I never considered purchasing from Nissan, but after the experience I just had I will. I am looking to purchase an SUV in the next 6 months. My father passed away and left me his Nissan which was not old, but had not been driven for awhile while he was ill. The transmission went from sitting I was told. I could not afford to pay for the repair as I am self employed and with the COVID shut down my income has drastically stalled. They were so kind that they offered me a charity discount due to this event and I was able to get the car repaired and get back to work. I use the car for work. I am so grateful and have already told everyone of the great gift they gave me. I will not forget and will buy my next car at Nissan.
