOB.

Normally I avoid the large chains so that I am actually a valued customer and not just a number. I made an exception this time and the day after the purchase immediately became a number. Spoke with the sales rep and my issues were not resolved. Spoke with a manager who chose not to make the easy and correct decision to take care of me the customer.

With young drivers we are a 5 car family. I'll make sure not to give Leith any business. Taking care of customers is easy and you'll earn their business again. Disappointed

I worked with Curtis Underwood to buy my second Nissan Leaf, and the experience was great. Their price was far lower than other dealerships, the purchase didn't take all day, and I didn't feel as pressured to purchase add-ons as I have been at other dealerships. Curtis was also very helpful in answering questions, and when he didn't know the answer, he didn't make anything up. He'd track down the right answer even if it was a bit of a pain.

I'd definitely recommend them to any of my friends.

I was not looking forward to the hassle of buying a new car, but working with Austin Graff at Leith Nissan was a pleasure. From beginning to end, Austin was extremely helpful and very patient as we discussed the options on the vehicle I wanted so that I could make the right choice. Although the color that I wanted was not in inventory, Austin went out of his way to locate the exact 2015 Rogue I wanted and he personally picked it up and drove it back to the dealership so that I would have it before I left town for the holidays. He also gave me a fantastic deal on the price and a fair trade-in value. No games, gimmicks, or hassles. The entire staff was extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile for customer service. When I first went to purchase my car I had a great experience with my sales person. I then referred a few family members and their experience wasn't as spectacular but I understand everyone's experience may not be the same. Ever since I've had my car I'm mostly happy however there are a few things that are very lackluster about my car. I've only had my car for 3 months and I've already started experiencing technical issues. My car has sputtered, my bluetooth only works half the time and same thing for my Apple Car Play. When I explained these things to the service tech he blamed the technology issues on me having a new phone and that the car may not recognize this and he said because the car didn't sputter while I was there to get service there was nothing they could do. If this is a brand new car I certainly don't want to be told that basically my car's technology can't keep up with the latest and greatest cell phone technology. Another thing is that the 2019 Altimas just came out and I'm super shocked at the list value. I could've gotten a top of the line model for the same amount I financed for this 2018 SR. I feel my sales person could've sold me a newer and higher model but I guess they were just trying to get that sale. Lastly, I was excited to go get my first free oil change until I got there and was told it's not really free. It's only free when you do the recommended services at that particular mileage. That's very misleading and nobody explained that in the buying process. Overall with these things I've had happen in the last 3 months I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to Leith Nissan. It's kind of disappointing how much my opinion has changed about Leith since first purchasing my vehicle

Took my car in for service and ended up having some very important things that needed done. I was informed and given a rental Car without asking. ( awesome ) the service members and my technician let me go physically see what could have been a bad day for me. I am very satisfied with my overall experience and will most definitely come back.

When it comes to sedan I decided to go with Nissan Altima, but was not sure what dealership to choose from. I just been to Leith Nissan (as its comparatively near to my place) only for a test drive nothing more than that. I nearly shopped all vehicles sedans to crossovers and different showrooms for my first vehicle but Dwayne Thomas, sales rep and my fellow wolfpack did exceptionally well. Respected my preferences and could find me the car within my budget. I would have made it a 5 star, if I dint happen to encounter Borris, sales manager. Borris makes your buying experience unpleasant. Thanks to Dwayne, he addressed my concern and introduced me to another sales manager Chris. He is accommodating, patient and a "real" sales guy. I would have been much happier if Leith would have addressed my concern on already driven 300miles. My bad that it was the only car in lot and Leith is not ready to trade similar car from other showroom. Hope they atleast compensate in some way or the other.

He listened to us, didn't push us, told us directly where we stood. It was a breath of fresh of air!

Simple oil change and tire rotation. Pretty quick turnaround for a dealer at 45 min. Price was a little higher than what I've paid elsewhere but nice facility and friendly advisors. Car wash was sub par but complimentary. I'll probably try a different dealer next time to see what else is around here. 4.5 stars.

Joey provided excellent service and made our experience very pleasant. He was knowledgeable, patient, took initiative and checked in with us to make sure things ran smoothly. 5 stars for Joey, but the only issue with the overall experience was that finance notified me of a change in the loan terms the day after signing paperwork (so only by coming back to the dealership for something unrelated, I had to unexpectedly resign different terms all over again). It can help in the future, if they can confirm with the lender what the acceptable terms are before they ask the buyer to sign.

We had our car and was out of the dealership all in a couple of hours.
This is our fifth Nissan.
I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new car go and see June she is the best.

I love the Cary, NC location. Bryan is one of the service advisors at this location and he is the best hands down. Im not saying any of the other ones are bad but Bryan is great. There aren't even enough stars to rate this young man. I have gone to this location two times and I've always had nothing but the best from him.

If I could give this dealership Zero stars I would. I drove from Charlotte North Carolina to this dealership. Almost 5 hours after speaking with Jimmy Kamara. At first I thought he was phenomenal. He had found the car I wanted over the phone as I was on my way. I had a check from my bank ready to buy the car. Aside for waiting 3 hours during the closing process, the business manager was forcing me into financing after I specifically said I wanted my finance to stay with state employees credit union. She told me that it was impossible to add my dad as a co-owner non-borrower because I was using the car to take my driving test. I spoke with my banker , loan officer, and my family attorney and they all told me that there was no legal reason we could not leave the lot with the car. The business manager did not want me to leave without refinancing with the dealership. She was absolutely condescending and pushy. As a banker I know sales tactics and not only was she being a predetorial lender forcing me to finance through the dealership , she was taking complete advantage that we drove several hours to purchase this car. She said to come back on Monday knowing very well they were open Mondays. We explained we could not come back Monday and she basically gave is that only option. After speaking with Jimmy Kamara about going to another dealership because of the way we were treated he began to tell at us telling us there was no way we could do that because it was illegal. So I went to the Nissan dealership and my representative treated me like family. She took care of the whole process. I highly and strongly recommend the Spanish community or anyone not to do any business with this dealership. They will take complete advantage of you and force you to finance.

This is a Five Star Dealership! This was the fifth vehicle that we have leased from Leith Nissan in the past five years. I was able to participate in a pull ahead program on my 2013 Sentra and drive away with a beautiful, new, 2015 Sentra with much more equipment and a great payment. It doesn't get any better than that! Thanks to Robert Vantiflin, our sales associate, who made this experience great and especially to Bonnie Gramling, the Assistant General Manager. It is a pleasure to see such a capable young woman running a dealership and being responsible for it's great success in the Cary Auto Park!! The owners of Leith Nissan should be very proud of her!! We will recommend everyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle to Leith Nissan!!

I went to Leith on a Thursday and spoke to a rep who gave me all the information I needed to trade in my vehicle & put me in a new car all within 30 minutes, it was all great. I was told how much payments were going to be and I walked. She called me back the next day with a payment with $0 down and I told her I would call once I got off. I left out of town unexpectedly & came back in town called to inquire about the vehicle & it was something completely different than we discussed in the system. I took into consideration the trade in stuff so I sat & was willing to pay the payment on the vehicle she quoted.

When I told them I was interested I was told that amount was only a estimate & they would run actual numbers. It was completely different from what they told me on the phone so I wouldn t have came back a 2nd time if I would have known this. It was a waste of my time and there s.

I ll never come back.

We haven't bought a car yet, but I'm keeping track of my experience as I go through this. We initially made contact with their customer service person Elish, and all we can say is WOW. She's been so on-point and bending over backwards to help us find what we're looking for. We told her what we thought we were looking for and she's been emailing us options for nearly two weeks now. When we visited the lot she put us in contact with Steve, who's the guy you want to know when you're buying a car, and they've both personally been with us BOTH times we visited the lot. Steve's background as a purchaser actually gives him really unique insight into the process and how you can get the best deal. While our needs are very specific and our budget even more so, we've been really impressed with the quality of their selection compared to lots of the other lots, including some of the other 'big name' lots. Leith made a great call by putting these two where they are. I'm impressed.

We were in the market for an Altima and spoke to a sales person about their new car deals. We always prefer to get the initial details over phone so as to save some time. Also, this time we were looking to buy sooner, so we asked for an estimated out the door price, considering the new car special discounts. The sales person was clearly not interested and his reply was that he wouldn't waste his time and ours if we were not planning to walk in and buy the car the same day. I'm glad he said that, because I didn't waste my time any further with them, especially since they are not the only Nissan dealership in the area.

Even though I have an older Nissan (2004), I feel they do a good job and don't feel pressure to get a new vehicle, which is how some dealerships handle you. I have had problems with outside mechanics in the past (for other cars) with shoddy work, resulting in my car not lasting as long as I like. These mechanics are certified on Nissans.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, time after time. I bought 2 cars from Leith Nissan and the moment I had to deal with the rest of the staff it has been HORRIBLE. First time- they broke my engine when I went to get an oil change and had to get a whole new one. second time- I went for an inspection and an oil change, waited 2 hours only to find out that forgot to the inspection and told me to come back another time. Today I asked the service guy a question only to literally get yelled at....The service staff is rude and unprofessional. I will never be back.
