He never disclosed the total cost of the warranty package he was selling. And boy, does he sell the Simonizing. His dealership sanctioned trick is to turn the cost into a monthly payment and make it look like a nominal amount. Luckily, I looked closely enough and realized the package had added over $5,000 to the total loan amount. When confronted, his only response was most people only care about the monthly payment.
