First let me start by saying Vince, Rodger and Jake were nothing short of amazing to work with. But when having to bring my car back 2 weeks after buying it due to an oil leak we were left in the hands of Wayne. It took us 4.5 months to get my car back, and when trying to get in touch to find out details and when the vehicle would be done we would never hear back from him. Rodger, not knowing much about what had been going on updated me and was so kind and punctual as to getting my car back to me after hearing about the issue. Upon getting my vehicle back for two days another issue came to light and when my husband called Wayne he was nothing but rude and bothered by the fact that we had brought this to his attention, which was disappointing none the less.

Purchased a 2004 Wrangler. The model I was looking for came into stock and I contacted Mark to inquire. Mark was courteous, informative and patient. He kept us in the loop as to when the vehicle would available to view as well as details about the car prior to arriving without any pressure or surprises. The whole process was very easy and I was able to acquire the mountain Jeep we were looking for. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience! Dealt with Michael Gallucci and it was a pleasure. I flew in from Austin to find the used Lr3 to be exactly as explained for the most part. We had a few things that needed to be worked out, but they quickly took care of them. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone, just be clear in your expectations when buying a used car from anywhere. I had a nice drive home from Colorado!

We initially visited to check out a vehicle they had on their lot, but after inspection found that it was too small and wouldn t fit our needs. The owner, who saw us walk up, caught up to us as we were walking back to our vehicle and asked if he could help us. We mentioned that we came to look at a particular vehicle but once we saw it (because it was sitting out front) and found that it wouldn t meet our needs we decided to move on. He invited us inside and gathered information on what we were looking for and the price range we had available. We left and within a couple hours I had an email for a vehicle that we were looking for.

Very pushy sales manager that ran my credit without my permission after saying he wouldn't.

I was not confused. I already had financing secured and the gentleman said i had to fill out a application, but that he would not be running my credit. After sitting down and looking at my financing he turned the screen away slightly and did it anyways. Then laughed and said "i checked anyway just to see if we could do better". That was not a valuable experience from you guys as i had purchased before which is why i came back.

Also i called ahead of time to see if the car i gave stock number for was there and he said it was.... yet when i arrived it was not the vehicle. Not again though will i shop with you and that is unfortunate.

These folks are amazing. I'm a Glenwood local and I use this dealer as my "home" dealer for service on my Evoque. Time and time again they've taken great care of both me and my vehicle. Just the other day I had a radiator hose burst in my engine on I-70, they helped me arrange a tow, got my car into the shop early, and got all the parts very quickly. Two days later I'm driving my car again and it's better than ever. They even fixed a rattling noise in my engine from my exhaust and washed the car inside and out to boot. I manage a local hotel and I know good service, Land Rover Roaring Fork does a phenomenal job. Sharon and Roger in service are amazing. Best dealership I've ever worked with, proud to have it be my "go-to" for service. Thank you!!

I can easily get an appointment and scheduling is prompt and a vehicle is available to use while my car is being serviced. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership via the internet and based solely on my trust that being a new car dealership (much more a Land Rover dealership) that they could be trusted....WRONG!!!!!

I paid $86,000 for a vehicle that was described as perfect with only 38K original miles (it was a 1997 Defender 90)! The very day I received it from Colorado (I'm in Florida) the vehicle made it less than 1 mile before breaking down! I was told by Wayne Goren the Used Car Manager to have it towed to the local Land Rover dealer and the dealership would reimburse me for the towing and pay the repair bill. He followed through with his promise of paying the repair bill and after 100 days of multiple phone calls and emails with him and the General Manager Vince Smith, I finally received a check!

Prior to buying the vehicle, I was told the top was perfect but it was torn and patched, I was told it had 1 small dent but in fact there were several and after a month of calling and asking for the title I received it but instead of "original" mileage as I was promised the mileage was listed as "exempt"! I called Wayne, Vince, Courtney, then emailed then more calls then more emails even speaking and emailing with Vicki Comer in the Sonic Automotive Group Customer Satisfaction Department voicing my dissatisfaction with the mileage branding on the title explaining the impact on the value was substantial. When I spoke to Wayne he said it was up to Vince, so I called and left messages for Vince, but Vince never had the decency or the professionalism to return one single call! Vince did however email me promising that he would provide documentation confirming mileage (that never happened) or even a "buy back" if he couldn't provide the proof of the advertised mileage! When I stated I would likely take him up on the "buy back" option he never responded to another email or returned 1 single phone call! NOT ONE, EVER!

I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication and the empty promises made regarding the mileage concerns along with the deceitful and inaccurate way the vehicle was represented. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to do business with these people or this dealership to not walk but RUN the opposite direction!

Buying the RRS was very easy. But they dropped me in the grease with a promise to register the vehicle out of State. "No problem" they said, and even charged me a fee to do it. Then, not only did they not do it, they just stuck the registration materials in an envelope and mailed them to me--no explanation, no nothing. Very very poor treatment--but what do you expect for almost $90 grand! When I called and complained, they promised to 'get right back to me'---and again, ZIP. Once you drive it off the lot, don't expect any help.

We had an amazing experience here, working with Michael & Vince to purchase our pre-owned BMW recently. We live out of state, so they answered every question via email or phone call, very quickly. The car was in just as great of condition as promised and Michael walked us through every detail of the car, spending as much time as needed. Like many other reviewers mentioned, they treated us like we were the most important people in the world, even though we weren't there for a new Range Rover. They made it well worth the trip to Glenwood Springs, I can't thank them enough! Fantastic experience!!

I think my used 2015 Ram 1500 being at the Land Rover Roaring Fork (LRRF) dealership was a bit of an anomaly but it was there and they had it shockingly priced well below market value. To validate, I did my own exhaustive pricing research, sanity-checked the price with Bob (who ended up being my salesman), and then decided to go look at it. Long story short and after a test drive, etc., LRRF actually ended up proving itself by not price negotiating and sticking with the list price of that day. Bob worked to have a few items I asked to be addressed (like removing the plastic bed liner I didn't want, for example) and they had me out of there, no hassle, in just a couple of hours.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle recently at Land Rover Roaring Fork. We found the vehicle online over a weekend, roughly 300 miles away from our home. The price was below our budget, and the vehicle had extremely low miles for it's age. It almost seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't! My wife called and spoke with Bob first thing on a Monday morning and he gave her all the details of the vehicle, including maintenance history, CARFAX, cosmetic damage, etc. Bob was in no way pushy, but professional the entire time. He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls as we worked at arranging for an out-of-state purchase. My wife and I flew into Aspen the following day and he was kind enough to make the drive from Glenwood Springs to pick us up in the newly-detailed vehicle. Knowing that we were pressed for time due to a long drive ahead of us he had the paperwork done ahead of time and Courtney was able to get us through closing paperwork quickly. The entire experience went seamless and if the opportunity arises again we will not hesitate to do business again with Land Rover Roaring Fork.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and was lucky enough to have Jad as my sales person. Jad was incredibly kind and patient and most of all understanding of my situation. Jad was friendly and easy to talk to. Jad was always available to answer my questions and returned my calls or texts very quickly. I never felt pressured Into anything. Once I decided which car I was going to buy I got to work with Courtney the finance manager. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and answered every question in a way that was easy to understand. My mother was with me and Courtney made sure both she and I understood everything.

A week later after I bought my car I had to bring it into the dealership to be looked at. Jad facilitated the appointment with Wayne and I have no words to describe how excellent the service was. There was no charge for service needed and they even washed my car.

I'm beyond impressed with the treatment I received. Jad, Courtney and Wayne made it possible for me to be able to buy my car and I love it!!!

Great service, personnel and they get you car in on-time and back on the road. It is a 2.5 hour drive for me to reach LR of Roaring Fork = 5 hours of driving. Having the car properly serviced quickly is the best. I have also bought a couple of RR's from them. I highly recommend them.

They had the exact car i wanted (only a few 100 made). Called to inquire about a vehicle and submitted a financing app minutes later. Spoke to the sales guy off and on from 10 am until 7 pm, had arranged financing, and just wanted to look over the terms that the salesman agreed to email me after we got off the phone. I waited and the email never came. I emailed them to request the info and no response. I called this morning and the vehicle had been sold but nobody was considerate enough to tell me. If he had told me there were others interested I would have placed a deposit on the vehicle, and then he stated that I could not even put a deposit on it. Kyle seems like a great guy, but the lack of communication and consideration can't be overlooked. They could of emailed or called before i started withdrawing money & booking plane tickets. Very disappointing experience.

It was Friday afternoon and my brake sensor indicator went off indicating brake pads were worn. I had just had the annual service and brakes replaced on my Range Rover Sport Supercharged at another dealership 4 days prior and was now driving from Colorado to Newport Beach. Needless to say, I was concerned due to the mountain driving I was doing over the next day. Land Rover Glenwood Springs (Colorado) was the closest dealership. Fortunately, I reached Jake. While the service department didn t have any appointments available. When I explained to Jake the situation, he said to bring it in and they would check it out. I was relieved to find it just needed the sensor replaced. They replaced the sensor, cleaned off the brake calipers and washed the car. I so appreciate Jake and his team for accommodating me on a busy Friday afternoon right before closing. Exceptional service!

I spend considerable time working with and at car dealerships for work as well as personally. Mark Murray our Client Advisor made this such an enjoyable experience and I always felt I was being looked after and genuinely cared for from first contact to the sale. Courtney the finance manager even made what is generally the most painful process of buying a vehicle (sorry Courtney, but its true!) enjoyable. The downside is the vehicle only needs service every 16K miles, so I won't get to see them much!

I do not know how people are rating this location at 5 stars. If I could give them 1/2 star I would, and that would be generous of me. I purchased my vehicle on 1/2/2017.
The sales experience was by far the worst. Jesus started with me, but he was very incompentent about looking for the vehicle I wanted. I started looking for a vehicle in November of 2016. After two months of going back and forth of emails and phone calls. He still could not figure it out. Even with me sending a PDF file of the car I built online.

By time they had found my car, which was in New York on a boat. I put money down on it. They came back the next day and said it had been sold. I was so angry and fed up with this. I asked for a new sales guy, Kyle. Who was trying to fix the mess that Jesus had created. But even he was not as helpful as I feel he could have been. It took almost a month to get the car from New York to Colorado. Now I understand weather was a factor at the time. But seriously almost a month? Finally by January 24th, I got my vehicle that I wanted. They could have thrown in the mats for free for the amount of hassle it was for me to give them my money.

Now today, I need service done on my vehicle. Just a basic oil change and tires rotated as well. But good luck with Sherry in service. She never does what she says she is going to do. She tells you that she will call you and let you know when the driver will be dropping off the loaner vehicle to trade for the day. But she never does follow up with you.

For a company that sells luxury vehicles you would think that they would teach customer service one-on-one to these people. I believe that all of them to go back and be retrained on how to follow through with customers.

Seriously do not waste you time at this location. It will only set you up for disappointment in the end.

I was impressed at the fact that I was treated like a person and not a dollar sign as most other dealers do. I was addressed by name and the transaction was very laid back, they delivered us the vehicle clean and with a full tank of gas and all the information regarding maintenance done and clean carfax. I couldn't have asked for more. Definitely a must visit if you're looking for a vehicle.

Pretty awesome experience, Saw a tundra i wanted to test drive and scheduled a time that was best for me. I showed up and Robert Penland brought the truck up front and let me check it out while he got paperwork and a copy of my insurance and license. Test drove it and loved it, Thought about it and emailed Robert to do a credit app and all that stuff. What was really awesome is he and the fiance manager stayed late to finish paperwork and I was able to take the truck that night. The experience was so quick and painless i almost didn't have enough time to memorize names! Thank you Robert the tundra is awesome!

My family and I have now bought 4 vehicles from Land Rover Roaring Fork. Every time the experience has been great! They do not waste your time haggling over the price, what Land Rover suggests is what they sell them for and it makes it very simple. Personally we appreciate the simplicity, if you are going to purchase a vehicle of this caliber at these price points you should already be able to afford them so I don't understand why Claude had any trouble. I have been dealing with Kyle for the last 2 vehicles personally and he is an incredible asset to the Land Rover family. We walk in and say we want 'that one' and 20-30 minutes later we are driving off the lot. Compared to other dealerships in Glenwood.... honestly other dealerships don't compare to make it simple.

To understand how good these guys are, I walked in a few weeks ago after painting my fence and was in dirty blue jeans, work boots, and a shirt covered in paint and a new associate who I had not previously met asked me how he could help as if I had just walked in wearing a $10k suite. They treat everyone (that I have seen) equally and amazingly well. This dealership should get 6 stars but they only let me have 5.

Land Rover of Roaring Fork is OUTSTANDING! Whenever we have any small issue or even needing an appointment they tend to us very timely and never left hanging. Their attention to detail is first class and friendly, warm and welcoming & no question is ever stupid. We lOVE Mark Murray, he is our GO TO man and always is 1st class, has the answers and gets our cars in quickly.

I scheduled an appointment about two weeks out. Just before my appointment I was called and asked to re-schedule which I did.
The appointment was for a 47,000 check up. I was told I needed new breaks (front and back) for $3,000 and that my breaks were in the red. This information surprised me, so I took my car in for a second opinion to a certified mechanic that we've used in that past and that I trust very much. He informed me that I didn't need breaks for another 8,000+ miles and that I would need rotors at that time too. The would cost me $1,200 for him to do the work.
So I paid $750 for an oil change and some break fluid.
I didn't have much faith in LRRF prior to my visit and now I have even less. I will not be bringing my car back there for anything.

I just bought a LR4 and fully expect (and will receive!!) continued superior servicing for another 9 years!! I love the way the car handles under any driving condition. Everyone at the dealership is extremely knowledgeable and helpful...excellent management from top to bottom -- a great team of people. Kudos!

I luckily happened upon Sharon Creegan and her team at Roaring Fork after my Range Rover stopped running 2000 miles from home. Ms Creegan and her team worked diligently to get my car up and running despite having no prior relationship with me. She took the time to explain the week-long process to get my car back up and running. She did a better job at explaining the work on my car than I had experienced in talking to my own local shop over the last two years. The service department and technician Jeremiah Allen deserve their own accolades as they worked diligently to find the source of the problem and then to repair the torn wires. I highly recommend the service department at Roaring Fork.

Wow, what to say.

First off I went to Land Rover to lease a Range Rover for a tax write off. However I left with a Range Rover that I loved. It's now my favorite car but that's not the best part at all. I was helped by Michael "my salesmen. He was really informative, kind, not pushy and knew what he was doing. Definitely the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. The GM "Vincent" was just as good. Very helpful and great to talk to/work with. The best part was working with the finance department. Kyle Alchenberger was my finance manager. First off he had the day off and came in just for me because I was going out of town. He was supper fast and commanded the chair he was in. He knew his job and did it right. He informed me of all the great products they offer but wasn't pushy at all. All in all what an amazing team of people. Buy from them and you can't go wrong!

Shady! If you want half ass service and to be treated like you dont matter come here! I had been looking at a Volkswagen GTI for 3 days continously talking to a salesman. The day I went to purchase the car it was bought right out from under me as I was going to sign the paperwork. I had a salesman that couldent give me the right information and didnt finish anything he started. And after all of that I had to argue an appolgy out of someone!! Good job for a multi million dollor company guys!!

I was hoping for a better experience with LRRF. My mother and I drove up to this dealership from Colorado Springs. It was my hope that would drive back in the 2014 Honda Civic Si they had on their lot. Mark was accommodating and flexible when we arrived and wanting to inspect the car. We took the car to a Honda certified mechanic and he provided a list of necessary repairs. I handed the list to the GM Tiffani and was met with uncertainty. Tiffani had her mechanic inspect the car and reported no issues. I told her the Honda mechanic reported both lower control arms bent and so, she had a different mechanic inspect the vehicle. The report came back with one bent lower control arm. I offered to cover the other repairs if she would replace both control arms. Tiffani refused to replace both control arms and the deal was cancelled. I would recommend better customer support for used vehicles and smaller vehicle transactions. I want to thank those at Land Rover of Roaring Forks for their accommodations and pleasantries.

Had my LR3 serviced this week and had a great experience!! Shari handled the intake and Bruce communicated with me every step of the way. The process was seemless and I never felt like they were trying to sell additional added services. My vehicle was returned with the issues resolved, cleaned and ready to go. I will return without hesitation for future service.

I found this car online from Texas and the car was in colorado. Mike cleared all the questions and inquiries I had and made me think I did not need to fly and check it in person. he answered quickly and accurately. I really enjoyed working with him and his financial manager, Vince, was also very nice. They did not force to buy anything additionally and left it to my decision, which I really think I appreciate them and made me feel that they really work for customers. Regardless where I live, I would consider Mike for my wife's car next time. Thanks!

Please know I did not buy an expensive vehicle from them I was not treated this way because of the amount of money I was spending. The people at this dealership are simply honest, knowledgeable and hard-working. Buying my car form Land Rover has by far been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I ended up at the dealership looking at a car that I decided not to buy. They had let me test drive it twice and even ran the financing so I knew exactly what I would be paying. When I decided not to get that vehicle Mark immediately offered to look for the exact car that I wanted. He sent me listings of all of the vehicles he found that fit my criteria until I found a vehicle I was interested in. He worked quickly to have the car ordered for me and once I decided that was the car I was going to purchase the finance department worked quickly to get me the exact numbers for purchasing the car. Thanks to their awesome team effort it took less than half an hour to fully purchase my car. I would absolutely recommend visit them and seeing what they have to offer if you are in need of any sort of vehicle.
