I am a little shocked. I made an appointment to have the left turn signal replaced. I get there and was told they would get me out by 9:45 with an 8:10 am arrival time. Ok, 9am they tell me they don't have the part in stock. Whaaat? Then they say a few minutes more..Bottom line, $253 later at 9:55am, no turn signal fixed and a return trip plus more wait time. Who makes an appointment to fix something without having the part on hand?
Update: I went in and got my bulb. Apparently Leith made the appointment because the scheduling people are in a different building. They need to fix that. And that is what shocked me. I go in for regular maintenance and they always have a great sense of humor do their very best to get you in and out as fast and efficiently as possible. The fact that they did not have a bulb for a Nissan headlight is abnormal for them. Which when I went in to have the new bulb placed, they were so apologetic. It is a lightbulb.:) And they get 5 stars for explaining why and how this happened and being so sweet about apologizing. So, five stars ***** for Leith, seeing and fixing problem.
