Land Rover Denver E Review

I wanted to purchase an extra key and called ahead and told me the key was in stock, I drove all the way to the dealer waited about an hour and was told they did not have the have it in stock. The service representative was able to help me with a temporary fix and was satisfied with his help.

We sat for over an hour waiting to test drive a vehicle. No salesperson ever came to help us after the kind receptionist advised the sales team we were there. I finally sought out a salesperson only to be told they were now closed, so we wouldn't be able to test drive a vehicle and all of the salespeople were busy helping others. When I said I said I have cash, suddenly they were willing to help. Too little too late.

I wasn't sure what to expect going to a Land Rover dealership, given that I had never owned a Land Rover before. Not to mention, I wasn't the customer to walk in and pay cash for a car either. Walking in, I loved that I wasn't attacked by salesmen like every other dealership that you walk into. After asking to test drive, they quickly got a salesman to help me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Ryan Griep. He was laid back, no pressure, helpful and more than anything listens to what you need and makes it happen! I was very impressed with how quickly they got me amazing financing as well, with absolutely NO issues. It was that simple. Couldn't have asked for a better experience buying this car, and would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to anyone here in Denver!

From my very first interaction to my last, I was impressed by the professionalism of the people at Land Rover Denver. I worked with Ryan Armstrong, who was knowledgeable, low key and down right a good dude. I felt comfortable asking him any question, and I got honest answers. I did not feel like I was being 'sold' at any point. Granted these beautiful automobiles sell themselves to a point, the staff at Land Rover Denver made my experience the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not to mention I was pleased with the price. 5/5.

Excellent internet department. I found a great deal online, and drove up from NM the next day to collect a Discovery Sport. C.J. had everything waiting when I arrived at the dealership, and follow-up has been helpful.

I contacted this dealership wanting to buy a Range Rover they had in stock. We went back and fort via email for a few weeks and then when we actually got down to it and they stopped dragging their collective feet and the deal was ready to be done, I told them that I would be paying cash via a Cashiers Check from my bank. That is when the series of personal questions started. They wanted me to fill out a credit application, not for credit purposes but to verify I am who I say I am. What the hell? I give someone my banking information, my Social Security number and they said bank statements to confirm income as well. All this to purchase a car with a certified funds Cashiers check. They said that this helps confirm that their customers have the means to pay for the vehicles they sell and that the money is not coming from parties we cannot do business with. WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN?
Am I a criminal? A drug kingpin? What are you people insinuating ? I am so pissed off at this I can't see! You are basically calling me a criminal or whatever because I have financed the vehicle I want some other way than you want. I have never, ever been so disgusted with a company and so upset with their bullshit!
They said that this is dealer/Land Rover procedure on all their deals.
How do they sell anything when they are labeling any customer with cash a criminal.

CJ was great to deal with! He contacted me very quickly after I found the car online I wanted. He was patient with me as I test drove it more than once and even took it to my mechanic. Gino was also very helpful and got me a good deal on the car. I highly recommend asking for CJ as he will be patient and helpful while giving you time to decide. Thank you CJ!
