I was told about what it might need to be done at my car but not how much will each cost . So when I saw the bill I needed some explanations. Everyone was were helpful but I learned to ask before they start working on it , so I do not get surprised. And since I was not very happy when I left I didn t check the car (my fault of course) and I saw that one of the tired pressure valve cap was missing.
