We live down in Indian Trail and decided to make the trek up to the Huntersville/Lake Norman area to look at what Lake Norman CJD had to offer. We were already intrigued with the perks that they offer when you purchase a vehicle from them. We were looking for a Dodge Durango Citadel and they had the exact one we were looking for. Pricing was reasonable. Dealt mainly with Mark (internet sales) and Brian. Both very knowledgeable. The only negative was that we had to sit around for about an hour waiting to complete purchase/paperwork. Was a little disappointed by that but other than that, it was a great experience. I would definitely buy another car/truck from them.

Purchased a 2012 Wrangler Unlimited. Our sales person was Tony Williams. He was exceptional to deal with, we enjoyed the purchase with him very much and he himself definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
The overall 3 stars are for the exact same reason Jen was stating in the previous review. We also got the 15 computers story from the lady doing the paperwork. After declining the additional warranties, her level of friendliness went down significantly. Not a very professional attitude towards a customer who just spent tens of thousands of dollars with you.

David Farley and the Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram team were amazing. David made us feel right at home and didn t aggressively try sell us a vehicle. He was patient and we test drove several cars before making a decision. The paperwork process was seamless as well. We were in and out in about an hour. David has been available to answer questions about the vehicle after purchase. Highly recommend this dealership and David in particular!

Stephanie was AMAZING!! She knew her stuff and if she was unsure she was all over finding the answer. She was organized and helpful and in tune to our needs. I worked with Tracy Sherrill on purchasing a 2014 Dodge Durango. I was really impressed with how much Tracy knew about the car, and how well he explained the features of the car. Late on a Saturday evening, even after closing time, Tracy stayed to make sure our final questions were answered before we drove off. He definitely cares about making sure you understand the vehicle and can fully appreciate all of its features.

By far my favorite buying experience, we had the pleasure to work with David Farley. In the past I ve dealt with sales representatives that came off as really pushy and constantly pressuring us to commit which usually ended up in us walking away. We showed up with a specific model in mind and our main interest was to get a feel of the car to confirm our decision and ask a few questions about things we were unsure about. Having David with us felt great, we never felt pressured and David was always attentive to any questions or concerns that we had, he also took his time to explain the key features of the car in a geniunie matter that help seal the decision. The paperwork was a breeze as well. We worked with Tim who seemed to have the process down to an art and took his time to explain the documents if we had a question, It was such a natural buying experience and I highly recommend this dealer, Tim and David!.

I drove two hours with full intentions of purchasing a car that I had reached an agreed upon price over the phone on (saleswoman: Katie). After "talking numbers," Katie was unable to offer any lower than THREE THOUSAND above what she offered me over the phone. She used discounts/offers that I wasn't eligible for to justify her shady behavior. Purchasing a house was an easier task than working with this dealership. Save your time and try a different dealership.

I walked away and found a better deal at a different dealership (which Katie assured me wouldn't happen)

Scott was very detailed about the Jeep we were interested in and very knowledgeable of the vehicle or provided someone who was (taking the top and doors off). Scott worked with us to provide the deal that I was comfortable with and even gave in to my son, when he wanted a Jeep hat. Christine was unbelievable, She was so knowledgeable with finance and helped us with many questions that no other dealer representative ever did and then offered further assistance with selecting a warranty for the vehicle we bought and a vehicle that we already own and wanted continued coverage. Overall, this was by far the best experience that my Wife, Sandra and I have ever had with any purchase of a vehicle. I would and will recommend Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Ram to anyone that I hear of, that is interested in a new vehicle.

The communication within the lease department here is terrible. My husband and I will NEVER lease a vehicle again, or use this dealership. My husband leased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler in the summer of 2016 for three years and had problems from the start.

The Jeep was supposed to have tinted windows - it did not, and the dealer never followed through with their promise to tint the windows after. He was promised unlimited free oil changes for three years, but they cut that off after his sixth oil change and said the cap was six oil changes (which is not the same as unlimited free oil changes for three years). From the very beginning, he was planning to buy the Jeep when the lease was up and was told the monthly payment would be lower or at most equal to the monthly payment he had while leasing.

When his lease was almost finished, he went in to discuss his options for purchasing the Jeep and was told the monthly payment would actually go UP $80 per month. Not only that, but when they assessed the wear and tear on the vehicle just before he turned it in, he was told he would have to pay for new tires for $500. However, after turning in the Jeep, Chrysler also charged him an additional $395 for a "disposition fee" that was never discussed beforehand.

Each time, he dealt with different people who seemed to have a different answer than each person before them, all of them costing us more and more money. We are happily driving a Toyota Forerunner now that not only cost us less money but also far less headache. We will not make the mistake of leasing again!

Website is nice and the contact after filling out a credit app but then nothing. Several calls and voicemails left for the sales associate and not a single call returned.
I wanted to stick with Dodge, but this just makes me shop around.

Just purchased our second Jeep from Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep. Our salesman, Dean Corbitt, was great! Excellent customer service, and we felt valued as a repeat customer. Thanks also to the Sales Manager, Brian Cramer. It felt like seeing an old friend. Great experience and nice people to do business with!

Shady financing. He would not let me see my offers and when I pressed him on one of them (who I actually work for) he said he would recheck . And just like that I got a better rate because they updated it again . Know your offers before heading to this dealer. Also Oil change wait for express was two hours today!

Don't trust the 125 Point inspection.
Driving off the lot we had the following issues: scratched windshield (we're still waiting for a reply to the 3 emails I sent and the 2 service people and one supervisor we spoke to MONTHS ago), seats not working, there was no washer fluid in the van when we bought it, while a pain, we didn't think much of it and with all the rain, it wasn't an issue, so we recently added washer fluid only to find it won't hold the fluid and they won't cover the repair. Should we have checked it earlier? probably. Should they have tested it before the it left the lot? Absolutely.

WHAT 125 POINTS do they review? I actually did ask and asked for the report of what they reviewed, apparently they don't track that.

I can't even begin to say how completely disappointed I am with our experiences with this dealership. I am disheartened that they won't stand by their own inspection process and are completely ok with selling a van that doesn't work as it should.

While the Jay was great to work with, we ended up driving off the lot with issues (What did they check on the 125-point inspection?) and only one key fob.

They took the van back in and repaired it in a somewhat timely manner, but we still didn't have a second key. They charged us $100 for a key fob (with programming) that was missing the key part; it's another $20 for that.

I regret buying here and won't do business with this dealership again.

Had a great deal on a new limited Ram 1500, sales experience was awesome. Mark Mosayebi was phenomenal, not pushy, accommodating and tried to help to achieve my goals. Highly recommended.

Leasing my new Ram 1500 Rebel was easy from the start of the process. I did my research thru the internet and found my way to Mark Mosayebi. From the word go he was fast to respond and happy to answer my questions via email. Once I was ready to come in for a test drive, he made sure he was available along with a truck with all the options I was looking for. He walked me thru the info on the truck and the proposed deal, then took a step back to let me enjoy the test drive and review the deal. There was never any push, even though I left without a commitment, no games to get me to change my mind. He understood I wanted to think things over and just made sure I had his contact info when I was ready with a decision. After I let him know I wanted to move forward, everything was done on-line, making it very fast. The day I came in to pick up the truck it was perfectly detailed and waiting out front for me. I worked with Sean Anderson on the lease paperwork, he told me it would be done before my coffee was cold, and he was right. I have had credit card applications take longer! Amazing. I am very much enjoying my new Rebel, and look forward to being a Lake Norman CJDR customer again.

Recently bought a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited here with the help of Internet Manager Mark Mosayebi. A friend who had previously worked with Mark recommended him to me, and I'm glad he did. Mark was great throughout the process, and when we couldn't reach a deal with the original Jeep I wanted, he worked hard to find another, more affordable one that I would be happy with. He took all of my requests to finance manager Tim Carlson, and I was driving off the lot in my new Jeep before I knew it. I have to say I am beyond please with lake Norman Chrysler... my wife and I bought a 2016 jeep Cherokee in September of 2016 we ran into an issue with the brake booster 2 years later they were very quick to take care of us..this happen on sat the 31st of March from the time we had called to the time we got into of what was wrong with jeep they have stay on top of it.... Jordan called us right away to tell us ( they were very quick I can not stress this enough) had us on a loner car within 30 mins... I am a very VERY VERY big on ford this dealership has changed my whole outlook on dealerships ( not view on what to buy I still love my fords) but right down from buying to dealing with issues they have taking care of us... my wife and I will buy from here when we are ready to trade it in from this day forward (as long as they don't lose track as tobwhst got them there which is the customer we will buy from this day forward only from them )

Bought a jeep there go to get it serviced and everytime it takes 2 hours. They tell me everytime how many they service every month, if they know they have that kind of volume it looks like they would resolve the time issue. I will never buy from this dealership again. I way over paid for my Jeep as well as was shuffled and pushed around through the entire process.

Picked up the ball where Keefer Jeep dropped it with their customer service. Very good experience and once they realized I liked a faster and more efficient transaction...they really stepped it up to get me out of the door with a new lease as fast as possible.

My car buying experience started off very rocky at another dealership but as soon as I contacted Mark it was nothing but a pleasure from beginning to end. The Mrs and I with our two small kids were towing a pop up camper up I77 when my engine started thumping like one cylinder was not firing right. No MIL light to check I thought they should be able to diag the issue. First told me to unhook my camper to pull it in. No prob I can do that. Then changed their mind and said they could not help me, would not even open the hood. Said if we have any more problems to call Chrysler in Roanoke. "Really!!"
I finally found that no 3 plug was shorting intermittenedly. Thanks for nothing!

Worked with Mark Mosayebi to track down the perfect Jeep Wrangler Sahara. The color and specs I wanted never lasted on their lot long and when we found the right fit he worked hard to secure the car for me to make sure I got first dibs. He was great with communication -- very responsive, very knowledgable and kept me updated almost daily. Best part - the price was the price, no haggling but great when it came to helping me get the right deal. I would definitely recommend this location and especially Mark!

Do yourself a favor, go anywhere but here. Sales tried to cheat me, I caught it. Service department is horrible, they act like you are not a person, just a number. Its disgusting the way I am CURRENTLY being treated.

Absolutely worst dealership I've ever dealt with. They lie about the free tires and oil changes for life.

They refused to service my dart because I bought it from a different dealer even though it was under warranty. After I finally was able to get it in, they not only didn't fix the issue, they made it worst and refused to fix the problem again.

In addition I bought a wrangler from them (stupid me) and received the same experience. Noreen in the service department is arguably the rudest person I've ever dealt with.

Please learn from my mistakes and do not deal with these incompetent idiots.

My daughter went to this dealership after making contact with sales person "katie". She spoke to her several times about the different cars available and the prices. We drove one hour in the rain to buy the car for the price quoted. First we were left standing in the rain for ten minutes while Katie could not find the key. My daughter drove the car and loved it. I figured now we make the deal promised. To our dismay the price all of a sudden changes significantly. When I questioned it I was told that my daughter did not qualify for any of the discounts. Surely Katie could have told her that on the phone but that's not the goal here right??? We want the customer to come in and than settle and pay several thousand dollars more. The sales manager was rude too. Will never set another foot in that place. I hate to be lied to and deceived. To add insult to injury today my daughter received several texts and phone calls inviting her back with another great deal. Glad my daughter had more sense and bought somewhere else. Yikes, stay away.

Mark Mosayebi was exceptional. Upfront and honest from the beginning. Mark went out of his way to make the whole process painful and smooth! Highly recommend if you are looking for a new car.

Good selection of cars. The salesman was friendly and not pushy. The only problem is that the finance guy was really pushy trying to get us to add an Armor All warranty/treatment for $700. He tried to just shuffle it in the middle of a bunch of papers to sign without explaining it.

After having a long, frustrating and unproductive day at another Dodge dealership, my boyfriend and I called Lake Norman and were put in touch with Craig Shane. We ended up going there and the experience was professional yet still friendly. He understood what we needed payment and budget-wise and he worked with that. It didn't take the entire day and we ended up with exactly what we wanted at the right price. My boyfriend is very happy with his vehicle, and when my lease is up in a few months, I'll be giving Craig a call for myself! I would confidently recommend anyone to this dealership.

My experience with Lake Norman CDJR was overall very terrible.

They are bunch of crooked liars and play very cheap tricks to suck your hard earned money.

I am not the one who care to give reviews much, but this experience was so bad that I want someone who plans to go there to at least get mentally prepared about what they might get into.

So, I wanted to either buy an SXT plus or lease an R/T. It all started when I called Mr. Willie Brown, sales rep at Lake Norman, he said that car is available and you can come over to have a look. I went down there which is 40 miles away. When I was looking at the car he came to me and said it got sold out and he wasn t sure. I gave benefit of doubt and started looking at my other option which is leasing an R/T manual transmission.

It took me a few a days talking over phone and email with people over Lake Norman to finalize the deal. His Manager, Mr. Nathan called me and finalized a deal at a price we both agreed on (of course there were many other things I sacrificed like free service and oil change, as he said they can t afford to give that). one day before when I was suppose to get the car, I filled in their application form, gave my SSN and all the information so they can verify the credit.

Day before the final purchase I talked to Mr. Brown to double check if all the information checks out and our deal is still what we talked about. He gave me rock solid assurance that everything is same as what we talked about you just come here tomorrow and drive the car back home. I got my friend to drive me there it s more than 1hr drive one side. Sales man showed me the car we took a test drive and during the time of paper work his manager (same guy who initially finalized the deal) started doing last minute negotiation and changed my lease value to 425$ from 380$ by saying that I fall in tier 2 category and they cannot do 380$ anymore. Then they had us waited there for around 2 hours during that time asked to see photo of my SSN and what not. I literally had to send the receptionist in to check whats happening because everybody started ignoring us.

It was such a disappointment and I have never been lied to so much in my life. They literally tried to just get me there by lying as much they could. Wasted my time, money and played with my emotions.

Guess what few weeks later I got my credit report and it was still 750 which is definitely tier 1.

I just had the pleasure of working with Jamie Walling Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. My son and I stopped by to review the end-of-year savings, and were treated like family. Jamie spent over 8 hours with us, looking at, describing features, test driving, and helping us pick out the perfect vehicle with all the features we were looking to have. Bottom line - car buying at this dealership, and with Jamie, is a great experience! Knowledge, honesty and a huge selection are the hallmark of this dealership. No pressure - just assistance. In addition, the new-vehicle training session, was the best I've ever experienced. We walked out the door with the perfect vehicle, at the perfect price, with the knowledge that we've formed a long term relationship. I could write a novel here - but - will stop and just advise ... when you are ready to buy a new vehicle - you can make this your one and only stop.

July 27, 2013. We went in to look at the Avenger but decided on a 2014 Compass. We were not prepared to buy, Scott Houchins gave us such a good deal that we bought a car that day. This is our 3rd Jeep. We love our 2012 Grand Jeep Cherokee limited. We needed to replace a 1996 car and the Compass is perfect.

My husband and I found Maggie and the dealership great to work with. They were fair and honest while working the deal. We never felt like they were being pushy in the least. It was a very comfortable experience, and I look forward to recommending this dealship my friends in the future.

My husband and I were excited about the "Lake Norman Advantage" that the dealership offers. Now that we have owned our car we feel very differently. We just had to have new tires put on our 2014 Jeep Compass. The Free Tires for Life program is very misleading. You do not get Free Tires FOR LIFE, you get two sets. On our car, one set lasted 29,000 miles. We will not return to the dealership for our second "free" set, as I would much rather pay for a higher quality tire. We will also not purchase another car from the dealership.

Stephanie was simply marvelous. She was attentive and understanding. She made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Finance was a breeze and thoughtful. He was able to workout a better deal to suit my needs. Great place to buy a car!!!
