I have been dealing with Leith Honda for 7 years and had the opportunity to take my dad to Leith Nissan in Cary. It was the best experience yet!!! I want to say a special Thank You to John and Bonnie for taking such wonderful care of my dad. They displayed a great deal of respect to my Dad for his military service (and a discount too). John it was truly a pleasure my friend you were attentive to our needs, knowledgeable about your products and it serves you well. You sold my Dad exactly what he wanted, nothing less. People like these are hard to find The epitome of customer service. You not only met but exceeded our expectations. You made me want to buy a car from you and I'm happy with what I have.
I hope this letter not only finds it's way to future customers, but to your superiors. Once again, Thank You Bonnie and Thank You John for a job well done !!
