Our initial experience with the sales staff was extremely poor. After communicating our experience to the general manager and the customer relations manager, we were completely blown away with their apologetic and humble response. While we did not purchase a vehicle here, we could not think of a better place to buy one. Clearly the management staff at this dealership knows how to take care of their customers, own their mistakes, and truly roll out the red carpet!
