We bought a new Explorer this Memorial Day weekend. They were great to us and showed us courtesy the whole time and had no problems with finding the vehicle we wanted and giving us the time we wanted in purchasing it. The whole staff was great.
This is our second vehicle we've purchased from them and both times they have been the best. I have no problems coming back again.

May of this year (2014), I bought a used 2012 Ford Explorer ecoboost, I bought it in a dodge dealership, when I looked at I like it so I took it for a test drive, and fall in love with it. A month later I started to notice anomalies with the power tran, so I hear from the DORI show at 97.3 fm, the excellent work evergreen ford does, I decided to take my SUV there, After couple of visits the service department was able to figure the issue and fix it, couple weeks have passed since they fix it, and the SUV feels great, it runs smooth, and I actually feel the suv runs better than when I bought it, this I feel like it is brand new. I hope my SUV never give me problems again, but if it does, I know I can count with this dealership's service department to fix it, thank Carl.
PS I deducted one star because you guys do not have courtesy loaner while my SUV was getting fix.

I called Evergreen Ford with a grinding in my axles and a long overdue oil change. Convinced it was a warranty issue, i asked for and was given a rental car covers by my warranty. After the oil change, they were unable to reproduce the grinding. I was prepared to pay for the rental and diagnostic work but they only charged me for the oil change.

We were treated really well, love our truck! The only thing that didn't go well was the transfer of money. Evergreen deposited our check before we had the funds in our checking (coming from a 401k). We called to stop the deposit, but the message didn't get to the right person and we were charged a $25.00 overdraft fee that we weren't happy about.

Had a terrible experience here. Went in for a 60,000 mile service and wanted them to check my transmission because it was shifting hard. First they called and asked to keep my car overnight even though they had it the entire day and I had an appointment. The next day they called and said nothing was wrong with my car and the service was done so I went to pick it up. I drove back to work and went to run and errand a couple hours later and it kept stalling which it has never done before. I called and they had it towed back to the shop. This was 2 pm and I didn t hear from them again that day to let me know it was picked up and delivered or anything. The next day they called in the morning to have me explain again what was happening and then they said they d call me back. No update for 5 hours so I called because it was Friday afternoon and I needed to know if I would have a car over the weekend. Kept getting sent to voicemail for 2 hours. Finally got through and they said it s the transmission but they don t know how bad and she was going to talk to the technician. This was around 3 pm. Didn t hear from her again until Monday. On Monday she called to tell me the transmission has an internal failure and it would cost over $7k to fix.

My frustration is with the complete lack of communication in this process. In addition, when I dropped off my car I told them something was going on and they obviously didn t check it carefully and then sent me back out in a completely unsafe car. My car had never stalled before bringing it here so it seems the small issue I had was made way worse. I had my car towed away to a reputable mechanic who told me without even looking at the car that worst case scenario the most it could cost is $6k, still a lot but less than Evergreen Ford. Don t take your car here. I brought it in thinking I was doing the right thing getting it checked by Ford experts and they ended up missing something huge and in the end more damage was done to my car and you will be completely left out of the loop the entire time.

My wife and I had been looking to trade in our Ford Focus for a larger vehicle more suitable for our family. We went in to Evergreen Ford honestly just to see what they had and inquire on how we can best go about getting a vehicle since we did not have the best credit backing. They were very accommodating and understanding. Allowing us to test drive multiple vehicles and giving us all the information on said cars. They treated us as if we were a much higher income couple as I'm sure they treat all their customers. They asked what we were comfortable with financially and did everything in their power to help us get that in a vehicle we enjoyed. After just a few short hours (in which they offered snacks and beverages countless times) they approached us with an offer on the vehicle and it was not a penny more then we said we would be comfortable with. They did not waste our time, or belittle us for not being in a better financial standing as I had feared they would like other car dealers had. I would recommend this dealership and any employee they have there (4 total helped us in just a single day) and I will be taking my business back there in the future.

People seemed really busy and not able to help. Ultimately I got Chris Reade to help me out and get his team on the ball. If you go here, ask for him. Kinda standard deal....they try to upsell and don t really want to talk price until your committed to the car you want and are ready to negotiate.

Worst experience ever. My 22 year old son broke down. Had his truck towed to nearest Ford dealership, which was Evergreen. They called and said he needed new batteries in order to diagnose to the tune of $356. Then they called and said that he needed a new main harness, blown head gasket, the total to fix everything was $8000. Decided not to do it. My husband went to pick up the truck and wanted to make sure he got the old batteries as they were still under warranty. When he lifted the hood he noticed the batteries had never even been changed. So they gave him his $360 back. Took the truck to Five Star Ford in Aberdeen. Today we got the truck back at a cost of $570. Everything Evergreen said was incorrect. It was a leaky radiator cap so water got into the main module. Evergreen Ford shame on you trying to take advantage of a 22 year old or anybody. I gave you one star as I couldn't go any lower and neither could you.

As good as any dealership and better than some. They seem honest and try to provide good service but, like any other dealership, the sales people always want to up-sell you and the service people are always overworked and a few weeks behind.

I called and got the name of a sales rep who answered my questions and worked very well with identifying the type of car I wanted. I came in to the dealership and with no hassle or pressure gave me the car at the price I asked and with little pressure to buy other things closed the deal. Very excited about the dealership especially this sales person who worked with me. Scott Mabrey was very helpful and honest. Anyone who asks for him will be happy with their choice. Brenda who helped me schedule maintenance on my vehicle was so excellent! The staff here is awesome. I had a very unpleasant experience at the last Ford dealership I had been too(Auburn) so naturally I was a little hesitant taking my car in here, but they quickly aleveated any worries I had. They were professional flexible and understanding. They kept my car for a week(at my request) until they were able to properly diagnose the issue! Any request I had they took into consideration and put to use. Awesome dealership awesome people!

Great dealership all the way around. Wanted to buy a pre-owned Ford earlier this year and knew that Evergreen needed to be our first stop. Andrew from Internet Sales was friendly, helpful and knowledgable! They didn't end up having a car that fit us but we did find a Ford at a nearby dealership. We have been brining it to Evergreen for service since then and their service department is top notch. Same or next day appointments, comfy waiting area with TV and free, fast WiFi. My only gripe is that I wish their first appointments were at 7:00am instead of 8:00am.

I purchased my brand new 2019 F150 from you Evergreen Ford at the beginning of February. The purchase experience was a little slow, as the truck was buried at the remote lot. The purchase took all day to complete. My salesman, James Torres, was helpful and accommodating, as was Anthony Caposio. Unfortunately, during the paperwork process, the finance manager, Benjamin Kalberg, outright lied to me about the extended warranty. I did want an extended warranty, and stated I wanted a factory one, not an aftermarket one. He told me the warranty company from whom the warranty was being purchased was owned by Ford. Upon research when I got home, I quickly realized this was not the case. Anthony was helpful in getting me into the factory Ford extended warranty I wanted in the first place.

After purchase, and getting a chance to get the vehicle up to speed, it was evident that there was a vibration. 3 trips into the shop, and I have been told that I have to live with it and it has to get worse for them to fix it.

They had damaged all 4 wheels in an attempt to balance them. They removed the weights, and in doing so, were careless in their work, and damaged the spokes and inner face of the wheels. I sent pictures to my service advisor, she advised me that the wheels would be replaced. When I brought the truck in for the 3rd inspection of the vibration, as well as having the new wheels installed, my service advisor proceeded to argue with me, telling me the damage to the wheels was from curb damage. Not sure how an inside portion of a wheel gets damaged from a curb, but whatever.

Upon arriving home, I discovered silver paint on all 4 of the tires. I contacted my service advisor in my displeasure, she assured me they were replaced. She said the "new" wheels had scratches on them, so she had the body shop touch them up. So, they ended up lying to me about putting "new" wheels on. This would not have been a big deal, except what they told me and what they did were not in alignment. I'm sure countless other customers are being ripped off, and just do not have the technical sense to notice it. I now get to scrub silver paint off all 4 tires.

I have worked in the auto industry as a tech for many years, and I can tell you one thing....stay away from this place for either sales or service.

Had a problem with my Ford Focus, and had the BLESSING of being referred to their sales manager, Tom Noe. I am probably THE MOST DIFFICULT customer a business could ever have, yet, Tom IMMEDIATELY understood EXACTLY what my issues were, and IMMEDIATELY went about making sure I was taken care of. Tom is wonderful, the staff is wonderful, they spoiled my kid while we were waiting, and have earned my business. I very highly recommend Tom and Evergreen Ford.

I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus ST from Evergreen Ford and had great experiences with the sales and service departments until recently when my car was robbed while in for servicing. I noticed the stolen items, about $400 worth, before I even left the dealership and reported it to them. I was told that they would look in to it an get back to me. The next day I get a call and am told that Evergreen Ford does not claim responsibility for theft or damages to vehicles while on their property. I wasn't happy with this answer so I tried to get a hold of management but they were never available to talk with me. I tried multiple times on the phone and in person and no one could ever help me, I was just always told that customer satisfaction was important and that they would look in to my case.

In the end I gave up on the issue because it wasn't worth my time to keep getting ignored by the management at Evergreen Ford. If you take your care here please know that they will not help you if any of their employees steal from your car while it is in their shop. I know of other dealership that have been very helpful to friends after a theft occurred on company property but Evergreen Ford was unwilling to help me out.

Great service and were able to get me out of a jam. They came to North Bend and picked me up, helped me buy a used F-150 to replace the one that died on Snoqualmie pass. My vacation was delayed, not canceled.

Second time in for the same warranty repair, still not fixed...
Didn't perform all items requested.
Charged a deductible, then received a refund for the charges in the mail: nice to get the refund but why the charges I'm the first place, I asked why when I picked it up but didn't have time to argue over 100 dollars.
Cashier staff was ok, though more interested in refunding a coworker for the vending machine

Fantastic experience buying a car from these guys. After being turned off by getting hassled by other dealerships I found Evergreen Ford to be a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I worked with Andrew Wight who is the internet sales manager. Everyone was low pressure, polite and easy to work with. I typically hate the process of buying a new car but they made the process quite pleasant. I will consider buying my next vehicle from them.

For the first time in my life I have had a positive experience buying a car. I had planned on using the Costco program to buy a Focus. After chatting with the salesman he looked over his numbers and told me that I could save an additional $2500 by going with their deal instead. I didn't have to negotiate at all and got a brand new car for thousands under invoice. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealer!

We have taken our vehicles to several other dealerships for years! Our last Ford was purchased, at Evergreen, in 2012. We have never been satisfied with the service or the work at other places, but because of the distance from our house, we've gone to the closer dealerships. We recently had our 2nd amazing service experience with Evergreen thanks to our Service Advisor, Sophia Valdez. She went above and beyond to take care of us and most definitely made up for the less than satisfactory service that we have received from other Ford dealerships. We will never take our truck anywhere else as long as we are able to have Sophia take care of us!

We would have preferred a proper detailing before we left the lot with our used vehicle instead of just, what appeared to be, a quick vacuuming of the interior. I did not feel pressured to take the deal they were offering, and they had no problem allowing me the time I needed to think through the options, which I appreciated. Their selection was unusually good too and they had the perfect truck for me. All in all, it was a good experience and the 2 1/2 hour drive was well worth it!

Bought a brand new F150 here after having horrible experiences with another area dealer.

Buying a car here was hands down one of the easiest, most stress free car buying experiences I have ever had. All of the staff was polite and very nice, didn't try to low ball me on trade or push shady deals, and have taken care of me every step of the way. 3 hours from walking in to driving my new truck.

I will definitely be leasing another care here shortly when the lease on my current car is up.
