I felt very welcomed before I even came in for car...

I felt very welcomed before I even came in for car service today. I called in on Tuesday(7/21) to the parts and service department. I m not sure of whom I spoke with but I told her exactly what I needed, she even informed me of recalls on my car. She told me I would be taken care of when I came in and if I needed anything before my service date not to hesitate to call. I came in on Friday to the express service department, the customer service rep by the name of Haleigh is the perfect example of what customer service is. I felt like I had been knowing her for years. Haleigh was very helpful. She made sure all of my needs were met. Her personality just brightens up your day. Don t get me wrong the other staff members were very nice as well, but Haleigh is the top of the line. Lake Norman CDJR, keep Haleigh around, I see her going far in this company
