I traded my old Ram 1500 in on a new Ram 1500 and never doubted in coming back to Lake Norman. Mark Mosayebi and Tracy Sherrill both worked with me on this purchase and both were a pleasure to work with. Both answered all my questions and let me take my time in picking out the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Also enjoyed meeting with Cory James in finance who was straight forward and worked with me to finalize the purchase to my satisfaction. All in all the staff out there are very good to work with and friendly. I am sure for next auto purchase I will return for the 6th time!

We went in 3 times to test drive the Jeep Cherokee. We looked at the Highlander, Santa Fe & Pilot. We loved the Jeep and Tracy was the best salesperson to deal with out of all the different dealers. He was very knowledgeable in the Jeep and worked with us on what we wanted in the Jeep. Tracy was professional and not pushy. It was the best experience we've had buying a car. We would buy a car from Tracy again. We also like that they do the tires and oil changes for life.

Great Jeep dealer, very fair on trade-ins and straight forward on used Jeeps as well. Ask for David Considine, he knows Jeeps inside and out and is a straight shooter. Did a fantastic job helping my daughter and I pick a used Jeep to replace her Nissan Sentra which was totaled. He was very patient answering all her questions, showing her how all the different widgets worked, and showing her how to lower and raise the soft top.

This was our fourth purchase from this dealer and we will definitely be back again when I'm ready for my Jeep Gladiator.

Well this car has dropped in value over 12000-14000 was never told this car was rated as a rental car value , I will never or buy another Chrysler product or go Lake Norman JEEP ! also service deptment is terrible you can't even get a oil change.

This was the only dealership I could find that had the exact vehicle for which I had been searching. I did the deal over the phone and made the 5-hour trip the next day to pick up the vehicle (I did not have a trade and incredibly managed to find a ride). I was really nervous about dealing over the phone & riding that far only to be dropped off in the dealership parking lot (what if something was wrong?), but everything was exactly as Mark had promised and there were no surprises awaiting me (the vehicle was perfect and as described, there were no unexpected price add-ons, etc). Mark answered all my questions and stayed in frequent contact. Highly recommend Mark, Cory, Lake Norman dealership, and 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk! Couldn't be happier!

Our family was driving home to pa from sc, when we started having trouble with our Ram truck. We called a couple of dealerships who couldn t get us in its noon on a Saturday. Frankly, I was scared. I called Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and talked to Gary Smith. Immediately he put me at ease, said they would look at it and get us back on the road provided they had the parts. We had the car towed, and in minutes Gary had us a courtesy vehicle so we could go hang out somewhere while they looked at our truck. Within 15 minutes, they had figured out the problem (our floor mats were inadvertently pressing on the gas pedal causing it to idle wildly ). Not only did they not make us feel silly, but they went ahead and took care of some recall items. I just can t say enough wonderful things about Gary and Chris(technician). If you live in this area, or find yourself in need of service don t bother with anyone else just go here!!!!

Had problem with overboost issue, multiple service centers could not find the solution. Lake Norman quickly identified and replaced the loose vaccume hose before it needed to go into the service station.

I felt very welcomed before I even came in for car service today. I called in on Tuesday(7/21) to the parts and service department. I m not sure of whom I spoke with but I told her exactly what I needed, she even informed me of recalls on my car. She told me I would be taken care of when I came in and if I needed anything before my service date not to hesitate to call. I came in on Friday to the express service department, the customer service rep by the name of Haleigh is the perfect example of what customer service is. I felt like I had been knowing her for years. Haleigh was very helpful. She made sure all of my needs were met. Her personality just brightens up your day. Don t get me wrong the other staff members were very nice as well, but Haleigh is the top of the line. Lake Norman CDJR, keep Haleigh around, I see her going far in this company

Tim Lewis gave me and my wife a great sales experience today. After researching and knowing what we wanted we found a great deal online for one of the Trucks on the lot for an unbeatable price. We did run into a bad battery upon arrival but the dealership jumped right on it to address the issue. The entire process of purchasing my vehicle was comfortable, non-pressured, and efficient. I did not feel like my time was being wasted as I have at other dealership.

Do not buy a car or truck from these people! I purchased a new Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab in 2014 under their "free tires for life" and "free oil changes for life" promo. After the first year they said I had to pay extra for synthetic oil, because that was what Dodge recommended. I payed the additional cost because I thought I had to, even though I supposedly had "free oil changes for life". They replaced my first set of tires around 40,000 miles, at which point they said I was putting excessive miles on the truck and that there might be issues if I continued with that kind of mileage. I didn't think mileage even mattered! Recently I called to get the next set of tires at around 70,000 miles, at which point they said they had discontinued the program - "free tires for life" and that they would have to speak with a manager to get it approved. A service manager called and said after reviewing the claim, they was going to have to decline the claim because I had driven to far between oil changes. I only get the oil changed when the truck gets down to 5% on the warning system, they said that didn't matter. I said the oil doesn't have anything to do with the tires, again, that doesn't matter. If I were you I would just choose a company that doesn't employ little sales tactics that "sound too good to be true!" The manager finally quit returning all my calls, so the customer service is terrible!

I have never felt so ripped off. Today I had my RAM 3500 in for a oil change. That service cost me $178 and I supplied ALL of the oil and filters for the service. I was charged $99 just to change my fuel filter which I have done many times myself and it takes 5 min or less. Lake Norman is grossly over priced and prey on the unknowing customer when it comes to their service department. Unless you are having warranty work done take your car some where else!!

We just bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited and LOVE it!! Nathan York was our salesperson and he was absolutely wonderful!! This has been the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. From the time we walked into Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep, we were greeted in a friendly manner and Nathan was helpful throughout the entire process. We will definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. Excellent service. Tom Robinson answered all our questions and was very polite and professional. Nate worked for us and matched Wilkesboro's price and Tim Carlson was very helpful with transfering payment plans over. Everybody was on their game and we left the dealer spending less than we had anticipated. These guys want your business and they'll work for it.

This place is a joke. I brought my car in to have a recall for airbags done and also wanted to have my car detiled and headliner cleaned and my leaking sunroof fixed. They gave me a pricefor the sunroof and detail, I went ahead with work for both. They went ahead and detailed the car first and was going to park it under shelter till the leaking sunroof could be done the following monday. Well surprise surprise...monday they called to say what they charged me for the sunroof wasn't indeed the fix. They would try something with a water sealant and only charge me MORE money ($150) if it worked. Well it didnt work and niw they said the only solution now would be a whole new sunroof. And this was like 800 or 900 more now from original price. Also....they couldn't get it in for over a month. So i paid to have my care headliner cleaned and they were giving me it back leaking and i was charged the original amount that DID NOT FIX IT. So go forward now to the day the sunroof finally came in. I think a month and a half later! I had asked for a loaner car like i had the first time, but they said i couldn't have one because it was "too quick of a job" but i could use their shuttle service. I wasn't thrilled about this after all their huge errors on their part you would think they would want to take care of the customer. NOPE not the case. So i arrived for my scheduled appt. With Jordan who was on the phone, so another person took my keys and got me going i asked about shuttle and they said it would be a few minutes. I went and sat in the waiting area the person that took my keys came and told me about 15 minutes later the shuttle driver should be back soon. I waited nearly a hour and wnt to find Jordan who again was on the phone still. He called the shuttle driver and they told me ....oh sorry he forgot he would be back in 20 more minutes. So I asked Jordan how much longer my car would be...he said he would check ?!?! I'm still sitting here 35 mins later...still no shuttle and no update on my car. I've been here over an hour and a half so far.....this is terrible customer service with all their screw ups. I wish i could give zero stars. Terrible terrible. They lost our business no more dodge cars. I don't wanna deal with them ever again. Looking at all the other reviews , it looks like they have major issues in the service department .

Update: , so now is it turns out my sunroof is leaking worse than it ever was in the first place now that it's so called fixed. I have to deal with this place again and I'm not looking forward to it. Staining my headliner and places it was never stained before water leaking on my backseats. , What a joke

The only person who was decently nice to us was Jenna the sales rep but still the customer service had to of been trained by some Mediocre clown college. We live over an hour away and they wouldn t let us put a deposit down to hold a vehicle because RAM trucks are in such high demand. Our bank sent over multiple documents for them to hold the vehicle because we couldn t get back until the end of the week. Sold vehicle out from under us. RUDE PEOPLE. The only thing they had to say was I don t know what else to say.

I am in my 50's , this was my first newer vehicle purchase, the staff at Lake Norman Jeep were amazing to work with , I am completely thrilled with my purchase, my only issue is that the finance people did not thoroughly explain how the money for a warranty that is good for 2 years , and then have to pay the same payment for the rest of the loan , I would have liked to have the option to make a higher payment for the 2 years and when the warranty ran out my payments would drop to where they were before the money for the warranty was added.

We started looking last Friday for a van and your salesman, Mark Mosayebi, went way beyond what we expect in a salesman. Because I am a picky person and could not make my mind up he never was impatient with us. He was willing to find what we were looking for. Unfortunately we had to cut our visit short Friday but made an appt today with him to come back and show us the vans again And found the one that fit us at another lot that they have and all with a smile. This is our fourth automobile we have bought at Lake Norman and will continue to buy them but by far this,was the best experience.

I have had a terrible experience with Lake Norman! When I walked into this place I had no idea what I was in for. I spent my day off work thinking I could walk in to the dealership and buy the truck that they had online for a competitive price but that price was a lie. I was planning on paying that price for the truck if everything was fine when I test drove the vehicle. After the test drive they took me into their office and I sat there for 5 hours for them to tell me what they could have said in 15 minutes. They also have $1000 hidden dealer fees (which means they are literally charging you again for doing their job) that they don t tell you till you go to the finance department. If you are so bold to make it into that department you ve managed to endure hours of waiting. To top off this experience as soon as I drove off the lot the LED taillight, that you have to literally buy a new light housing to fix, was burnt out. I went up to lake Norman to set an appointment to get it fixed. I asked if I could get it transferred to their sister store in Gastonia and they said that it would be fine. I spent another day off work, sitting in a dealership for 2 hours to get my light fixed all for them to tell me that they aren t paying for it and they need $400 for a stupid light. I respectfully declined the service because of the ridiculous price. They are trying to get as much money as possible from you and they use tactics like wasting your time to wear you down so you pay the money just to make the pain go away.

At 51 years old, I have bought many new and used vehicles in my life. My purchase of a 2018 Ram 1500 at Lake Norman CDJR was by far the easiest and least stressful! Willie Brown knows his stuff, was not pushy AT ALL, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I would highly recommend him and the entire Lake Norman CDJR team for your next vehicle purchase!

Shady salesman didn t bother to inform me that a car was already sold. I drove one hour to find out the vehicle wasn t available. Don t waste people s time. He just wanted to get me to the lot no matter what. Sorry I m not falling for that trick. Let s be considerate people!!!

Hi I am leaving this review to help others out in search of buying a used or new vehicle I first went to the dealership in Statesville Nc and explains that in order to work a deal it would have to be done a certain way which was the advice I had gotten from another dealership when I arrived I was greeted by a sales man that I had spoken to he knew of the arrangement and told me he'd have me out in my new vehicle in little over an hour for the whole deal to my surprise that's not what happend needless to say that's how I ended up at lk Norman Chrysler jeep and dodge randy created me in a very friendly manner but professional he let me tell him what I was looking for and what I needed he asked all the right questions I explained the way the deal had to go and he said he deals with theese kinds of deals every day I picked out my vehicle and everything I needed to have on it from there I went to a few other dealerships to make sure that this was the right place for me to buy the vehicle o had picked out and it was 100 all the way the deal took 3day to complete and they had my car all ready for pickup it was a great experience for me no pressure no haggle best place to buy a car the Chrysler family is the best thank you and I love my 2017 Dodge Journey crossroad will definitely be doing all my business here from now on

Professional, courteous, kind and thoughtful of his customers. He answered all my questions and concerns. From our first phone communication until he walked me to my Jeep and asked if he could plug my phone up, helped me put my bag in the back, even asked if we needed cold water to go! Never have we been so impressed when buying a vehicle!! Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good honest customer service! We were interested in buying a RAM and even got a loan to buy one but the dealership sold it out from under us after being sent multiple documents to hold the vehicle until we could get back down there. I'm so disappointed in the southern hospitality this place had to offer with the comments like " I don't know what else to say " or " we won't take any down payments to hold your vehicle. " Please save your time and go somewhere else. We regretted our decision going here.

I needed to buy a truck with certain features. I had let the salesman Jeff know in advance what I was looking for. He was able to show me the ones I had picked out, as well as compare them to other type vehicles he has on the lot. He was able to show me pros and cons of each. I found him very honest as well as straight forward. As a woman purchasing a vehicle, I was very comfortable with working with Jeff and felt he was trust worthy. I drove a good distance to go to this dealership because of their reputation, as well as the reputation of the salesman Jeff. I visited Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for the first time in January 2014. I was in the process of evaluating four small SUV models (CRV, RAV4, Forester and Cherokee). I had just driven the CRV and the Jeep was my next test. I was very impressed with the appearance of the dealer showroom and the service waiting area. When I entered I was greeted by Willie Brown, and my experience just got better after spending some time with him. We walked the lot to look at colors and options from a large inventory of Cherokees. He let me drive a 4 cylinder Cherokee Latitude and he clearly described its options and capabilities as we drove. No pressure to buy, just great personal customer service during my visit. The 4 cylinder had a lot of pep and I was impressed. I told Willie that I was headed to test drive a RAV4 and Subaru and would let him know my final decision.
After driving all four, the Cherokee definitely had a better road feel, lower road noise and the interior finish was much nicer. Needless to say the new design of the Cherokee does not look like the other 25 small SUV's on the road which all seem to look the same to me. I called Willie about a week later and made an appointment to bring my wife by to see and drive the Cherokee. The temperature was 15 degrees when we arrived and Willie had two Cherokee's warming up. We first drove the 4 cylinder Latitude and my wife was impressed. I had told Willie that I wanted the Limited trim level, so we sat in the second "warm" Cherokee Limited to review the trim finish and the upgraded options. Willie spent at least 20 to 25 minutes going over the options, especially the uConnect communications system. We were about to get out of the Jeep when he asked if I wanted to drive the Jeep with its 6 cylinder engine. I did and after about a 2 mile drive, I said I wanted the 6 cylinder! The 4 cylinder performed well, but the 6 cylinder made a great impression on us and we drive in the NC mountains a lot.
I had a TrueCar price certificate with me which the dealership bettered by several dollars with no haggling. I ordered a Cherokee with the colors and options we wanted. Our buying experience was terrific and would recommend Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone interested in purchasing a Chrysler Jeep vehicle. Be sure to ask for Willie Brown! I will update this when we get our new Jeep.

Quite possibly the best car deal transaction I've ever completed. Tim Lewis did a tremendous job working through the numbers and they got me in and out in about an hour (after having done most of the negotiation via email/text/phone). HIGHLY recommend and I will certainly share my experience with friends and family. This is the way buying a car should be!

I can't recommend Lake Norman Chrysler enough! I was hearing a knocking from my front right wheel after having my brakes serviced at Hendricks. I came in on a Friday night because I noticed after work that one of my brake caliper bolts had completely backed out. The service department was willing to take a look at the car and one of the techs luckily enough had a spare caliper bolt. I want to give a huge thanks to the technicians that worked on my car. I didn't get their names but they went above and beyond and checked the other brake calipers for loose bolts. Very nice folks to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to come back again. Thanks!!

Bob Berg was very pleasant. Sean the finance man was a hoot and lots of fun to work with. My purchase was a 2012 RAM 1500 and it went off with out a hitch. Extremely patient and easy going. I came in ready to hit them over the head and as it turned out they have given all I asked for and more. I am heading back in to see about some small fixes I noticed today and will rate and update again after it is all said and done.

Amazing, I did it all over the phone and internet except to pick it up. No issues with doing a trade over the phone either, they gave me top dollar.

Horrible service department. They look for every way possible to get out of the Tires for Life and Advantage program. Watch the sneaky clauses and stay away from the rude service manager! I call it " LAKE NORMAN DISADVANTAGE"!!

Brian was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions that we had. Brian really knows the products available and explained the details in clear, concise language. I was very impressed when he printed out the details about a different vehicle that we were looking at from a different dealer. He sat with us to make the comparisons and was extremely patient when we asked him if we could look at the car again. It was being detailed and without question he stopped the process so we could take our final look.

Very Very insulted at the POOR trade in price offer for my Jeep Grand Cherokee - KBB has it at 20K and they would only go to 16K - said it was mileage which is little below the average for the age ... said payments I wanted would be no problem way different story after I drove hour and have to get there -- DONT advertise discounts that less than 1% of people will qualify for its VERY miss leading --after buying 2 vehicles there its time to find a different dealer !!!

I just recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Rubicon. I knew upfront what I wanted and had several dealerships in the area to select from... I decided to purchase my vehicle through Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge not only because it is conveniently located but the service was ultimately the deciding factor. The standard ordering time is 6-8 weeks; my new Jeep arrived in only 5. The gentleman I worked with, Mark Mosayebi, is assertive at attaining business, yet also attentive to individual needs. Knowing I was serious about my decision, he placed the order prior to meeting me at the dealership or receiving a deposit. Additionally, the day my Jeep arrived on the lot was Mark's day off, yet he was up there for another appointment and worked additional hours while waiting for the vehicle I was purchasing to be detailed and my paperwork to be finalized. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership, Mark and all of their employees for a pleasant car buying experience.

My wife brought her jeep from Lake Norman Chrysler and she love it. The sales person was Willie and he went above and beyond to make sure my wife got everything she wanted in the jeep.

This has to be the the worst dealership in the nation. They have the bait and switch scam down. They added 6,000 to the price of the truck from what was listed on the internet. They say you have to qualify for every program to get the internet price. I said show me how to get that price and they could not even get it down. They stumbled and got frustrated. I am a disabled veteran at 100% they said that doesn't count for military.

Nearly 2 hour wait for their express lube. No thanks.

On Friday, May 17, 2019 @ approximately 510 pm my wife, my sister-in-law, my niece and myself were on the way to Myrtle Beach traveling south on Interstate 77 just north of Charlotte. The traffic was extremely congested when our Chrysler Pacifica van stalled in the middle left lane of 4 lanes gong south. It would not restart and would not come out of park. My wife and my sister-in-law, who both have COPD and are on oxygen panicked. When the tow truck arrived we asked that the vehicle be taken to the nearest Chrysler dealership, fortunately that was Lake Norman Chrysler. When we arrived, I went into the service department introduced myself to the service advisor, Chris Gorczynski, and explained my situation, including my wife s and her sister s medical condition. Chris went out of his way to make them feel comfortable and to reassure them the vehicle would be repaired as quickly as possible. Chris loaned us a courtesy vehicle for the night and suggested a nearby hotel for the night. Chris told me the service department was fully booked for Saturday and it might be Monday before the vehicle could be checked. When I returned the courtesy car on Saturday morning our van was on the rack and after a few hours we were able to continue our trip to Myrtle Beach. My deepest thanks go out to Lake Norman Chrysler and especially to Chris for the way our situation was handled.

Again, we have had a wonderful experience at Lake Norman Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep. We have been dealing with this dealership since 2007 with the purchase of a Dodge Ram, a Dodge Charger then a Dodge Challenger. In 2007, the staff went out of there way to put us in the Challenger we wanted, exact to the color which was the biggest task, but they didn't stop until they had it on the lot for us. Now, in 2013, as our family siuation has grown and "our kids" are growing, we stopped by and discussed our thoughts with Mr. Brewton, Ms Carrigan and without having to ask, Amanda Schinder stopped by the desk to say hello to us and then she also went to work for us finding the best solutiion for our request and thoughts. As much to our regret, we decided that the Challenger just was not practical for our family any longer and so with the help of those mentioned and I'm sure anyone else who works there would have stepped up as well, came up with a solution of trading the Challenger in (for top dollar) we must add, for a Dodge Journey for Leanne and I and a Jeep Liberty for our daughter Hannah who will be getting her license soon. believe me, I am a man of words and I tell it like it is and whenever I have a bad expereince at a business , I let the correct people know it. But to my delight, I am very happy to write this review becasue it tells others where the good ones are. I also have a business here in Cornelius and I advertise from the word of others and I believe that puts a sense of companionship with every deal. And for "Service after the Sale" well, just ask anyone who has pruchased a vehicle for LKN Chrysler and they will say the same. Service after the Sale is the same as if you just walked in to purchase a vehicle. Again, thanks Amanda and the entire team, it was a pleasure and we will be back soon for our son Noah's first car.

I have purchased over 10 cars in my life. Both new and used. I moved from NY to NC. By far this dealership was the most positive experience we have had buying a car. The salesman Ed Lucas took his time with us. He really bent over backwards to find us the right deal. The Finance Director Amanda and General Manager all went above and beyond for us. We had negative equity in our van. they all worked very hard to help us out of that and worked out a great deal. The added benefits this dealership offers too, like oil changes, tires for life, car washes for life, etc., and the added security of the Gap insurance, and other protections they offered really made us feel comfortable in our choice to get a car there. I rarely write reviews, but my wife and I can not say enough about everyone there! Everyone smiled and made you feel welcome. We did not leave with the car we originally wanted, but are very happy with what we drove off with. All because of the TEAM at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We even saw a saleman get McDonalds for a family who came and the kids were starving. Who does that? Great place! Go Yankees!

Can t say enough good things about this car/truck dealership. Bought Ram truck here in 2016; service and warranty work has been excellent. I enjoy the complimentary truck washes. Jordan and all service advisors have been extremely helpful. If I lived closer, I would apply for valet /driver job here.

Lake Norman Jeep is awesome! This is my 3rd consequetive Jeep from there. They are a top notch dealership from their spotless showroom to their knowledgeable and friendly staff. They put customer satisfaction first and it shows.

Had a great experience with Chris C in sales! He sent me a video of the car (not a stock video but one with his phone showing me everything in real time). I had a hour drive so I was glad to know I wasn t wasting my time. He was super knowledgeable and very helpful with all my questions. Great guy.

Additionaly financing was a breeze with Chris Motrynczuk! He got me in and out and on the road with no fuss. He knew all about the warranties and was very straightforward.

Everyone was polite and there was never a time that I felt pushed. I bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" 2016 Jeep Cherokee on 6/29.
On 7/2 when I tried to leave my home, the parking brake would not release. I received error messages saying "Stop/Start Not Available" and "Service Parking Brake". I was unable to move the car for several hours.
We brought it to the service dept Friday 7/3, who checked for codes and found nothing wrong.
It happened again that weekend with my husband, and we were not able to move the vehicle for several hours.
We brought it back again that Monday and they kept it for a few days. Called me to come pick it up, and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it, but they checked the brake system and made sure the battery was fully charged.
The error message came on AGAIN AS I LEFT THE PARKING LOT. Turned around and gave it back. I believe that was 7/9.
This time the service dept had it for ~ a week. I was told they replaced a brake module, and everything should be fine now when I came to pick it up.
Last week (7/22), 2 days after picking the car up and being told it was fixed, I got the same error message. I called and spoke to Brandon (service manager) and he told me to bring it back in. I have an appointment for Friday.

This is the 4th time in the month I've had the vehicle that I've had to bring this thing back to the dealership. This is beyond frustrating.

I have called the finance manager several times and left voicemails, but not received a response. I am approaching the end of the "30 Day Worry Free Guarantee" - and I am definitely worried. I have a car payment coming up for a vehicle I've barely been able to use and don't have any confidence it won't leave me stranded somewhere.

I have wasted a substantial amount of time and effort on something that was supposed to be "Certified".
Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Really enjoyed the personalized service we received at Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We had just came from having a bad experience at Hendrix Concord, and are glad we came to Lake Norman and met with Mark Mosayebi. Mark was straight forward and met our needs and expectations without so much of the sales games played at other dealerships. We are very satisfied with our deal on our new Red Big Horn and would certainly come back! We are also going to being it back to add some extra features at their maintenance department and they will be able to install all of the features on the same day! Wow. That is what I call great customer service.....
Also, the environment was nicer, as it had a more homy and relaxing feeling! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend you to give this dealership a try, and ask for Mark.
