Unacceptable to schedule an appointment and not have the vehicle looked at for 30 hours after dropping it off. Continuously chasing my assigned service person to inform me of the status of my vehicle. Then to have the misuse of humor to communicate bad news regarding my vehicle. I will not return nor recommend this dealership.

I reached out to Land Rover Denver to the parts department, to buy a single bolt for my vehicle. After getting a email back for the quote, which I was pleasantly surprised with the rapid return of email, I was bombarded by the Sales Manager Tim suddenly. I had never reached out to anyone in sales about anything! I have received over 7 emails from them within 4 weeks now, despite telling them to stop contacting me about sales! This is not the way to treat a new customer, I will now buy my parts elsewhere-

You can not be the customer service we received from Ryan Armstrong! We purchased a used Explorer from the dealership this past Friday. The whole team made us feel like we were purchasing a new Land Rover and not a used vehicle. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The financing team had us out and on our way without any extra or hidden fees in a very timely manner. We plan on purchasing another vehicle in the next 2 years and will be looking at this Land Rover dealership first!

Ryan Leer in financing was also a huge help. Both Ryan's were very up front with me and helped reaffirm I was making the right decision not only with the Evoque, but with choosing Land Rover Denver!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst experience ever trying to buy a car !! Complete waste of my time. Hays Burton doesn't know anything about Brand and tried to give me random answers for my questions.

Never ever work with this guy he doesn't know anything about Range Rovers. I owned 6 Range Rovers in the past and come to buy a brand new one for $150k and expect more customer service that just random answers in the top of his had. Hays doesn't know even engines what they have a couple of years before. How managers hired people like that?

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!

Hays don't know even what questions I ask about and try to find a car that is not that I want. He went over to check it out and see what they had in stock. After checking around told me that there was one that could work for me. Decided on it and bring it to show me but it was a totally different Car that I asked him. Completely waste of time especially for people like me who make 7 figures a year. Never in my life, I spent time for review but not in this situation, will call to corporate and let them know who is working there and how they prop up people.

Do not do business with this dealership! Salespeople are not professional at all and do not respect you.

Complete waste of time. What a shame!

Worked with the outstanding Jerry Schefflin !

Yesterday I bought my 1st Range Rover. The Evoque Model. I'm so in love with it.

Jerry Schefflin was my salesmen and he was AWESOME!!

Jerry knows his stuff. I grilled him with so many questions and without hesitation he answered them.

Buying a new vehicle isn't my favorite thing to do, but Jerry made it simple for me.

I'd also like to thank the finance guy and the trade in guy. Both are great.

We were looking for a used infiniti jx35. We found...

We were looking for a used infiniti jx35. We found it in Land Rover dealership. We came in and found the car. We did an inspection of the car ourselves as much as we can. The windshield was replaced, there were missing screws and clips, left headlight was noticable more faded than right, a production date under the hood did not match with the date of the car. I am not even telling about couple dozen small broken peaces. It took about 40 minutes in total to check everything. Nobody even came and asked if we need some help. Then, we went to front desk and asked if somebody can help us. We waited for a sales person another 15 minutes. His name was Ryan. He said that he is busy. I could tell that he was not happy to help us. Then, he called a finance guy to do test drive with us. I asked the finance person about clips and screws and he said that he does not know any technical detail of the car. Then, Ryan came back and i asked him if any part of the car was replaced. He said about 160 point check. He was guaranteeing that everything is transparent and everything is from factory. I told him that i am not sure about it and asked about the headlight. I told him that the windshield was replaced by them. He said that he does not know. I told him that he is a salesperson and needs to know it. After a while of surfing in his phone, he "somehow" figured out that the windshield was replaced in the dealership. He wasn't even surprised after figuring out this fact. I asked him about marks on one of the headlights. He started screaming and demonstrated his attitude. He was screaming that he does not know about the history of the car and if i am interested in this car i need to buy it. He was shouting that all used cars have that marking. I told him that he needs to behavior notmally. I am a customer and i have a right to ask questions about cars. By walking to other cars, he could not find those kind of marks. It made me even more suspicious. We just left after this kind of behavior of the salesperson. I am sure that i will never go there again. I will not advise others if they ask me.

The old crew is mostly gone now and the new owners are squeezing every Nickle out of the dealership, its really sad.

I was in for a program recall and was told it would take about an hour or less and wouldn't need a loaner. 1 hours turned into an hour and a half, then 2 hours, then 2 and a half and then almost 3 hours before my vehicle was available. So upset to be misled like this. It takes me about 25 minutes to drive each way to get to the dealership from home. This was one BIG hassle!!! NOT happy!!

My salesman Nicholas Clarke new his products and was happy to help me identify the right car for my needs. Coupled with the help of the Sales Manager Geno Oprea I received a good deal and a good deal more. I highly recommend Land Rover of Denver for your new car needs. You find it is not as expensive as you assume to step up to a Land Rover.

I would like to warn all the service customers abo...

I would like to warn all the service customers about the service department and particularly the service advisers Joe and Matt.

Long story short I brought my vehicle they told what it needed 350.00 worth the work and I approved it, went to pick up my vehicle and it was 150.00 more. They explained the service they did, I said I wasn't told about the additional work there response " We did the work we charge over 130.00 per hour and were Land Rover were not cheap". WOW

Just beware in the service department!! We have bought three vehicles there and 9 months ago was the last one!!!!!!

Great customer service. 10/10 recommend. I went into the dealership to buy a used vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Jerry. He had me in and out in no time. I found exactly what I was looking for with his help. I was offered drinks and snacks by customer service , the financial man Ryan and Jerry helped me pick the best warranty to fit my budget, and the guy cleaning my new vechicle did an awesome job. From sales to service avoid this place, make the drive to Broomfield. Sales person doesn t know anything about the vehicles and then management just makes the excuse they are new. Um maybe have someone more senior help and make the sales person go look at the vehicles they are going to sell. Really bad first impression! No spare key provided and now still over 2 months still no key. Took the vehicle for service because it was making weird noises and shifter didn t work and it was there since Friday 9am and didn t hear a word until 4 because I reached out and was told it would not be ready until Tuesday. Really? Where is the communication and no loaner car. Seriously the worst! Management doesn t care or even comprehend how frustrating from purchase to service this has been.

These guys were awesome to deal with. Shopped several other dealerships first and these guys beat them all. Bought a 2013 Lincoln MKX. Looked at one near by at a "no haggle" dealership in Parker. These guys had a better equipped unit with 20% fewer miles and beat the other dealer by $1K on a $16K sale. Not only that but their D&H was included in the price. The process was smooth with no games of any kind. We have owned the car for 3 months and still love it. I highly recommend Land Rover.

We just traded our Range Rover in for a gorgeous new "blacked out" LR4 and had a great experience. Ryan Armstrong took care of us and went the extra mile to find us exactly what we wanted. My wife really wanted the three rows of seating and the "lay flat" seats which allow her to transport all our dogs effectively. This is our third Land Rover product and we get to keep our awesome service advisor (Jim) who happens to also be a dog lover!! ;-) Thanks guys!!

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! The service staff (front and back) were fantastic. Being able to take a loner is a huge reason I bought here.

Side note: I bought the car as a CPO with 8k miles on it. Being told 4 months after purchase (and 4k miles put on it) that it needs new tires already was very frustrating. I wish that I'd been told that there wasn't much life left in the tires at purchase so that I could have prepped for the $1k+ expense or elect to put new tires on it at the dealership and roll into the loan. Not a deal breaker, but affected by perception of the experience.

In addition to the incredible price they worked out for a used 2017 Audi Q7 in prestine condition, they offered me near blue book trade in value for my car. We recently moved to the Denver area and we needed our Land Rover serviced. Had spoken to David on the phone who set me up with an appointment, mentioned to ask for him when I came in. I asked if they do loaners for service so that I wouldn t need to take time off of work. He said no it should only take 30-40 mins. So when I arrived today, no one was there to greet me so I asked around for David and he was on a phone call, another gentleman helped me, told me it would be at least 1hr and 1/2 for the oil change. Ok that s fine I will wait... 1 hr 1/2 turned into almost 4hrs. I had asked them to check the outlet for the charger since it had been broken since the day we bought the car but we realized it too late since our closest dealership was 4hrs away, so we figured that we d have them take care of it during our first service which the dealership we bought from had told us this would get taken care of with our warranty. David confidently told me that the outlet works which it did not, so they had to recheck it only to tell me that yes it is broken and that they couldn t tell me if the warranty will cover it or not. So all in all after almost 4hrs all I had gotten accomplished was an oil change. Unacceptable, and when we asked to speak to a supervisor we waited over 30 mins and no one ever showed up. Customer service should be better than this at a Land Rover dealership, it was extremely disappointing, never coming back here.

I came in for routine maintenance. My experience was great. Service took less time than I was told. The staff was attentive and polite, my personal staff person Tyler was friendly and answered my questions. I even received a video of the process of checking my tires and fluids. I will be going back for service needs in the future.

Will was my service tech and he never returned my ...

Will was my service tech and he never returned my numerous calls over one week. For $3,000.00 in service I never received a single call even though problems arose with the service. I would be happy to talk with the manager about all this but my guess is nobody will call in which case I will look for another service.

After this review I was contacted by the service manager. We discussed all the issues and he was honestly unhappy with the terrible customer service I received. He agreed there was absolutely no excuse for anyone failing to return phone calls. He later called me back and offered a refund of a portion of my costs which I accepted. He gave me is personal phone number and assured me I could call him directly in the future if I do return for more service. I will consider returning to Land Rover Denver but I can assure you I would not allow Will to be assigned to my vehicle service. I hope this sends a message to the service department that customer service is what makes a service department a place people will return to.

My wife and I had been shopping various car dealers for a smaller SUV for some time. My wife pulled me down to the Land Rover Denver on Broadway in Littleton. I was excepting a typical negative experience with the salesman, but... we met Clay Romine and felt at ease and comfortable with him right away. Clay was very informative, helpful and accommodating. Clay was sincere as well as never making us feel pressured throughout the entire experience.
What we appreciated and continue to appreciate is the high level of customer service Clay has given us, even after the purchase. It is hard to find good customer service in any industry these days. Clay gave us an experience that will make us repeat customers and feel that any referrals we send his way will be in good hands.
All the folks that helped us from receptionist to finance to parts and service were great.

Just leased a '20 Discovery Sport from Aleks at Land Rover Denver and it was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had.

I spoke to Aleks on the phone, went in the following day, and he already had a car meeting and exceeding the requirements I provided. After a quick test drive (which was solo due to Covid-19), we sat down to discuss numbers, which was also a breeze.

Overall fantastic experience. I recommend Aleks as anyone's go-to Land Rover salesman. He's a great guy with an even better sense of humor. Really looking forward to buying more cars from him in the future.

I'd like to send my praise to Tyler Fitzgerald for his continued support and courtesy throughout my ordeal and to the mechanics who worked on my vehicle, clearly demonstrating their extensive knowledge working on Landrover/Rangerover vehicles. I can once again, close the garage door immediately without the garage being consumed with exhaust fumes. I can't thank you enough for the exceptional work you did on my vehicle. The complimentary 52 point check, uncovered additional areas of concern which I very much appreciate. Feeling the power regained (without it being in Sports mode), is so refreshing and breathing clean air again is a major plus. Thank you for outstanding service! It was a professional staff at Land Rover of Denver. As soon as I walked in, someone asked if I needed help . A sales rep was quickly assigned and my car buying experienced was off to a great start. I communicated which vehicle I was there to see and within minutes, I was test driving it for the first time. CJ, my sales rep, didn't apply any pressure during the test driving experience. He answered all my questions and appeared comfortable as my wife and I drove him around Denver. When we arrived back at the office, CJ asked if I was ready to become a jaguar owner. My response allowed him to put everything in motion. We went from getting a great offer, to filling out the paperwork, to closing the sale within a couple hours. They addressed every aspect of financing and even recommended a solution that we ended up choosing in the long run. Every person we worked worth had our best interest at heart. From the manager down to the sales reps, everyone made us feel like family. In the end, we produced a great car and made some new friends. This was the best car buying experience I have ever been a part of. Thank you for a great experience .

I've purchased two cars at Land Rover of Denver and had a poor experience every time I've visited. The first time, several years ago, we bought a car that required many return service trips until the issue was fixed. The next visit several years later, my wife and I were treated like we couldn't afford a range rover and were never taken seriously so we purchased one elsewhere. We returned last week to test drive some new range rovers and range rover sports and were told no one could help us and we needed an appointment to test drive the cars, even though it doesn't say that anywhere on the website. After that experience we tried to purchase the car we wanted somewhere else but due to low inventory we ended up purchasing with Land Rover Denver. My wife bought the car and drove it home and then was told that Land Rover Denver had miscalculated the taxes and that she had to come back and pay more money. That's a terrible customer service experience and one of the consistent features of Land Rover Denver

I was sceptical about even considering a Range Rover vehicle, because it is a luxurious brand, and I didn't think I could find one within my price range, but CJ made it happen. Being smart, and having a representative work with you with you as the customers best interest in mind is crucial, and CJ provided this customer service.
