Heather, Marcos, Derek, and really the whole team did an exceptional job! It's because of their premium customer service that I ended up going back there and purchasing my new 2019 SL Plus Leaf the very next day! They went out of their way to make sure that I understood all the amazing features of the car and that I was comfortable and knowledgeable throughout the entire purchase process. I have never had a car buying experience like that before - Heather, Marcos, and Derek made me feel like family.
