I d give zero stars if I could. Made an appointmen...

I d give zero stars if I could. Made an appointment for an oil change at 9:40am on Monday - didn t even get around to changing the oil for 24 hours. My service advisor never contacted me. Zero communication. NONE. The check engine light is on. I had to call on Wednesday to find out what s going on. I talked to another person in the service department who answered questions for me and quoted me almost $9,000 for repairs!!! You read that correctly $9,000!!! I left a message for my service person, Dillon, who never bothered to call me back. Did I mention they have texting capabilities to update the customer? Yeah, didn t receive a text either. Called the next day and never heard back. Ended up just picking up the car. When I arrived, the car hadn t even been washed.....nothing but excuses from Dillon. Even called the service manager, Matt. Who still hasn t called back more than 24 hours later. This isn t the first time I ve had problems with Land Rover Denver. This is just the worst experience out of all of them. Oh! And I ve had 4-5 different service advisors/associates in 2 years. Stay far, far, far away from Land Rover Denver!!!!!

When I first arrived at Land Rover Denver I was greeted with warm smiles - I was immediately put at ease. Sales Guide, Ryan Armstrong, helped create a relaxed atmosphere for what could have been a stressful experience. Instead, I felt as though my needs were not only met, but were their priority. My whole outlook on the car buying experience has changed. The team here is genuine, thorough, and communicative. I look forward to working with Ryan and the whole team in the future!

These guys lie. I purchased a 2010 bmw 535 from them, and the whole time we are on the test drive the sales person(Clay) is telling me how important taking care of the customer is and how for them it s about more than just the sale. First the lost the tow cover for the bumper when they were detailing it. I was told they would get me a new one which they never did. Then one week later the rear hatch electronics stopped working. I called them again, and clay told me he was gonna talk to the manager and call me back. He never even returned my call. Overall they lack integrity and just want to sell you a car and get you off the lot.

This dealership is top notch. I was expecting the normal car buying experience when we walked in. The one where they judge you and try to push you to buy something you don't even like. We went in on a Friday just to window shop. Marc Helliwell was or salesman and treated us with the upmost respect. He was willing to show us anything and everything even after we told him we just wanted to see what kind of room the LR4 had to offer. Well we loved it so much we went back in on Saturday with 3 kids in tow to make sure they all fit comfortably. Again he was very helpful and not pushy at all. We picked up a used LR4 and we felt like we were buying the top of the line new Land Rover. We told them we needed the Thule pod off of our trade in, I expected it to be laying on the ground and I was going to have to install it. Upon delivery of the used LR4 the pod was mounted and ready to go. Marc Helliwell and the entire staff at Land Rover Denver are extremely helplful and know what customer service is all about. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Overall the BEST experience purchasing my LR4 from Land Rover Denver, Fritz and Omer are the best people to work with. along with the entire team there. They were patient and worked with me through every step. I am a forever customer with Land Rover Denver, Anthony has the best team for customer service!! Omer made every step easy and always answered any question I had. Fritz set up everything for me and always checks in!! If you are in the market for a car Land Rover Denver is the place to go if you want the best customer service buying a vehicle! I cannot thank them enough! I love my car and am so happy with my entire experience THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

I walked in today looking to lease a Range Rover S...

I walked in today looking to lease a Range Rover Sport, and was introduced to Mark? Who told me that they had none and there was a 5 month waiting list for the entire country (which after calling another local dealer found was not at all accurate). when I said ok, and asked what the average lease price was, he replied $1,600 assuming that would deter me from leasing, and when it didn't, he then followed up with the comment that I shouldn't lease because the residuals were terrible....um ok. He did even ask if I was interested in a 2013 RRS, which I would've been had he not been so terse, pompous, rude and quite frankly uninterested in earning my business. Obviously most people don't love car shopping (for those very reasons), but it's a necessary evil if you want a car, which I did. I am not sure what type of sales and customer service training they do here, but based on my experience today I would say none. It may have been that Mark assumed because we're fairly young that we couldn't afford the car, or that we weren't serious about getting a car that day, or just that because the RRS is "soooo popular" (his quote, not mine), he didn't feel he had to make effort. He was wrong on all fronts. My husband works hard and makes a 7 figure salary, he was getting me a car for the holidays which we needed by this week in order to spend the holidays in the mountains and while I agree the RRS is a very nice car, it's certainly not the only nice car and as a consumer I have lots of other options, which I took advantage of today when I left the dealership went to Porsche and drove off in a new Cayenne. Not only did Mark loose our business for Range Rover today and in the future, but he also lost the business of our colleagues (my husband is a portfolio manager), friends, family, charity partners etc. big mistake Mark, big, huge.

The salesman who helped me was Jordan, and he was fantastic, had great advice and let me drive the cars so I could make an informed decision about what I actually wanted. Even though a Land Rover ended up being a little more car than I wanted, it was a great experience. Thanks so much! :)

I had been looking for a Highlander for 2 months. I drove from ColoSp to see the car offered by Land Rover. Upon my arrival, the car was ready, I was greeted professionally, and the car was everything they marketed it to be. Also, they stayed late to finalize the deal were able to secure a great interest rate, and did some last minute clean-up/detail work on the vehicle while we finalized the paperwork. The only scare I had was that when I got the car home, I discovered that the automatic open/close of the rear hatch didn't seem to be working and a third party mechanic thought it might be the motor. CJ at Land Rover made a call to a Toyota dealership in Denver and through that feedback we learned of a hidden button which made the hatch work properly. I was relieved and thankful. The only reason I did not rate this experience as excellent is that Land Rover was not willing to work with me on the possible repair of the hatch mechanism. The other item is that they said multiple times that they replace brakes/tires that are less than 50% wear remaining. Turns out my rear brakes were 30-50% remaining wear depending on how you measure it, but they were not willing to replace them. Regardless, I was so relieved about the rear hatch working properly, that the brakes became a non-issue. I am thankful for CJ's effort calling the Toyota dealership which resolved the Hatch problem! I am enjoying my new car. The dealership, overall was a pleasure to work with. Thank you CJ.

We had an amazing experience buying a work of art. The whole process was smooth. We got an amazing deal, a fair value for our trade, and exceptional financing. After communicating our experience to the general manager and the customer relations manager, we were completely blown away with their apologetic and humble response. While we did not purchase a vehicle here, we could not think of a better place to buy one. Clearly the management staff at this dealership knows how to take care of their customers, own their mistakes, and truly roll out the red carpet!

This vehicle will be the third I have owned so obviously I love the brand. Car buying can be a harrowing experience but the measure of a good deal is both sides leaving the negotiations feeling happy with the outcome. I feel that way about my latest purchase. Everyone I dealt with treated me fairly and with respect and recognized that I am a loyal customer.
As dealerships go this is a very good one.

I purchased my Range Rover Sport Supercharged a little over a week ago and I could not be happier.(I know, whats not to like, right?) Ryan Griep made the process of buying a car a very pleasant experience. He was easy going and did not put any pressure on me or play games. Ryan thoroughly explained the capabilities of the vehicle, and if he did not know the answer to one of my questions (which was rare), then he would have someone from the service department provide me with the correct answer. I would recommend him to anyone that is in the market for a Range Rover.

I called 4 times in the last two weeks to schedule a service appointment. The service department is not available and does not return the call back within the same business day. The front desk receptionist is the only one picking up the phone and will transfer you back to the main line over and over. The dealership will ask you to leave them a corporate review for their sales reps when you buy a vehicle because their compensation bonuses are tied to the consumer survey. However, when you spend $80,000 plus on the vehicle you expect at least above average services. In my professional experience if I were to treat my clients the same my business would be depleted and I would be on the streets. Range Rover of Denver does not have enough staff to properly service their clients. They do not know how to build lasting relationships with their clients. it is strictly transactional business because they have a monopoly in the metro area. The have a shortage of staff and will transfer you around. I own and an Audi and a BMW and they have stepped up their game long time ago because the demand is here. Range Rover's service here in Denver is a joke! I better buy a rickshaw or an electric scooter and I will have a better service. My next complaint will be to the main corporate office. I am tired of the mediocracy

It was a first class experience as one would expect. The help by CJ Ibarra (internet sales) was exceptional. If you are interested in a test drive, he will ensure you fully experience the vehicle you are interested in. You should plan on an hour for the drive so you can take highway and canyon-type curvy roads. The experience will not disappoint! CJ takes pride in his effort to answer all your questions and responsiveness and does his best to fulfill your expectations.

Once again, they have exceeded my expectations in terms of a pleasant car buying experience. Everything worked like clockwork - the financing, the closing, and the delivery.

Ryan Armstrong helped me out again, and he is knowledgeable, and very diligent.

I was hesitant buying a Land Rover a couple of years ago because I didn't know enough about the brand itself. I just loved the look. But I went for it, and I truly couldn't be happier. I love the gas mileage the car gets, the luxury look of it, the WARRANTY! Land Rover Denver was very friendly during the purchase but even better when it comes to service. Everything was covered under warranty and the service representatives (Kate & Darin in particular) have gone above and beyond to help me. You get a loaner car while your car is being repaired and they do a great job getting what needs fixed, done correctly. I will probably always buy Land Rovers in the future from Land Rover Denver. Highly recommended.

Steve took the time out of his busy schedule to demonstrate the new Defender with me hours after he received it! Yes, you read correctly! Knowing that I'm an enthusiast (having owned a Defender since 1998), Steve knew I had a keen interest in the new model. With all the advanced technology, I couldn't be more impressed. I would not have had the opportunity to do so without the best new vehicle dealer in town, actually putting a customer first, ahead of any one of the thousands of items on his list that day. I'd never even consider buying a new Land Rover from anyone else. 10 Stars would be a much more appropriate rating. Do yourself a favor, stop by LR Denver. You'll receive the same treatment, I assure you!

I am so happy with the service and costumer experience i received at Landover Denver.
The staff was professional and courteous and allowed me a hassle free buying experience. This will be the only shop I ever purchase another Land Rover from.
I worked with Clay Romine for the purchase of the vehicle
He was diligent and knowledgeable with the vehicle
He took the time to show my family how to take full advantage of our new purchase. He exceeded my expectations. If you go in you should defiantly ask for him as your sales rep.
Omer Maher handled the process for our warranty and financial paperwork details.
The process was smooth and seamless.

Not sure if my experience at other Land Rover Serv...

Not sure if my experience at other Land Rover Service locations was above average and set the bar high for what i come to expect, but to be honest i was underwhelmed with my experience here at LR Denver. Overall Service was not what im used to. Was disappointed to receive may car back filthy after LR Denver having had it for more than a week. I understand i did not have it serviced or repaired but i did have a $200 diagnostic done, and it would've been nice for it to at least been sprayed off. Again, maybe thats how things are done here, but definitely not what im used to. It's an added benefit how most communications are automated, which is good, but better human follow up would help just if emails, or text msgs are missed. Felt like there was a lack of motivation with staff to truly assist. Took a min before Service staff addressed me, and after it was determined that repairs were not the best option and i was connected with a sales rep, he made very little effort to present options or even make a sale. I felt like he was really just ready to go, and then, so was I. I will say, the attendant at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful when she noticed I wasn't being helped. She was what I'm used to experiencing. She went above and beyond to assist. Also, i appreciate the lift service as well.

My experience was fantastic and always enkoy working with Darrell and John. The service was at the top of the game.

Since I am rating the dealership for their service I want to mention something. I am VERY disapointed that one of the benefits that sold me my Land Rover a few years ago was taken away when the new owners came in. The free oil change for life was promised and all of the sudden the new owners did not take on that offer. I work in the business world and when we take over companies and organizations we keep like promises. I find the fact that I had to find out as I was picking my car up from service for its oil change that this benefit is not being honored by new management to be unprofessional. If you had to ask me if I would buy another car from the current owners my answer would be not sure...I sent in an email to the owners via the website about 3 months ago and requested someone to call me from management and that never happened.

Was instructed by my salesman of the price "out the door" and brought a check. Then had to sit with three other people to complete the deal: Salesman Aleks, who did a good job, Sales Manager Mike who explained price "out the door" was wrong, company had to collect SD sales tax, wrote separate check for that, then another meeting with Ryan, financial services Manager, to try to sell extended warranty, window tinting, paint protection, ect. all of which should have been explained ahead of time since I had to travel 400 miles that morning and had to be home that night, 13 hours of driving and now I will have to return for any of those services, especially the front window tinting that I REALLY DID WANT.
Hopefully future service appointment will be smoother. I really like the car!

Quite possibly the best car buying experience ever. CJ made it easy to get exactly what I wanted - none of the high-pressure sales tactics or back and forth. Taking me into their pro shop and letting me pick out promotional items for me and my family was the icing on the cake. Nice touch!

Extremely poor communication with the service dept...

Extremely poor communication with the service dept. Had a 10 am appt on Monday. Did not get my car in until midday Tuesday. I called numerous times and was told service rep would call me back with an update. That did not happen. Ended up asking them to return my car Tuesday evening because I could not get info on what was happening and when I could expect my car back. Overall, just a very frustrating experience. If they were too busy to keep my appointment they should have canceled it. Was my first and last experience with LR of Denver. Took my car the next day to another place to get needed repairs and work was completed within an hour. They gave me 3 updates within that hour and saved me $5800 from LR estimate for repairs.

My wife and I went to Land Rover Denver on Saturday to look at a specific used car they had on their lot. After speaking with Ryan in sales over the phone to make sure the website information was correct, we drove down to check it out. Ryan was efficient and helpful throughout the process, and ever though we were buying what was probably the least expensive car on the lot, we were treated with the same respect as someone spending a great deal more on a Land Rover and feel that we got our car for a competitive price. We are very happy with the car we bought and the level of service that we received. Ryan in finance (apparently there are 3 Ryans that work there atm) was also very professional and very to the point. All in all we would definitely go back there for another car.

Will was my advisor and was not communicative at all. I left several messages and he did not respond. I finally left a message for Matt the manager and he forwarded it to Will instead of calling me. When I finally picked my car up I was very disappointed in communication for the entire event. All you need to do is communicate and I would not have been so upset. I'm so disappointed for so many reasons with Land Rover that I will not buy another

I recently bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from their used car inventory and I can say that my experience was amazing. I have dealt with dozens of dealerships in the past (with a lot of bad experiences) so I'm always skeptical with with them but I have nothing but nice things to say about Land Rover of Denver.

My sales person was Shannon and I highly recommend her. The entire process (before and after) purchasing the car was super fun. She didn't pressure me to buy at all and was super friendly and welcoming. She also knows a lot about cars and the industry. She helped me lock in the best deal possible and offered great suggestions on how to sell my current Jeep Wrangler.

The car did come with a couple of issues and thats where Robb (used car sales manager?) the super hero came in. He immediately took the Jeep in and fixed everything NO QUESTIONS ASKED. It did stay at the shop for 4 days (longer than I wanted it to) but he communicated with me all along the way and made sure that every little issue got resolved.

I want to thank both Shannon and Robb for everything that they did and for providing superior customer service to a none Land Rover owner/car.

I highly highly highly recommend this dealership if you're looking to buy a used car or any car for that matter. Go pay them a visit!!!

Thank You Ryan Armstrong!!!!!

My wife and I went to Ryan once before in 2016 and had nothing but exceptional service from him on that occasion. Going into Land Rover is a fairly daunting thought as we are just 2 normal people. We walked out extremely happy with a 2016 Range Rover Evouqe.
After having a child 3 months ago our budget was tight going in to look at a new vehicle. Ryan himself is a family man and made us feel at home there with our 3 month old. He spent an extended amount of time with us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted with the budget we had. He is not just a salesman, he is someone you can relate to and had our best interest at heart whilst doing his job.
I have nothing but the best things to say about him and the Land Rover Denver Team.
We left in a Range Rover Velar R-Dynamic.
From our family, we thank you Ryan Armstrong for working with us and we now have the car of our dreams!!!!

Very Very Poor Service - The salesman here have short temper and hold huge attitude which cannot digest that buyer can take their own time to decide. Very incompetent, made us wait 4+ hrs on a weekend and still could not finish the paper work. The Sales man told us that he would not run the credit unless confirming it with me and went back and ran the credit without confirming. The called in and asked for the callback from regional manager after my 2nd attempt. He was so rude on the phone and i asked him if he could provide me with a letter that stated that they ran the credit under misunderstanding and he said he has not seen something like that in 20 years and was completely unaware about credit inquiries could be reverted back. He said he was going to call back after getting himself educated on this which he did not ever till this date.

The only way my experience at Land Rover Denver could have been more stereotypical of a bad car-buying experience is if the salesperson was wearing a coffee-stained plaid sport coat. The big orange star in my review? It's for complementary water and the comfortable ski lodge-style waiting area. I spent quite a bit of time there. On a Monday. With few people in the store.

I d much prefer to write a review for a good experience, but if I can help even one other Googler save some time and energy with a negative review, it's worth it. Here's my story:

Found a car I'm interested in found online? Check.
Offer to put down a deposit to hold it? Check.
Car confirmed AVAILABLE? Check.
Appointment made for a test drive? Check.

I received triple-confirmation by phone, calendar appointment, and text message. I had names of TWO people who will help us. So far, so good -- Nice job, Internet Department (or scheduling software?).

My wife and I rearranged our Monday work schedule.

Now, it's time to meet our humble and friendly salespeople for the first time. We show up early out of courtesy for the people we'll be working with. Front desk person gives a kind enough greeting and re-confirmed our appointment. All-right --- Seems the integrity of their brand and a reputation for good service matters to the people working there.

All this -- Following their sales process, reserving a car, setting an appointment... It was too good to be true.

The salesperson calls me by someone else's name and then asks us to wait some more. By now, we're well-beyond our scheduled appointment time. I like the car though, so it's fine -- we ll wait. Plus, we had our workday setup in event we needed to be there longer than expected. When our salesperson returns, we find out the car we had TRIPLE-CONFIRMED an appointment for was in the process of being sold to someone else! As a consolation prize, we get a condescending speech about how they don't hold cars and that they'll call us if the deal falls through. Almost like it was my fault that I had even modest expectations of the relationship. That's some Hall of Fame level apathy.

To give the paragons of professionalism at Land Rover Denver a second chance to make it right, I contacted the management staff with my story a full week before I wrote this review. Not so much an acknowledgement that they received or read my email and letter.

Since you're already here, take a moment to read through the other negative reviews and you'll see a pattern: Got foxed over at Land Rover? Some nameless, faceless person will post a canned "we're sorry" response and hope that people move on to the positive reviews.

Moral of my story is to go into dealings with Land Rover Denver with a healthy dose of vigilance, or avoid it all together -- If you can work through a broker or go somewhere else, strongly consider it. There are longer attention spans and more professional courtesy on display at a laundromat.

The ski lodge waiting room is great, though. If you need a break from shopping all the car lots on South Broadway, stop by Land Rover Denver for a complimentary water and a nice place to sit.

I was looking for a vehicle and narrowed my choices to Audi, BMW, and Land Rover. Meeting Ryan Griep made all of the difference in my decision. His low-key, positive, informed approach was just right for my car buying needs. He sold without over-selling; he informed instead of persuading; and he spoke to me, not at me. I credit my love of my new Land Rover to Ryan. I'll be back when I'm in the market for a new car.

I had the best experience purchasing my new Range Rover at Land Rover Denver. Yenas (my sales representative) took his time showing me everything that this beautiful car had to offer. I was new to the brand and didn't know a lot about the car. He never made me feel rushed and went above and beyond to teach me how everything worked. Mike (sales manager) was also wonderful and I never felt any pressure at all. They both wanted me to drive other brands and make sure that I knew that I was making the right decision.
