Saturday morning I woke up to a huge puddle on my garage floor, I traced it to the powersteering fluid and filled it and drove it to Land Rover Denver. I didn t have an appointment, but David in service was prompt in getting me in and taken care of. I was called Monday morning and approved the repairs and had it back by Monday afternoon. There was a small issue, but Larry (Service Manager) had it handled immediately. I have used other LR service outlets (JC s and others) and for the small difference in price the service you get from LRD is unbeatable. Will continue to service my Rover here.

This is my 5th Rover I've purchased in the last 4 ...

This is my 5th Rover I've purchased in the last 4 years; both from Private sellers and Dealerships...this is the 2nd one in the past year from this dealership and I have to say it's been awesome!

I highly suggest Land Rover Denver and more importantly, go and see Jordan Schlabach in their Sales Department!

Jordan made the buying experience extremely easy and not "pushy" at all. He respected my request to communicate via email in the beginning because I was on a business trip and phone calls would not work well. When I got back to Denver, I called Jordan and told him I wanted to come down and take a look at the car we were talking about....and I stressed "Just Look". I went down and he made me feel so comfortable I ended up going home with my second new Range Rover is 12 months!!!! Any Regrets???? NONE

I have had an amazing experience working with Land Rover Denver. Their staff truly takes customer service to the next level. I had the pleasure of working with Salesman Aleks Liubimyi to find the perfect car. He was extremely knowledgeable about their cars, it was a super awesome test drive and he answer for all my questions that I have. I highly recommend Aleks, it was my pleasure to work with him. I also had the pleasure of working with Sales Manager (Land Rover genius) Jin Jang who I highly recommend. He was efficient in tailoring the experience and extremely helpful. I love the Dealership and my new Car. My next Car I'll buy here.

This is the third time Land Rover has told me ther...

This is the third time Land Rover has told me there was something wrong with my vehicle when there was not. This time, I was told that I needed a new battery. Unknown to LR, I had that battery replaced in November. After picking my car up from LR, I took it to the place that had done the replacement. They checked the battery and it is fine. I am planning to report this issue and others to the Better Business Bureau.

Obviously awesome vehicles. But this specifc location has a uniquely terrible Service Department. Their service, knowledge, and work ethic is so aweful that I may never buy another Land Rover simply because I would have to continue to work my warranty through these people. I have involved the Service, Sales, and General Managers in my recurring issues and continue to receive subpar solutions. So when the owner replies to this review, just know, it is little more than virtue signaling. The offer to help has no value when your individual contributors don't actually make good on Managers' committments. Hire skilled workers, please.

I have been trying to purchase an Evoke since Marc...

I have been trying to purchase an Evoke since March. I've been on site 3 times to be told that the sales reps are too busy. I've called and left messages as to what I am looking for with only 1 return phone call and he said he was too busy to search the inventory??!! My request was seemingly simple- Evoke with Luxury Seating package; any color, model, etc.
The final straw... received a sales email today with 2 Sales Mangers and General Managers phone numbers so I thought I would try 1 last time... both Sales Managers phones said the number was disconnected and the GM's rang about 30 times and disconnected- no voice mail. Clearly if you can not pay attention to clients in the sales process, I can't imagine how they would handle a Service issue. So Land Rover Denver, I challenge you to prove me wrong- respond and demonstrate to the public that you care about your clients... I will absolutely update this review if I can find 1 person at this dealership who is willing to respond.

HORRIBLE and a DISGRACE to all military families who use USAA. They accepted our offer on a used MDX only to tell us that they won't work with USAA for financing. They wanted to finance...shady. Jordan couldn't have cared less about losing the deal. I would like to see these Land Rover wussies fight for our country on the front line! Major disappointment.

Ryan Armstrong went above and beyond to give me the best experience I could have hoped for. I was ready to have a salesman try to strong arm me into a bad deal but Ryan worked tirelessly to get me in the perfect car. The one I was originally looking at actually sold and he hunted another one down for me, which actually ended up being exactly the color I wanted, less miles, and still honored the original price. Really excellent at what he does and I couldn't be more appreciative!

I was in a pinch since I had wrecked my car (2001 Infinity) and deployed my airbags so was driving around with an exploded airbag on my steering wheel, which is not a huge selling point in the dating circuit. So to extricate myself from the embarrassment and safety hazard, I rolled into Land Rover Denver, half expecting to be treated like I was invisible or politely shown the door, since I don't reek of 7 figures. To my surprise I was treated pretty much like a rockstar. I gave them my budget (I said $10K or under) and I didn't even get a wince. Instead they showed me 2 options, a Toyota Corolla (or Camry..I dunno they are all the same to me), and a Nissan Armada circa 2004. Since I am a man, I took out the Armada for a test drive. It had like 134K miles which in Nissan talk means barely broken in. It was a great ride, although as an empty nester I did not need all 160 seats or whatever it has in it. However their price was under 10K and bluebook was higher...and I loved the ride. So I started process. Getting a bank to finance a car over 10 yrs old is sometimes a challenge but they found a bank for me w/ under 5% which was good considering my credit was under 700. I'd say maybe 90 minutes later I was on my way. A funny note, as I was getting ready to leave the lot, some guy had just shown up after seeing the Armada online. Sad day for him good day for me. I have referred several people to Land Rover of Denver since.

From the moment we walked in the door to the even bigger moment of being able sign and shake hands with a competitive deal on our new 2016 Discovery Sport HSE, Ryan Griep treated us with respect, professionalizum, and answered all of our questions in depth from start to finish. Clay and Ryan were amazing to work with! Clay really spent the time with us going over all of the features in the different models to make sure we were buying a car that we d be happy with. Everyone at this dealership was extremely friendly and treated us with respect. Even when we had a slight issue with our lugnut key the entire team treated the issue with high importance and bent over backwards to make sure it was resolved immediately. I ve never had this great of customer service from any other dealership! I can tell you we have been won over by Land Rover and will be repeat customers when we re ready to trade!

Alex was an amazing Sales person to deal with!!! We did most of the sale over the phone and Alex assured me he would hold the vehicle until I arrived, everything went so smooth. The vehicle was ready to go when we got to the dealership, it was completely cleaned and fueled up. All we had to do was take the vehicle for the test drive and sign on the dotted line! This place is a train wreck...The service had really gone down hill. I could not get a straight answer out of anyone in service. I could not get a call back so I stopped by and was really disappointed. The facility is run down and I dont think they even have Land Rover technicians anymore. They used to be top notch when I lived in Denver 3 years ago. I read they have new owners, must be why I did not see a familiar face. I wont be back and that is too bad.

My husband were serious about purchasing a Range Rover Sport and made the stop in to test drive. Test drive went fine (even though he bragged about all the Denver Broncos players he sales to which seemed unnecessary) but after sharing the specs we wanted, it took over a week to hear back from the salesman and they were clear that they would not be able to deliver the inventory for us. The salesman said he was trying to get us the best price but didn't seem to believe we were going to spend the money on what we actually wanted. So, we went to the Flatirons location and they responded to emails and texts right away, got us an appointment to come in a see their inventory, even got an email from the manager in case the salesman was ever busy, AND they were able to find us the inventory we wanted in a different state for my new Range Rover Sport HSE (and I LOVE IT). I'd recommend shopping at Flatirons over Denver location if you want the salesperson to take you seriously.

Was kind of nervous to go look at a used car at a Land Rover lot (scared to touch anything too) but it turned out to be a good experience! The first time we came by it was a little weird because we didn't know who to speak with, but we came again and it was great. Aleks was very personable and helpful, as was the finance guy. The vehicle we wanted to look at had a couple issues but nothing too huge and they were pretty good about bargaining. The only really weird thing was that even though the car had been detailed, there were still drip stains, melted chocolate where the seats fold, and crumbs on the gear shift. That could have been better, lol!

I worked with CJ at Land Rover Denver and he was great. I found the car online and he called very quickly to answer a few specific questions I had about it. From there we setup a test drive and he helped me through the transaction. He was very low pressure and not your typical car sales guy. He was more an advisor which I appreciated, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a Land Rover. As for the car I couldn't be happier!

We also need to complement Joe in the service department for his amazing service of our previous Evoque. Joe s the reason we stayed with Range Rover.

I think the only positive experience I had was the delicious hot chocolate I had while I patiently waited for the car I wanted to test drive came back from a very long drive from a bank run. I gave 1 star based on the TERRIBLE service experience I had. This may have been the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

I was extremely interested a car and was in need of a car asap since I did a private sale and had no vehicle. Needless to say, my sales rep was off on Thursday and told me to come in Friday cause his day off is Thursday and he did not want to split the commish with someone else. To sum up my story, the car sold on Thursday. The sales rep was going to see what he could do to get me into a newer model and never called back. Two thumbs down for the service!

I found the same vehicle down the street at Ralph Schomp and was treated beyond great! Not only did they get me in the car I wanted without any hassle, but I got into it at a lower sticker price, miles, and APR. So, on a positive note, thanks land rover for the terrible service because my friends at Schomp were a true pleasure and I got more bang for my buck!

I had a three month old Range Rover Sport that was...

I had a three month old Range Rover Sport that was rear ended on ice this winter. The other driver was going about 10 mph. It was minor. Due to the aluminum frame that the car was manufactured with, this has results in $53,000 in damage and a $5,000 rental fee while the car has been in the shop for SIX MONTHS. I still do not have my car. The accident happened in February and now we are almost at August.

When I reached out to the dealership, after the accident, inquiring about where to get the car fixed, they told me the only shop was four hours a way and it was the only authorized Land Rover dealer to fix an aluminum frame car. No one told me when I purchased the car that it could not be fixed locally. I sent the car to Glenwood Springs where they gave an initial estimate of $26,000. When I contacted the dealership and told them the outrageous sum to fix the car, they shrugged and told me this is what it costs to fix a Range Rover Sport. I find that really hard to believe. I spoke to my sales rep who was completely unhelpful and spoke to a service manager who told me that is the price to fix a Range Rover. Neither understand the aluminum frame drives up the labor cost which I find pretty pathetic from the dealership nor were they will to work with me to expedite the fixing of the car nor drive the cost of the repairs down nor offer me a rental car.

Fast forward a few months, and now the auto body shop is saying they found additional damage and it is now $54,000. I finally fired off a scathing email to the general manager of the dealership, who, in his defense, gave me a loaner car and has tried to be helpful. Ironically, when I picked up the loaner car, I got my head ripped off my the service associate and was told they don't give loaner cars for situations like this. He laid into me so much the guy next to him told him to calm down! He also told me he had no idea what this auto body shop that i used which is complete BS because I had called the dealership and they recommended this shop.

In summary, these cars are neither cost effective to fix nor timely to fix and you will have headache after headache between the auto body shop, the dealership, and corporate Land Rover. It has been one of the most disappointing purchases of my life. This is ridiculous and absurd I was sold a car that can't be repaired in essence and when I reached out for help, was repeatedly shot down by the dealership.

7/27/15 - Update on my situation. As of today, the auto body shop is still holding my car hostage. They have told my insurance company that the hourly rate for fixing the vehicle is $150, not $120 which is what they originally stated and is in the contract. This is an additional $5,000 in fees that my insurance will not pay plus the shop is imposing a $45 a day storage fee that my insurance will not pay. I'm incurring possibly thousands of dollars to fix/get the car returned to me. I had no idea when I purchased the car the headache/cost/time to have a simple fender bend fixed. I reached out to the dealership this morning to try and get some help but have not heard back.

9/21/15 - Still no car. Going on month 9!!

The dealership people were honest and straightforward. I was buying a used car and they didn't pressure me to buy and the price hey quotes matched the amount on the paperwork - no finance shenanigans, which I really appreciate.

I wanted to inspect the underneath of the car - they made time for me in the shop - they put the car up on a lift and had a mechanic work with me to check the steering rack, tie rod ends, ball joints, half shafts and differentials - this car has a Haldex 4 wheel drive system which work well, but I wanted to check it out. They were very helpful.

I really enjoyed their no pressure, straightforward approach to the whole deal.

He was a pleasure to work with and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Not the greatest experience! I don t want to bash or go into detail, just disappointed with the service I received for my 2018 Land Rover Disco. However, it s the closest dealership to my home and I do have a LR warranty so I ve been a few times. Def looking for other options due to customer service!

I leased brand new range rover sport , my cqr got damaged in an accident on february 13th and until today , May 18th my car is not ready , they guys at the shop including the service manager and the branch manager is very rude and always saying there isbnothing they can help with..i dont know what car it take to fix for over 3 motnh ??? As of right now they tell me another month is needed . Im keep paying my monthly payment but 0 service!!
Never gonna do business with them and also going to sue them .

Recommend not to get a land rover !!!!

The two times I have brought my car here it has no...

The two times I have brought my car here it has not been returned to me unwashed. I have not been provided timely updates on the service and cost of repairs. I usually do not get an update until I call myself to find out what the progress is on the vehicle. Both times that I showed up the car wasn't ready because it was being washed and then when I got the car back it was not washed at all. I just really would expect more considering the price range of the repairs and the car.

Service department unresponsive and frazzled, diagnostics & repair work of poor quality. Loaner car availability non-existstant (which is a bummer because it s going to take a while for the service department to properly address a problem). I ve been a customer for over 10 years & LRD is only 3 miles from my home, but I ll absolutely be headed to LR Flatirons 45 minutes away this spring when purchasing my next SUV.
NOT RECOMMENDED.

I have nothing but good things to say about Land Rover Denver and CJ Ibarra regarding my recent purchase of a Range Rover Sport. I initially inquired about a very specific vehicle online, and CJ called me within 5 minutes of my inquiry being submitted. I met him at 6:30 that evening and he stayed (along with the finance guys) past the regular dealership hours to work with me on my purchase. There were no high pressure sales techniques, no crazy promises or demands.....just straight shooting from start to finish. Compared to other purchases/leases in the past, this was by far the smoothest and most pleasant experience to date. The dealership showroom is great and everyone I came into contact with was exceptionally nice.......even after they'd spent an hour cleaning snow off all the cars when it was -2 degrees!

Best buying experience that I can remember working...

Best buying experience that I can remember working with Jordan Schlabach and team. Background: wife was a long time fan of her Lincoln Navigators (owned 3 of them) but when it came time for a new one, Lincoln's refresh of the Navigator was a joke. We looked at the new 2015/16s for GMC Yukon Denali, Escalade, Audi Q7, and the Range Rover Sport.

All of these SUV's are very capable vehicles but the buying experience and the RR Sport capabilities pushed us to a totally new brand:) In working with a dealership, you really need someone willing to go the extra mile to earn your business. For example, I couldn't even get a residual value or money factor from the AutoNation GMC folks (after numerous request from their Internet Sales Manager Jason M) so that killed the deal. Audi Q7 was in need of a serious refresh and we didn't want to wait till 2016 models next year so we moved on.

We then drove by the Range Rover dealership on Broadway just to take a look at what they had. Ended up meeting Gino (Sales Manager) who was honest, straight forward/no BS and really pulled us to test drive the RR Sport. We came back the following week and was introduced to Jordan S. Very knowledgable and nice guy who really helped the wife understand the car and how it would make her life easier vs. just talking technology without applying it to a women needs. The car has so much tech it can be intimidating for most but he really helped her understand how it all works together in a simple fashion.

When it came time to doing the numbers, the GSM (Jin J) was super helpful in doing a complete bottoms up review of all the figures and produced a best and final that made sense for me. No last minute changes in residual value, money factors, or other tricks. Overall amazing buying experience that is so rare in the business. Great job and looking forward to continued business. Doug

BUY YOUR NEXT LAND ROVER HERE! We started our purchase from Japan weeks in advance (moving to east coast) and flew to Denver, CO just to work with (Kuni Automotive) Land Rover Denver. Jamie Bledsoe (Sales), Dan Moore (Sales Manager), Omer Maher (Finance Mgr), Jin Jang (GSM) were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and PERFECTLY SYNCHRONIZED - Jamie picked us up at the int'll airport (we had A LOT of gear/bags/child seats) and transported us to LR where we had the perfect LR Experience. Receptionist Mel was very rude and has no idea what she is talking about. Sales staff were confused and not on the same page. We called before coming to confirm the vehicle was available to test drive. After it was confirmed, we drove across town to get there only to find that the vehicle was not there and the person on the phone -MEL lied. Mel does not need to be answering phones if she cant be nice and tell the truth to your future customers! We'll be going somewhere else. All of the worst parts of a dealer experience.

Ryan Armstrong was so patient with us as we texted, called him many times, days before the week we actually purchased. He answered all our questions promptly, and made it happen. He was very flexible with us on the timing of our visit to pick up my Land Rover Evoque. He went out of his way to make the purchase happening, since it was the last car in the parking lot!!! Everyone we have met or dealt with has been wonderful and so friendly. Ryan was great in the orientation to the vehicle and set up my phone. He was careful not to overwhelm us with EVERYTHING and gave us enough information to be able to drive safely and enjoy some of the basic features for us. Omer, in the business office was also very nice to deal with and patient with us as we asked more questions! We would HIGHLY recommend Land Rover to anyone thinking of a new car AND would recommend Ryan Armstrong as their advisor!
