I am so disappointed in this dealership. I have be...

I am so disappointed in this dealership. I have been a customer of Hollman automotive for awhile now but never saw such a poor example of customer service as this place offers. My car has had electronic issues since I leased it. It has never been fixed correctly. They recently had my car for a few days (10 days) and I pick it up with the same issues. My car shut off on a very busy street and had to be towed to Land Rover Denver. The General Manager ignores my specific questions about my concerns and remedies and only brushes over my options to get rid of the lease early. Not even an apology for my inconvenience. That said, the service department tries but I think they a re very restrained by bad management. I am eating the balance of the lease and I bought a Mercedes. It is important for me to have a reliable car. Please think before adding a Land Rover. Ugh.....

I do not recommend Land Rover Denver. I got a new Range Rover Sport in December 2019 at this location. This vehicle had a gear shift default problem at only 4K miles, and I had to have it towed from my driveway to the nearest service location in Colorado Springs. New vehicles should not have technical malfunctions-and if they do, it should be addressed immediately. No one contacted me to alert me that my vehicle had arrived at the CS service center. I called and was told it "will be 2-3 days before we can even evaluate your vehicle." I contacted the Denver Sales Manager, Robb Ashby, regarding my problems with this new vehicle and left a voicemail. No return phone call. My husband contacted Shannon, the Denver Sales person we dealt with at the time or purchase. No return phone call or email. Crickets. I then contacted the Service Manager in Denver, who was sorry to hear about these problems and advised that I contacted Land Rover Corporate to file a complaint. I contacted Corporate twice yesterday, held for 10 minutes each time, and was sent to a voice mailbox which alerted me, "this voice mailbox is full and is not accepting any messages, goodbye." I'm not sure how Land Rover Corporate has a full voice mailbox with no one answering phones but suspect this has something to do with the 1500 corporate layoffs that happened recently. Currently, I am out of a vehicle for an unknown amount of time with no loaner having been mentioned, much less offered. The vehicle malfunction, lack of response, and corporate negligence has been unacceptable, and the amount of time I've spent addressing the issue has been frustrating. Had I known this would be my situation, I would never have purchased any vehicle from Land Rover Denver. I'm stuck with it for now, but I'll be dropping it off in the parking lot at Denver Land Rover when the lease is up-and then I'll head over to Tesla.

Always great service and friendly. They clean the vehicle inside and out after each service. The loaner vehicle is a great benefit making time at the dealership shortened. But if you do have to wait the waiting room is nice with free drinks and snacks.

They are the best! Great communication, and don't try to add unneeded servicing. You always get a full documented report of you multipoint inspection. And now you also get a video of your servicing with a full commentary with the service professional! Both, not available at all dealerships. Simply said, Outstanding Customer Service!

Best experience in car buying we've ever had. Staff was super friendly and very informative about there products. Most certainly a no pressure, relaxing atmosphere when it came to making a purchase of this magnitude. Best part was the price, best bang for our buck. I would highly recommend this dealership, the professionalism of the staff and the Land Rover product.

I wanted to write a quick thank you to the folks at Land Rover Denver, specifically, the sales manager, Robb Ashby.

The transaction started off rough - He made me aware of structural damage on my Cadillac that I was trading in and worked with me through the hassles of getting the out-of-state dealership I'd purchased the car from to write me a check, so I wouldn't have to roll over a significant amount of negative equity. This was no easy task and I am so grateful to Robb for taking the time out to assist with this and for his patience. He certainly went above and beyond for us at an especially trying time. This was an emotional and time-consuming process and he did everything he could to assist myself and my man - we are both SOOO appreciative of the effort he put forth.

Yenas and Mark coordinated for Yenas to come out to my job a week later to run through all the features with me, so I could get the most out of my Land Rover experience as well. I appreciate the follow up and the thoughtfulness of the team at Land Rover Denver!

I was able to leave the lot with a beautiful new 2020 Evoque, due to Robb's dedication to getting us a good deal. Land Rover Denver will be seeing me again in a few short years when it's time for the upgrade, due largely to Robb and his kind heart. Thanks a bunch!

I have never written a review on a car maintenance...

I have never written a review on a car maintenance experience before until today because it was just THAT good! My car needed to stay for a few days so I was provided with a great loaner which was very much appreciated as I have a very active 1.5 head old. Additionally I was BLOWN away when my inspector Sam Goodell sent me a video of the inspection of my car. In my 15 years of being a car owner I have never received a video of my car inspection and it was an incredible level of service and customer care that will make me a returning customer. This level of transparency instills a lot of confidence in the consumer. My service advisor was Brian Torphy and my service inspector was Sam Goodell. Ask for them the next time you bring your car in for service at Land Rover Denver. Best service experience I have ever had. Thank you very much

I've tried to give them my business twice. The first time i was looking for a new Discovery for my wife. The sales guy never called back with the lease offers or the inventory check. CO Springs called me back in less than 30. Disco was a bit too small, so I bought an LR4 instead. The second time i tried to put a deposit on a new Defender. Sales guy said he'd call back. Never called. Springs dealer gets the Defender sale and my LR2, LR4, and Jaguar service business. Disappointing really, since it's much easier for me to get to this location.

The team at Land Rover Denver were great to work with and helped us find the right car after months of shopping (...and dealing with other dealerships stuck on slimy, pushy dishonest sales tactics). Our sales guides Ryan Griep and Jerry Schefflin were especially helpful and honest with us throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. We love our certified preowned vehicle and will most definitely be going back to Land Rover Denver for our next car purchase. Our only complaint about LRD would be the higher than average dealer handling fee added to every purchase, but when we considered the certified power train warranty that is included on the used vehicles they sell regardless of the make, I think the benefit outweighs the cost.

To our surprise, we even received a power train coverage and all pricing was upfront and didn't change in Ryan's office. He gave us excellent information, assessed our desires and made our 200 mile trip to the dealership totally worth the effort. We drove home in our new Sport and we love it! CJ was outstanding. The entire staff at Land Rover Denver was phenomenal to work with. There was no pressure from anyone. Ryan, our salesperson, answered all of our questions thoroughly and he was the easiest person to work with that I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. If I was buying another vehicle he would be who I want to work with without a doubt. Yenas, their Encore Specialist, came to our house and walked us through ever aspect and feature of the vehicle. He was great to work with and willing to answer any and every question. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, I would recommend Land Rover Denver to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I love, love, love my LR2. I planned to buy a Honda CRV on December 30th, but the one I wanted had been "traded to another dealership." I test drove another and just didn't care for the interior finishes. My sister had just purchased an LR2 the week before from Richard Mall at Land Rover Denver and she suggested we stop by. We did, I drove, I purchased! It's gorgeous, comfortable, and down right luxurious. Richard was fantastic and treated both of us well during our car buying experiences. They told me not to come in because they don't want to do business with me. They asked me what kind of house i live in and if i fit their profile of "Land Rover Owners" and tons of other things..... My Recommendation... Don't ever go here... Go ANYWHERE ELSE POSSIBLE! Go down to the BMW store or the Mercedes store down the street they will serve you much better.... Yes i ended up buying the range ... No i did not ship it to china...Never again Land Rover...Never again...

Was looking forward to buy a used car from this place as my friend was planning to buy Land Rover but the salesman dealing with my friend was in too much rush and wanted to just make a sale even though my friend wanted some time to think through. He made him wait for few hours , just wasting time and mine too as I was there with my friend. The salesman was too pushy.
If salesman gets too pushy then it is a clear that he is looking for his commission . There are other good places with nice sales person I will try other place.

Came in on a Monday to buy a car that we saw on their website. Decided to buy but it needed a few things replaced so they couldn't sell it yet. Called every day and it still wasn't "ready". We agreed to come in to complete the purchase on Saturday morning since it would be finished then. Our sales guy calls us at 6:20 pm on Friday night that another sales person sold the car out from under us. Terrible business, this is not Walmart on Black Friday. The manager, Sam, was incredibly unprofessional and cold.

Great Cars until you have to deal with the service department. I took my Range Rover in for an oil change and tire rotation and they had our car for 4 days. The said it would take 1 day and gave us a loaner car, but they did not complete the work for 4 days. Today, the AC in our brand new Range Rover was not working, so I called to set an appointment, but it was 2 weeks out and they would need it for 3 days. I"m baking to death in my $100K car while wishing I had my 1992 Honda Civic from college because at least I wouldn't be sweating my b*lls off in this POS. I've owned many luxury cars and this is the worst service I've ever had. This dealership will be forgotten forever.

I love my new Range Rover Evoque! Ryan, my salesperson, and Michael in financing worked hard to make sure I got the best deal for my price range. Everyone was courteous and professional. Ryan took the time to explain all of the nuances of my vehicle before I left the lot and Michael moved through the final paperwork quickly and efficiently. This was a big purchase for me, I researched many vehicles in my price range and decided the Evoque would best fit my lifestyle, personality, and budget. I am confident I did get the most bang for my buck and a warranty to back it. Would recommend to anyone!

Had our follow up today with Land Rover today and our Encore Specialist, Yenas. Another great experience provided by Land Rover. Yenas was extremely knowledgeable and went over in great detail every aspect of our new Evoque. The time Yenas spent with us was completely worth every moment, we learned some many additional things about features our car has to offer, a car we were already completely impressed with. Yenas even went above and beyond to program several additional items on our car as well as getting our phones set up. Again another amazing experience provided by Land Rover. This is hands done a quality vehicle and a top notch dealership.

Service department is by far the worse I ve ever seen, honestly. They have no follow through. I ve owned 3 Range Rovers and about to order a 4th. Every brake job they ve done, I ve had to come back a minimum of 3 times to get it fixed. When I call and leave a message, no one returns my call. Larry, the service manager doesn t return calls. I left a voicemail about a rear brake problem I ve been having for over a month now, and no call. I was at the branch today and was looking to speak to someone. One person said hello, the other person was turning in a computer, didn t acknowledge me at all and I stood there for 5 minutes in the middle of the service area. No help..Range Rovers are great vehicles, but it s tough to have them when your local dealership is this bad. There is another dealership that s 30mins away,

Vehicles had to get motor timing sensor replaced so pulled motor to put new drive chain and sensor at 55k miles and charged me $150.00 for the oil change. The work was under warranty (Thank God) but said the oil change was a mtce issue and not covered by warranty....really? LR should be embarrassed that at 55k miles a 2017 vehicle needs to have $4500 worth of work done to it and had the nerve to charge the client for the oil change.....need to dump this lemon! Front grill keeps coming off, molding keeps popping off.....not impressed with a high-end vehicle but very low quality! Buyer beware, LR s are Money pits! Had the vehicle one year and Has been in the shop every 3 months with an issue. They do have a really nice waiting lounge though! Service folks are great! No issue with that and gave them a low rating more because of the vehicle and warranty coverage.

Took my car to be diagnosed. Didn t have part. Was never told part arrived. Made an appointment. When I arrived and pulled in, it took about 15 mins before anyone approached me. Loaner car, not clean. A week later I picked my car up and it was not fixed. Contact my service advisor, no loaners.... and this is where I sit! No response as to a possible date.

Clay and Jamie did a great job of taking care of me as the customer. They sold me a car I feel great about. Knowing that the local independent Land Rover repair facilities recommended the dealership to buy a Land Rover, and that they highly recommended Land Rover Denver's service department, gave me the added sense of security with this pre-owned purchase. Also, as a former service manager, Clay personally attended to my car's cleaning and service preparation for me to take it home. The Land Rover experience is truly unique and special.

The experience I had from start to finish was fun, professional, and enjoyable. Yenas was the first employee to approach me, and he was very presentable and friendly. He answered all of my questions, and was very patient. All of the individuals I encountered went out of their way to be helpful, (Ryan and Harrison included). Thanks for the great experience! Horrible!! My husband had the perfect response to how we were treated, "We were Pretty Women'd!" Apparently we did not look the part of how someone should look to drive one of their vehicles. We were casually dressed and thus we must not be able to afford a Range Rover...When it came down to looking at the financial part of the process, they came to us with an offer that wasn't even real. First, they never even checked our credit and then came to us with an extremely low value on my jeep trade in. We know a jeep retains a lot of its value and they actually wanted us to pay them to take the car!! I really liked Range Rovers and now I know what stands behind their product and it is nothing that I ever want to be apart of!

The dealership allowed me time to make a decision I did not feel pressured or coerced into something I did not want. After learning about how pricey the repairs would be on my car they provided a loaner and allowed me to find the time and space I needed to make the decision to purchase a new car. It was my decision and mine alone best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks.

Any dealer can make the sale, but it is refreshing to work with a dealer who will take care of you after the deal is closed. We had a couple minor mechanical issues with a used car purchased from Land Rover Denver, and Dillon and the service team worked tirelessly to make it right. We would absolutely buy from them again.

2 1/2 years ago I tried this dealership intending to purchase and was treated poorly - they literally asked me when my boyfriend or husband was arriving so they could actually talk details and pricing lol so I left and went with Schomp BMX for an X5. Excited to try a different brand now, I tried this location again this week and it was the same thing! Im honestly shocked... I guess they don t think females can buy Land Rovers on their own, truly not sure.

The service I received was timely, courteous and most importantly, convenient. When I dropped off before work, the loaner was ready, paperwork only took minutes, no long wait and I was off to work on time. Pickup was just as convenient and timely. Will was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and communicated along the way. Gave me options that were convenient for me when it came to pick up. Really impressed with the service here. My only complaint: it s impossible to reach anyone in the service department by phone. I called, left voicemails for multiple staff, including the service manager, and did not receive a single call back.

They were so nice there. The waiting room was beautiful. They paid for a lyft because they found a leak in my water pump while they were changing my brakes. This guy was on hold for 45 minutes and got my warranty to pay for the water pump which would have broke me for two weeks if I had to cover it. Idk what would of happened if they didn't see the leak. Thank you guys! I definitely recommend land rover!!!! It took only about 2 hours for them to replace the brakes rotors struts and water pump on a 2018 rover. I appreciate your guys hospitality. I just moved here and I love it!
