Marcos Ramirez is one of the most helpful and charismatic young sales reps ive ever been helped by at a luxury dealership, Initially I thought he seemed a little offputting due to his age, but he proved me wrong. Despite me telling him I would not be buying today he still spent over an hour with me talking. I reccomend anyone getting helped from him.

An all-around good experience. Everyone was helpful, and we didn't get the usual "push" on our purchase that you often get when shopping for a car. Randy Clausen was our sales consultant, he and his team provided a smooth process and also gave us excellent value on our trade-in. Highly recommended!

I had an appointment with Jaguar Bellevue and it was terrible. The appointment was @ 12 noon and the person who was supposed to meet us (Justin Reed) incorrectly took the appointment time as 2pm. So we had to put up with another person Olivia, looks like she didn t even care. They were not even apologetic about the mistake. We had to wait so long to get anyone to help us even when Olivia was not doing anything. They didn t have any customers there and she was still being reluctant to help us. The previous day we had one of the best experiences with Maserati and Porsche. Jaguar was my favorite brand of cars and because of this experience my husband doesn t even want to consider this brand at all. I am trying to convince that not all sales people are this bad and I am planning to find an appointment with another Jaguar showroom. I hope they are better.

Great experience. Sergey was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me out with everything I requested, was very cooperative, and made the whole experience rather simple and straightforward. I definitely recommend Sergey if you're looking at this dealership.

As far as the rest of the dealership goes, the car was well-serviced, finance wasn't super pushy with anything and streamlined things, front desk was attentive and helpful, and the overall experience was made to be as easy as I've yet had it.

While the service received was fine, although not very personal, I am very concerned that several other customers came into the service facility not wearing masks and no one inquired, requested or offered to provide masks. Not only is a violation of the state directive carrying the weight of law, but it put me at risk needlessly. Heaven forbid, but if i were to come down with Covid-19, I would hold Jaguar Bellevue liable.

David Payne is a top notch salesman!

My wife and I came in to look at a few vehicles and David went above and beyond by not only bringing the vehicles to us one by one and explaining everything about them but also helped the wife decide on how spacious the interiors were by sitting alongside us. He was not pushy at all, just helpful. We did not end up purchasing that day but we are still shopping and who knows we just may return. Thank you for excellent customer service, sometimes hard to come by these days.

We leased a 2020 Discovery Sport SE yesterday and were very happy that we were able to get in to a car of our dreams for a very reasonable monthly payment. Although we weren't a big fan of our sales rep Michael, the sales manager Adam Gallardo came in and saved the day! Rachel in financing was incredible - she was very thorough, yet efficient (you won't be in financing for hours like other dealers) and very personable.

Stop by looking for a used Range Rover, Randy was very informative and very well educated about trim levels and equipment on different years. I was treated more like somebody that he knew for a long time and there was no pressure or sales lines and tricks! I a little bit far from purchasing but I would recommend this Dealership and specially Randy.

Today I have purchased a car from JLR of Bellevue. This is my first experience in 20 years with a vehicle brand other than Lexus. My consultant Adam Gallardo helped to make this purchase an easy and a pleasant event. Adam is highly professional, well organized and very knowledgeable of the brand. Absolutely no pressure and simple, reasonable explanation of every charge on the purchase agreement. It took us just over an hour to take a thorough test drive and all necessary actions to preorder a car exactly to our specifications and price limits. Many thanks to Adam; I would recommend him to any of my friends thinking to buy a Jaguar or a Land Rover car.

I recently purchased a used 2011 Mini Cooper Count...

I recently purchased a used 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman from Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue and have had such an awful experience with the vehicle.

The first day I owned the car, I noticed the speedometer on the car was not synced with the digital speedometer of the car. The digital speedometer of the car was ten mph off from what the analog speedometer on the center console of the car read. I immediately called the dealership, in which their sales rep. said he would get back with me the following week. As the digital speedometer was correct, I thought okay, no problem, I'll wait for your call. Fast forward to a month later, and over five different phone calls with no resolution when I am driving down the road and the entire computer system of the car shuts down and reboots.

In between that month of waiting, I took the car to the Mini dealership (who are incompetent themselves) and they had no idea how the readouts were incorrect and wanted to charge me $360 in labor in order to open up the unit and inspect it.

After the car reboots, I get about ten miles down the road and the clutch goes out on the car (which I also inquired about in the service inspection I did with Mini after I purchased the car). Mini says that these two occurrences were simply coincidental. First, the clutch needed replaced ($3600) and the champ navigation system on the car had overheated, causing the electrical failure. (After research, the Champ navigation system is simply the radio navigation system located under the speedometer).

After this unfortunate event, and without a mode of transportation on a vehicle I just paid $21,000 for, the sales manager, Micheal, finally gets back to me about the car. All the dealership could do was to provide me the phone number of the original business, Northwest Motors Limited, that changed out the speedometer as this car was previously Canadian. I called this business, which claims that they did nothing but replace the speedometer and they are not liable for the damage to the radio/nav system ($1700). After speaking with them, we finally came to the conclusion that they installed the wrong part on the car. In order to fix the car, I would need to drive the car to Mount Vernon, over an hour away from Seattle. Is my time not worth anything? Why am I made to deal with this issue when it was an original issue on the car that I had been addressing since the day I picked the car up?!

Besides this, I was also told today that the car will need new brakes and rotors within 5,000 miles. Within two months of owning the vehicle, I have found out that the vehicle needs over $6300 in maintenance. As it is a used car, I understand that it will need more maintenance than a new vehicle, but the lack of service and inattentiveness of this business is very typical in the car business.

If you are looking to do business with this car dealership, I would recommend you steer clear!

Kudos and a huge thank you to Paul, Dmitri, and the amazing team at Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue for making our recent experience of purchasing a 2007 Mini Cooper simply outstanding. We cannot say enough about the superb customer service we experienced from beginning to end. Paul Bailey, our sales associate, oversaw the entire purchase with integrity, professionalism and good humor. Because the car had only been on the lot a day or so prior to our purchase, their service department needed to run a safety inspection before releasing it to us to take home to Eastern Washington. It was determined then that some work on the car was needed before we should take possession. During this process, Paul made it his priority to stay on top of communication regarding the car. Thank you Paul, you were terrific! When ultimately Paul transferred to a new location, GM Dimitri Mordekhov stepped in to oversee the final delivery. Dmitri, you truly went above and beyond to make sure the car was in top shape, safe for my son, and then delivered to us within a very tight time frame. You went so far as to surprise us by having a few small dings taken out of the car to make it perfect for my son's sixteenth birthday present! I cannot thank you enough for your simply remarkable customer service. I am convinced my son will be back some day to purchase his new Lamborghini from Dmitri and his outstanding team at Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue.

I will say that the staff is amazing, the service representatives are incredible with keeping you apprised of updates and making sure you are taken care of. However, on more then one occasion my vehicle has needed to stay "longer than anticipated" for one reason or another. I did receive loaners or was offered transportation so they were good about that. But it is frustrating the length service seems to take.

We were interested in a Jaguar F-Pace. Adam and Justin were very professional in helping us with test drives and various buying options. I was particular about a set of features within a certain price and unfortunately didn't find a perfect match in Jaguar Bellevue's inventory (so few of those beauties out there!). Although we eventually ended up getting one from another dealership, I really want to thank Jaguar Bellevue for entertaining us well and help reach our objective.

One word! OUTSTANDING! I was helped by both Randy and Rachel in the purchase of my Range Rover Velar. Let me just say that from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt extremely welcome. Rachel took the Tim to go over everything religiously about the car so I couldn t have left with a doubt in my mind about a certain feature or function. She even helped me download the app to locate my car and even turn it on while they were detailing it. I must say my experience was very positive and I m in love with my new car!

I ve gone to the Fife Range Rover dealer and wasn t too happy with the service and very limited selection of cars they had there. Do yourself a favor, go see Rachel and Randy at the Bellevue Land Rover/Jaguar dealership! You won t leave unhappy!

Sold me a used 2015 wrx that was sold with manufacturers warranty 24,500 miles on car when purchased. A year later weird noises came from engine. Found out bearing was failing and when I went in under warranty car was not repaired because car was tampered with by previous owner which I was told everything was perfect with car and the body was in spotless condition and still had manufacturers warranty. After the first day Jed was nice since I was calm and told him I m just looking to see if they could help me at all because I don t have 15k to Fix the block myself with a family of 4. They said they would look into it and call me back and email me by that evening. 48 hours later no response. I called back and was told something is weird with the car history but that wasn t disclosed at time of sale. I was then advised to seek legal advice and stop calling and politely asking if they can reevaluate the situation. I would never buy a car from this place. Absolute scandals and don t stand by anything. Lies lies and more lies. By the way they also told me oil was changed taking car off lot. Took it to Subaru 2 days later and said oil was never changed and was probably 3 oil changes late.
King 5 is next to investigate Jaguar Bellevue and their scams! Don t buy here. You will regret any used car sale.

I explained the problem and they not only fixed the problem but tested everything while had the car.originally in for a recall part but went above and checked all out. It was nice knowing I had a car I could drive with confidence. I am 85 yrs old and love my Land Rover.

Great sales team (Melissa/Adam). Knowledgeable and kind. That s about where the pleasant experience stops though. And the only reason I gave a 2nd star. The rest of my car buying experience doesn t even deserve 1 star.

The management team acted offended when I refused to pay extra money to pay a higher registration fee than they had estimated . Call me crazy, but when we negotiated an all fees included price it didn t include a dealership s low ball registration fee and then a surcharge after signing on the dotted line. It may only be a few hundred dollars but they should be over estimating this so that doesn t happen/or expect to cover minor differences as they expected me to. Had they just apologized and covered the entire fee as I had negotiated I wouldn t be annoyed- but the manager acted like I was insane for not wanting to pay a couple hundred extra dollars during signing. Many people probably just go with it due to being intimidated by the manager and his act was rehearsed. That s not a way to do business and it was offensive to myself and my wife.

Furthermore I was told the dealership just wouldn t sell me the car until the tires were changed (less than 75% wear). So they were going to owe me a tire change, oil change and top off of fluid before vehicle pickup. During signing, however, none of that made it into the contract and when I mentioned it to the finance accountsnt she breezed over it like it would be taken care of later. It was only after dealing with the manager about the above concern than I realized this was a predatory system and demanded that the tires/oil change be added to the contract.

The car was not ready the day it was promised (we bought on Friday and it was supposed to be picked up Monday after service). Then I was told it was fully serviced and ready to pick up Tuesday night. Upon pickup the tires were still old and they hadn t done an oil change or top off. (Only service performed was detailing the car).

It took weeks to get the tire change scheduled and the service department had no idea who I was or any record of the tires they owed me. I had to speak with multiple people and prove that my contract had the tires in the we owe section each time. Finally upon tire pick up I got it straight from the horses mouth- the service team hates dealing with sales and they are used to having people come in for service expecting it to be free with purchase bc of a promise that wasn t put on paper in the contract only to find out it s going to cost money because it was a verbal promise.

I have nothing against any of the service reps I dealt with. They were all nice, albeit completely unorganized. The real fault with this dealership is management. From top to bottom. Sales to service. The entire experience was predatory and I would never wish this car buying experience on a friend. All 6 dealerships I have bought from in the past were less shady and easier to deal with. I ve reported this dealership to the BBB. Take your business elsewhere!!

Super easy process. I already had an idea of 3 models I was Interested in, and called ahead to make sure someone was available to help. Demo vehicles set up seamlessly for me to test drive, and someone was always around to help progress to the next step. Had a trade in, that was valued pretty quickly, and got through finance efficiently. Given it was a very busy day there, I found The process collaborative, no one tried to upsell, and the car was detailed and ready to go by the end of my time there. Responsive and friendly personnel and business!

I recently drove down to bellevue from bellingham to look at a used range rover. I had called ahead of time and told the rep there that I was in love with my car(wrx sti) but it couldn't hold my 3 decent sized dogs. I had found the right one on their website, and wanted to see what they could do to help put me in it. The entire process was absolutely fantastic as I've never had an easier time walking out of a dealership with exactly what I wanted. Sergey and the rest of the staff there were incredibly knowledgeable and wasted no time helping me drive away a happy customer! Thanks again and loving the rover!

I highly recommend this dealer and to work with Sergey Makhanov at the LR Bellevue location. Sergey was transparent and did his best to make sure we could work out a deal that aligned with my finances. Long story short, i ended up getting a great certified pre-owned Range Rover Sport with incredibly low miles. They also bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the wheels on the vehicle. When you get to the shop, just ask for Sergey Makhanov in sales, he ll take care of you from there, trust me.

The ability to make an on line service appointment...

The ability to make an on line service appointment at this dealership was very efficient. The required 1 year service and updates/recalls/warranty work was performed without a problem. My service representative, Brett Forster, worked to ensure that I had a loaner car so I could make my appointments that I had scheduled in the Seattle area (I live in Olympia). He was both personable and professional and also respected my time by compassionately acknowledging that traffic is a problem so that I didn't have to return at a later date to pickup the car. The staff at Jaguar of Bellevue, from the salesman (Sergey Makhanov), to the finance department , delivery prep, and now the service department has made owning my Jaguar F-Pace a dream come true. Thanks everyone!

Very pleasant experience. We had BMW's and Lexus's over the past 10 years, decided to give land rover a try. The sales experience is very pleasant, we test drove audi in bellevue the day before and went to land rover in bellevue the experience is day and night difference. BMW/Audi's turned into mass market and away from luxury segments, so there sales approach has gone down the drain and so is the customer treatment. Bellevue Landrover/Jaguar team has been excellent and made the sales process a breeze and gave us an awesome deal. I am looking forward to turn my lease in and upgrade in 3 years or may be sooner if they offer trade in deal. But overall excellent team, no BS and no sales push like BMW/Audi

Adam Gallardo was fantastic in making my F-Pace lease the easiest lease yet. The entire Bellevue Jaguar team was great. My typical timeframe to getting a lease done is about 2 months. Adam made it so easy and dealt with honesty, we got it done in 1 week and 1 visit to the dealership. The F-Pace is a fantastic ride. Thanks guys!

So, just on arrival, the lady at the desk automatically assumed I was there to pick up plates, not to look at any nice vehicles better yet, any vehicles on the lot.

After actually getting a chance to say why I was here, she called back a salesman. He walked immediately to the lady at the desk and asked, "is that them?" (Rewind a sec, I drove my 12 Genesis to get appraised in shorts and a t-shirt with my wife who was wearing sweatpants, a pony tail, and flipflops) shook his head and walked over to us with that "you can't afford what we have here!" smile on his face.

So after being in his office, he was asking which new car or SUV I wanted to look at and BAM!! I told him I wanted their used dodge ram 1500. His face hit the keyboard.

Then he comes back 4 mins later saying the truck is sold what do you think?

Land Rover Technicians tried to fix driver side window switch but had to consult with Land Rover central to get a recommended fix. This required me to bring in my Range Rover Sport twice. There was no loaner provided/available so lots of car rides from wife. Inconvenient.

However, the service agent was helpful (Robin) and very polite. They did fix it in the end and only charged me for the original quoted cost. (Not cheap, but it could have been a lot worse)

Everyone (Zoran, Robb, Rachel) treated me with a passion for making me feel comfortable and finding out what my needs were. I highly recommend this Bellevue Land Rover/Jaguar dealership if your interested in a new or used vehicle. Pleasant and a welcoming atmosphere always trying to accommodate your needs. I purchased a new Land Rover and LOVE IT!!! No one was pushy and just tried to find my needs for a new car. Love the dealership!!

Had one of the BEST experiences period at Land Rov...

Had one of the BEST experiences period at Land Rover/Jaguar of Bellevue. My Range Rover has had a series of unfortunate mechanical situations, some serious like the transmission, and others more of a nuisance like a passenger window regulator. I went through a process of evaluating my vehicles issues, and getting them fixed in the order of greatest impact and importance. I came to a point where I did feel as though previous interactions with the service department had perhaps overlooked a few issues that ended up making a chain of mechanical problems, but I was NOT told to go away or that nothing could be done. The general manager at Bellevue, Dmitri Mortikov went above and beyond not only to field my concerns, but tonly address them in the most professional and courteous of manners. Dmitri is a true business man, and holds his position at two RR dealers for good reason. I'm writing this review because I know that the dealer and service department for Bellevue, have at times, had some negative comments or feedback directed at them, and I wanted to speak to the other side of that coin. I have been helped so much by this dealer that I am not convinced that most of the negative reviews have more to do with a lack of patience and a instant gratification complex we see running rampant through society, than any of that has to do with actually being a poor dealership. Every business has its ups and downs, but it is clear to me that Bellevue is addressing the issues and has really made significant groundwork on that front. We WILL always be using Bellevue for service, and as well we plan to buy our next Rover from them as well.

We have been in the market for a new SUV and attempted to test drive the Discovery Sport today. We always request to test drive by ourselves and bring proof of insurance/ license. The dealership never looked at either and immediately turned down our request when they verbally asked us the make and model of our current vehicle. Based on this experience we will not be shopping here and have removed the Discovery Sport from our list.

We live a couple hours away so communication was through email, texting and phone. Super great communication and follow up! When we first saw the car, it looked brand new inside and out. Very high quality used car. Elliot Autuchovich showed us the car and was extremely knowledgeable in BMW vehicles. We found Elliot to be friendly, down to earth, yet professional, low pressure and thoughtful. The car is exactly what we were looking for and it has been a joy. Only glitch we had was two car keys were promised, however, the previous owner could never located the second key. The team at Jaguar Land Rover made things right and order & mailed us a second new key! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. The entire experience from how you are treated when you first arrive until the process is finished was first class.

Our dealer was more concerned about price than we ...

Our dealer was more concerned about price than we were. He never even answered our questions most of the time and kept proceeding to tell us how expensive the cars were...even when we simply asked to look inside to see difference in interior. I saved his business card so if we go back we will avoid him...but probably best to go some place else.

I inquired about a certified BMW from their sister store. I explained that I was about 5 hour away and that I would be trading in a BMW. But before driving the 5 hours to them to take a look at their car, I was wondering what I would realistically be hearing (range wise) for a trade-in value.

My car is less than 4 years old and truly is in show room condition with lower than average miles. I was given a broad range of potential values since it was "sight unseen", but what made me decide to NEVER do anything with this company in the future, was when they printed out, scanned and emailed me the current AUCTION PRICE for my car. I know this little "black book" is out there and that all dealerships look at it, but they were throwing trade-in numbers about 7K below either NADA (which the banks use for lending purposes) and KBB.

They might has well just told me that since I was so far away, they didn't want to even deal with me.

Inquired about purchasing a 1988 BMW 325i. From the looks the car is amazing. Now they would not let me buy the car with out a Pre Purchase Inspection was done because I am out of state. The car looked so good online I didn't think it needed one. We priced the car at $20,000 and I had Strickley BMW do the inspection. It came back very bad. Mod was found throughout the whole car, damage to the frame, transmission leaks, oil leaks, rear shock mounts broken, brake ABS system dismantled and much much more I have all pictures and report of this inspection. In fact there was sitting water in the glove box and rear of the car in the truck and around the battery. I immediately informed Jaguar of Bellevue and no one got back to me. I told there the car needs a lot of work and the best I could offer was $5000 because of the work that will needed to be done. Because of the mold I even mentioned I would sign an as is clause. I've reached out to them now 3 times and no one has called me back. I sent the email to Randy and Alec and I've sent text messages to Alec. I am astonished that a dealer such as this would turn a blind eye to this and not want to just off load the car and keep the reputation. This is a warning to anyone looking at this car to please do due diligence it needs a lot of work.

flew to Seattle from Alaska in regard to a vehicle they had posted online on two different websites, my family and I called ahead and made an appointment to test drive and buy the vehicle. The price on the website was substantially lower than the price on the vehicle when we arrived, after sitting at the dealership for 2+ hours and arranging the purchase the general manager refused to sell the car for the listed online price. AFTER the salesman had already told us that they have to HONOR the price listed online. DO NOT recommend this dealership as they are unreliable and dishonest.

Worst service experience ever. Made an appointment...

Worst service experience ever. Made an appointment over a month ago for all the computer glitches in a 2017 F-Pace. My wife and I both took the day off work since we live an hour away and we dropped the car off at my scheduled time, 10:00. They didn't have any loaners, which seemed strange, but I waited for Enterprise who eventually showed up with a car for us. 6 hours later I called, only to have them tell me they hadn't t looked at it yet and I might get it back tomorrow. I've never felt less valued as a customer than I did at Jaguar. Zero regard for my time or the inconvenience. We were told we should feel lucky as most people wait 4 days to get their car seen. If your service department is running 4 days late it's time for a new service manager.

Sergey at Bellevue LandRover is the BEST!!! I'm absolutely in LOVE with my new Defender!! Sergey answered every one of our questions and was ALWAYS very professional and knowledgeable! This is my first LandRover and I'm so glad Sergey in Bellevue was there to assist!! The process was so smooth and comfortable. I'd absolutely recommend Sergey in Bellevue if you're in the market to buy a car or if you're just wanting to be informed and have your questions answered. Can't stress enough how much I love my new car and how impressed I'm with the service!!!
