Extremely poor communication with the service dept...

Extremely poor communication with the service dept. Had a 10 am appt on Monday. Did not get my car in until midday Tuesday. I called numerous times and was told service rep would call me back with an update. That did not happen. Ended up asking them to return my car Tuesday evening because I could not get info on what was happening and when I could expect my car back. Overall, just a very frustrating experience. If they were too busy to keep my appointment they should have canceled it. Was my first and last experience with LR of Denver. Took my car the next day to another place to get needed repairs and work was completed within an hour. They gave me 3 updates within that hour and saved me $5800 from LR estimate for repairs.
