Lake Norman was our last stop of a day care shopping. I had spoken with Mark the day before about a particular Ram we were interested in. Eric was our salesperson and he was great. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We found a price we were comfortable with. The gentleman in the finance office, I am sorry I don't remember his name, was great. He didn't try and sell us anything we didn't need. Overall, it's was an easy, pleasant shopping experience. Thanks to Eric and Mark and the whole team at Lake Norman.
