Special ordered my 2017 RRS early in the year. Ordered it without the Heated Front Windshield, didn't like seeing those lines while driving. Joe my salesman (really nice guy) said I would have no issues ordering without the heated windshield because the defroster would work just fine, it does not! I don't typically drive the RRS when the weather is bad because I own a truck that I drive most of the time but we happened to get caught in a small snow storm a few weeks ago and experienced ice and snow build up about 8 to 10 inches in on both sides of the front windshield. I turned the defroster on high but it would not clear the windshield unless we pulled over and let it melt, we would resume our drive and it would ice up again, very scary not being able to fully see out of the window! The next day I called the dealership and spoke with Natalee (receptionist, very nice on the phone) and I told her my issue and asked how I should proceed, she said to talk with the Service Department and if I was not satisfied to call the Customer Service Department. So, I called the Service Department and spoke with Tyler Fitzpatrick (very nice guy). I told him my issue and he said yes, that it is normal to get icing without the heated front windshield, the defroster vent is located only in the center and does not reach the outermost areas of the windshield. So, I called the Customer Service number and told them my issue, they could do nothing about it and I would need to call the Dealership I bought it from and speak with the GM since the Salesman at the Dealership told me it would work fine without the heated windshield. So, I called and spoke with Robb Ashby the GM, again very nice person on the phone. Robb was unable to do anything for me. Companies need to back there employees, even when they make big mistakes, as much as I love driving my RSS its only a fair weather car, I will not be replacing this vehicle with another Land Rover, bummer.

I came in on a Thursday to look at the Discovery Sport and picked it up the next day!! Ryan Griep took excellent care of me and gave me a great deal. He went through every system with me meticulously and continued answering my texts all day with little questions i had. Everyone was so friendly at the dealership- i was expecting a different sort of attitude at a place selling 100K vehicles, but nope, everyone, was so down to earth and welcoming. Michael Mather, their financial services manager, was thorough and clear and made the paperwork a breeze.

I can't wait to take this bad boy camping!!! Thank you all for making my first car purchase in 6yrs a great experience!

My door locked up, apparently that happens with this car sometimes-this car was sold to me by Land Rover Denver and nobody mentioned that during the sale. The door locks unfroze, but not until after I was able to bring the car in to be serviced under the extended warranty which I also purchased through Land Rover. The window on the door with the frozen locks came off the "grippers" somehow during this ordeal. I was told that I would be contacted about cost prior to any repairs being completed. When I returned to find out what was wrong with my vehicle, I was told it was fixed and that it would be $300. I paid the fee, the service was already completed, but I wasn't given the opportunity to understand what the fees would have been prior to the service being completed, which I said was necessary. I am a single mother who lost 2 jobs during the covid shutdowns, I cannot afford to be taken advantage of and feed my child still. I was offered the same service at another mechanic for less than 1/3 of the cost that I paid to Land Rover, which I did not agree to pay prior to the service being completed. I should not be losing money because Land Rover's employees decided to spend my money without asking me first. Someone needs to contact me to resolve this issue.

Horrible service, especially my Salesman Ryan Armstrong, he is the worst. I was ready to start the purchasing process when the salesman drug his feet for a day. He wouldn t return my calls, text or emails. The next 3 days when I waiting for his answer I received a text that the car was sold on the day he drug his feet. Who turns down an anxious buyer??? Never again. 3 days waiting for nothing!!!
Be careful buying a car here. Terrible service!

Nice dealership with different models in the showr...

Nice dealership with different models in the showroom - from the Discovery Sport to the Range Rover. They had different models of the same vehicle; but, loaded differently, which was nice because one could see what engine performance or interior features they get if upgrading. It s also nice how they keep all the vehicles in the showroom unlocked; unlike other dealers that keep their high end models locked. The receptionist was really nice and welcoming. The sales people weren t annoying which was nice since we were only exploring anyways. Can t wait to see the new Defender when it comes in!!

I bought my son a 2016 Honda Civic from Land Rover Denver last week with the help of our sales associate Ryan Armstrong. The service we received was top notch. Our entire experience at the dealership went smoothly, and we were able to drive away within 90 minutes of our arrival, which included our test drive. I didn't experience any of the dreaded tricks one would expect in purchasing a vehicle, just a fast and straightforward agreement on price. Everyone was very professional, yet personable and laid back in a comfortable setting. Currently my RRS has a appointment for this Wednesday. I believe it s the 5th time it s been in service since we purchased in March. Electrical, suspension, sunshade/panoramic roof (replaced), interior/ambient lights don t work and cool seat feature not working properly. This was a certified RRS, but feels more like a used car purchase from a lemon lot. Warranty is up in November, just waiting to see how much I ll be spending on repairs on this supposedly certified car.

When it came time to discuss pricing, I found him to be attentive and direct about what could and could not be done. At the end, I was pleased with my deal and with my vehicle. Absolutely appalled by the customer service at this location. First, I arrived to one sales associate texting on his phone at the front desk which is fine, however, he said that I had to wait for a different associate to return from break because they take turns. I waited well over 10 min (to the point of leaving, just to be helped.) Once greeted by the sale associate who was next in line. I couldn t haven t had a more awful experience. I asked about all the features, ins and out of the vehicle and to see one started up. He disappeared for another 15 minutes to find the keys. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and had no desire to help. He even let the door shut on me while heading outside. Maybe I am old fashioned (or courteous) but I open doors for my customers/clients. While sitting in a vehicle outside, he turned the engine off while I was looking around, stepped out of the vehicle then wished me luck on my search and walked away. To say the least I will never purchase from this Land Rover Dealership. I am also in the sales industry except I sell hundred thousand dollar homes, I believe I was completely discriminated against due to age. This was a very disappointing experience. Since then, I purchased a 2019 Range Rover Sport and had an exceptional experience at Land Rover Flatirons. It was well worth the extra 30 min commute!

I experienced two issues with my 2008 LR2. Each time, the dealership made it right without question. They don't judge my vehicle for being an older model, nor do I feel as if they're treating me any differently than any other customer.

The Denver LR dealership stands behind their work and their product, which are increasingly hard to find qualities in companies nowadays. I'm thankful for their customer service and they dedication to correcting a mistake. I can think of many companies that would do well to learn a few things from this dealership and their service department.

Ryan Griep was the reason I came to this dealership to buy the Evoque that I did. I am an avid researcher when I buy vehicles - and spend hours and hours looking through inventories online and feeling out dealerships' sellers on the phone before I buy. Ryan gave me confidence right from the get-go. Not only was he upfront with me, but he had avid communication with me throughout the process which gave me added confidence in him. He did his best to work out the best deal for me and was willing to talk about the issues I had and give me peace of mind knowing that he was going to take care of me. So I flew out to Denver that week and picked up my car. It was a phenomenal experience and I would recommend this dealership - because of Ryan - to anyone.

Land Rover Denver is by far the best dealership to purchase a vehicle from. We just bought 2 vehicles from them within a 2 month period and they made it so easy to buy a car. My sales person Clay Romine went above and beyond to work with us on both purchases. He was very detailed in the test drive and the delivery of our vehicles. The sales managers Jin and Gino were great as well. Didn't have to deal with the high pressure sales tactics that the other dealerships make you go through. We were in and out so fast it was amazing. The finance manager Michael Mather was so nice to work with and helped us choose the protection package that best fit our needs.

Thank you to everyone at Land Rover Denver for being the best dealership in Denver. You all are the best and your general manager Anthony Brownlee has put together the best staff.

I made contact with Aleks prior to COVID-19 and was hoping to re-connect as soon as possible. He reached out soon after I completed an on-line request. It was an extremely quick process from test-drive to purchase and Aleks was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. He's very professional and made my decision easy.

Last week I spotted a 2 door evoque pop up on autotrader. I emailed immediately and Aleks texted back and forth with me to answer my questions. I d had my eye on a 2 door evoque for 3 years! I went in on Saturday and Aleks not only stuck to my request to be out of there by 12:30, but he had me all done by 11:45! That s with the test drive, negotiations, and finance. Aleks worked on my behalf to get my requested price on the car and I left there dumbfounded because I ve never had a car transaction that easy before. The experience at the service department was sub-par. The lack of professionalism really surprised me as well as the care for positive customer experiences. I got the run around and was treated poorly by a service rep lead and followed up with an email to the service manager, without any response/reply, which was a clear indicator that they do not care about your experience or coaching their staff to be better. The quotes they provide are inflated, the information they provide is minimal for complicated post repair performance. I was very disappointed after spending over $5k and being treated this way by the team at Land Rover in Littleton.

Overall - 'Grade D' - AVOID - Great sales, horrible finance process, service is sub-par and management is oblivious to the on-goings in their own dealership.

Sales - Mark Helliwell - 'Grade B-' - Great through sales process. Totally left us hanging on the post-sales and follow up.

Finance - Ryan Leer - 'Grade F' - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Completely incompetent and smug to boot.

Service - Joe Kilgore - 'Grade C-' - Nice guy, totally disrespects your time and is disorganized.

Let me start by saying, the employees here act as if their previous experience consists solely of flipping burgers at McDonalds, and being subpar at that. I was in communication with Salesman A about a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I was approved for my loan and ready to come sign the papers when Salesman A says to me," Don't worry about coming in tonight, just come in Monday and we will get the deal done." I asked if he needed a down payment or anything to give me first chance at the vehicle. I come in Monday to find out Salesman A has quit his job at the Dealership and the other salesmen I had dealt with that was zero help was there and had the AUDACITY TO SELL THE VEHICLE OUT FROM UNDER ME. i wouldn t buy a car here for anything in the world.

Land Rover has unmatched customer service! Not only is the Discovery we purchased an amazing car, but the service we received was wonderful. Clay our salesman was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I love the fact that they also come out to your house to run through all of the cars features. In my last car it took me years to figure this stuff out. Yenas was extremely helpful in making sure I was using all the great features right from the beginning. Definitely will be sticking with Land Rover.

Did not fix windshield which was under warranty or offer to fix it. I was sent to warranty who refused to fix it under the warranty small print. Returned car without cleaning...another disappointment

I was looking at a used car that they said was cer...

I was looking at a used car that they said was certified and came with a warranty. They told me that under the warranty I could take the car to any certified mechanic. I asked to see the terms of the warranty and they tried to give me the wrong document. When I asked for the right document it was apparent that you could not take the car anywhere -- you had to take it back to the dealership where you bought it for servicing. I started negotiating on the used car with the salesman and after I made an offer he want and got his "used car sales manager." The "used car sales manager" came out and immediately started berating me, telling me my offer was offensive (my offer was $44,000 on a car they eventually listed at $46,995) and he became so nasty that I left the dealership. I later called the corporate headquarters and was told I would receive a call back from the general manager or the CFO -- I did not get a call from the general manager or the CFO. The sales guy (not the "sales manager") that I had been talking to at the dealership did eventually call me back and we started negotiating. However, after the sales guy left me a message with a new offer from the dealership of $47,790 (this was before they had dropped the price to $46,995) I called him back twice and never heard back from him.

Cant really say I was greeted . because I had to stand there saying " excuse me mam" for atleast 2 mins before MiMi acknowledge we were standing there as she was sitting there reading a book, then as I asked for a salesman she couldnt of been any more rude. They still ran my wife's credit history despite the fact that we were paying cash. This is illegal, unethical and unprofessional. CJ Ibarra did an excellent job of responding to questions and concerns I had through messages sent in a timely manner. Even after the purchase he maintained this correspondence.
Ryan Armstrong was the agent that met us at the dealership, took the test drive, and oversaw the purchase process. He did a good job and did not make us feel rushed nor pressured.
We are very satisfied with the used 2017 Ford Edge we purchased on December 20, 2017, even though there are some things that we will need to contact our local Ford agency to get the desired information.
I would certainly recommend the Land Rover Denver team for the purchase of a vehicle.

Used the no contact valet service and was very pleased with the entire staff: Brian and Don were courteous, professional, and friendly. Melodie went out of her way to take care of my missing cell phone problem. She said that Dawn looked for the phone and could not find it. After looking again I found the cell phone in a bag at home. I was so embarrassed. Melodie made me feel just great!! Jordan Schlabach and the ENTIRE Land Rover Denver team were awesome from the time we walked on to the lot, until the time we drove away. Every single person who walked by us was friendly and made us feel at home. Gone are the days of high pressure hard sales. We are just ordinary people who were treated with extraordinary service. Great test drive route with the option of more(if you like). Very fast and efficient processing. Comfortable wait. And you don't just drive away with your owners manual, not knowing how things really work. Yenas Berhe shows you the ropes before you leave the lot, and he also makes an appointment at your convienience to come to your home, work place or wherever convienient to educate you on all of the features of your new car. The sales department is a bunch of thieves. I have been in the industry for 25 years and I have never encountered such a group of unprofessional con artists. They won't even come close to giving you NADA bluebook for your trade. My Tahoe was in perfect condition with average miles and they offered me $9000 UNDER NADA book. After having my first Rover Sport in 2014, I decided it was time to look for a new Rover this year. When I met Harrison James at the dealership I told him that I wasn't sure if my timing for purchase and I was also undecided on model. Harrison was not pushy but consistently followed up with me. He listened to what I said and he remembered. He made my recent purchase enjoyable and I have a new Rover that I love. If it had not been for Harrison and his great way of building a relationship with me, I might have gone else where. He made the difference. If you are looking for a new or pre-owned Rover, I would highly recommend Land Rover on Broadway and more importantly, Harrison James.

Save your time, my husband drove from Colorado Springs to look at a used Camaro they have. His credit score is 757 and they offered him 15% with Chase. They obviously can t do paperwork correctly because they said his debt to income ratio is off. You don t get a 757 with your debt to income ratio off. He loved this car but they have bad reviews on other car sites as well when it comes to their used car sales. However if they can t do paperwork properly to get you an accurate interest rate you might as well avoid them all together.

These people are horrible. Called on a Saturday multiple times to speak to a salesperson about a car, and finally got a call back at 5 pm. I was told that they do not take deposits. I called back Monday morning after putting together the funds and was told the vehicle was being looked at by another customer. I then offered more than the asking pric and was refused any help. I then spoke to a manager and he explained that LR of Denver absolutely does NOT hold vehicles under any circumstances, and do not take deposits. I offered more than the asking and to transfer money immediately, as well as to sign as P&S agreement and no assistance or accommodation was offered.

Stay away from these people unless you have cash on hand an ready to drive away.

Nice clean dealership with a great staff. Had the opportunity to work with their General Sales Manager, Sales Manager and Internet Sales. All were professional and easy to do business with. Highly recommend CJ Ibarra. He's a consummate sales executive that understand he doesn't need to push the brand or product. He's attentive and there to answer any questions, but lets you move at your pace and test drives involve zero pressure. It's like driving around with one of your friends. Thumbs up to CJ and Dash!
